Soon after Ben enters into the limo, Watson begins the forty-five minute drive to New York City. As they near the LexCorp headquarters, Anthony gives Watson the order to pull over. Ben begins to slide out of the car when a hand on his shoulder stops him in his tracks. Anthony looks him in the eye and says, "Failure is not an option. That's why I chose you." With a nod serving as a farewell, Ben quickly makes his way out of the car, then sprints up the side of a nearby building, disappearing into the night.

A few minutes later, as the limo comes to a smooth stop at their destination, Anthony turns to Kijani and asks, "Do you trust me?"
Dizzy, this scene will probably take a while, so do you want to finish via PMs?
Ben can't help but smile as Kijani compliments him, but the grin soon fades. "If you're suggesting I sacrifice Anthony for my own sake, you don't know me. I don't leave people behind, and besides, he has big plans for the future. He's going to make it a better place and he said I'm going to be his right-hand man."

Upstairs in the master bedroom, Anthony takes of his coat, puts on a shoulder holster and straps on a pistol. He then puts on a coat that is nearly identical to the first one, the only difference being that the second is made by a Colombian company called Miguel Caballero. Finally, Anthony slips a small syringe into his pocket and heads back downstairs just in time to see Ben and Kijani finishing their conversation. "Time to go, people," he says before exiting the house. Waiting in the driveway is a luxurious, black limo. Watson, upon seeing Anthony, opens one of the rear doors and waits for his other to passengers to appear.
What are those abbreviations?
Alright, I'm extremely tired and I want these next few scenes to be great, so I'm going to go to bed. I'll dream about a few ideas, polish them up, and resume tomorrow.

Good night all.
Are you willing to let me do a plot twist that will speed up the story arc? As in, Kijani gets the chance to confront her grandma the very next RP day?
"From what I've seen, the vast majority of information in the LexCorp HQ has been recorded digitally. His office workers each have a small filing cabinet for documents they need for their day-to-day duties." Anthony replies before continuing, "My father has never been fond of leaving a paper trail and because he has eidetic memory, he doesn't keep a paper copy of anything he's seen." Before Anthony answers Kijani's second question, he thinks for a moment, "If the guards are on the top floor with us, then that means they're the ones my father trusts the most. The only people he trusts are those that work purely for monetary gain, because the only people that could bribe them are to heroic to resort to that. I will retain them." He clears his throat, then answers, "Knock them out, if at all possible." Anthony turns to Ben and clarifies, "I want to make sure you know that you're only to kill guards and metahumans. If there are any office workers that stayed late for over time, simply paralyze them."

Ben frowns, "That's fine, but are you serious about not knowing what kind of supers I'm going against? The most guys I've ever fought was nine, and they were basically street-level thugs. How the hell do you expect me to take on that many people? Did you even try to recruit more help?"

Anthony sighs, "Ms. Rayne, please convince Ben to calm down while I finish getting ready." Anthony stands and walks to his bedroom.
Ditto.
Anthony smiles slightly, "We've nothing to fear. He's not exactly the type of man to kill someone that he doesn't yet consider a threat, such as me. Also, the fact that you're coming to interview him feeds his ego, he won't cut that off prematurely. Lastly, he's one of the architects of the Pact, as well as one of the founders of the Academy. How would it look if he killed one of his students? I suppose that answers your second question, yes he knows. I told him, remember? Ask him whatever you like. As long as it's about him, he'll enjoy the conversation."
Alright, thanks for the head's up.
