Truth be told, I never finished the civil war story arc in any comics. For the purposes of this RP, the Mutant Registration act died out, and an uneasy peace was restored to the US. After another 16 years, however, a revival of the registration act was being talked about, and all superpowered beings cried out against it. To prevent more bloodshed, two men, one on each side of the moral spectrum, used their influence to convince 99.9% of the meta human population to announce their identities on a world-wide television broadcast. These two men were Charles Xavier and Lex Luthor. In order to get the criminals to reveal their identities, all previous crimes were forgiven, allowing them to turn over a new leaf, if they desired. Following this temporary truce of sorts, several schools were created to train the newest generation of metahumans. The most notable of which, the Academy of Heroes and Villains, was funded by Bruce Wayne, Tony Stark, and Lex Luthor. This brings us to the current time, which I'm going to say is 2040, because I like that number.

Ben laughs as he jogs to keep up with Aver'i. "Ma'am yes ma'am!" Once they reach the cafeteria, Ben glances at the options, before grabbing a bowl of shrimp creole. While he waits for Aver'i to get her lunch, he says, "If you haven't tried Gambit's food yet, I highly recommend it. It's always delicious!"

Anthony sighs as Professor X leaves, "Well that sucks. I suppose my only option now is Mimic, hopefully he'll know why Superman seemed to think I was attempting to hypnotise him." He meets John at the cafeteria and gets everything John tells him to, but frowns. "I'll never be able to eat all of this."

John laughs, "Better get used to it, pencil-neck. If you want to build muscle, your body needs fuel."

As Sue and Kijani leave, Ben waves and says, "See ya later." He then returns his focus to Acer'i and asks, "So, lunch?"
