Where did her find someone to teach him these? An eleven year old boy with no parents doesn't have many option for transportation or ways to pay an instructor.

I'm fine with his powers and skill in hunting, but I'm going to have to say no to all the hand to hand stuff. He's only 18, that's barely old enough to have mastered one martial art, not to mention many different ones. I'm fine with him having the suit, but not quite yet. There will be a class where students can learn to make their own uniforms. After a few attempts, they'll be given the materials to make a high tech suit.
