Anthony kneels next to Sue and presses two fingers against her neck, feeling for a pulse. Once he finds that her pulse is present and regular, breathes a sigh of relief. Anthony flinches and can't help feeling violated as Esuterura invades his mind. He replies mentally, "She'll be fine, that attack just exhausted her. She'll probably be unconscious for a while though." Anthony talks into his earpiece, "Connor, the Hulk is once again Dr. Banner. For some reason, there still aren't any real superheroes around, so clean up and rescue duty falls to us. Sue is unconscious, so I'm going to drop her off at my house, then I'll come out to help." He busts out the window of a nearby car and, upon discovering that the keys are gone, hot wires it. He gingerly picks Sue up, buckles her seatbelt, then drives to the outskirts of NYC to his house. Anthony parks in the driveway, and carefully carries Sue inside. As he nears each door, a hidden sensor scans him for a DNA match and opens automatically. After laying Sue on a bed in the guest room, Anthony writes her a note,

"Sue, during the battle with Dr. Banner, you fainted after pushing yourself to far. Once you wake up, the kitchen is fully stocked if you're hungry or thirsty, and there's a phone next to the bed if you want to call us. We're just cleaning up rubble and helping the injured now. If you go into the backyard, don't be surprised to see three baby tigers. They were fed a large meal this morning, so they won't be hungry. The white one is the leader, so if he likes you, his sisters will also.

After writing the note, Anthony leaves the guest room and enters his own. He powers up his computer and types in a command that will allow Sue's DNA to lock and unlock the doors in the house so she won't be trapped once he leaves. He exits his house, climbs into the car he had borrowed and drives it back to the exact place he found it. He sticks seven hundred dollars and a thank you note in the glove department, then speaks into his earpiece, "Where are you guys, Connor?"

Tag, you're it. I have to leave for work now, so remember what we've discussed, and don't end the simulation right after Hulk calms down.

The Hulk's anger grows exponentially after being humiliated by the puniest human he had seen that day. He steps forward and prepares to smash her, but pauses for a moment when a purple-eyed man leaps between them. With a shrug, The Hulk brings his hand back to smack Anthony away when something makes him hesitate.

Anthony, furious at himself for letting his emotions get the better of him, stares to the Hulk down and speaks with a soothing voice, "Dr. Banner, everyone here knows you're in that monster somewhere. Think about what you're going to do. Are you really going to sit idly by while the Hulk kills an innocent young woman?"

The Hulk lowers his hands and takes a step back, obviously struggling to keep Banner at bay. Suddenly, he lunges forward and scoops up Anthony with one hand, and holds the young man mere inches from his green, snarling face.

Anthony does his best to ignore the Hulk's rancid breath, and begins to speak forcefully, "Look at her Dr. Banner! She just strained herself to the point of unconsciousness to save her friends and the people of this city. That's a pretty heroic act, and if I remember correctly, you're one of the heroes aren't you?" While he waits to either be crushed or put down, Anthony's mind is racing, "Why on Earth hasn't he killed me yet? It'd be so easy for him, yet he hesitates. I know it's not because I'm particularly comforting guy, so what's forcing him to stop and think?"
