Poor Anthony, not only is he one of only two nerds in the group, there's only one person that likes him, and that's Ben. He's definitely going to be picked last.

Anthony chuckles inwardly as the captains are announced, "This should be interesting," he thinks. A nudges Ben in the elbow and says, how much you wanna bet that I get picked last?"

Ben shrugs, "I don't know, the new kid might get picked last. I'll bet ya $20, that's all I can afford."

Anthony nods, "It's a bet."

John sits at the top of the bleachers, waiting to see who would pick him. He may not be agile without his powers, but he could throw the ball faster than most people could dodge.
