Ben shakes his head and replies, "NO. It's the kid's parents' job to teach him not to do drugs. We'll follow the dealer, see if he's into anything else." He begins running across the rooftops again, stopping whenever the dealer stops and makes another sale. Ben is about to call of the chase when the dealer stops and picks up a streetwalker. Ben frowns as something in his gut tells him that the woman is going to get more than she bargained for. He whispers to Jack, "I've got a bad feeling about this. Come on."

Anthony looks at Estella with slight interest and asks rhetorically, "So you're centuries old? Interesting." He takes one of the tools and tests it to see what it does. He smiles in silent satisfaction when it turns out to be a welding torch of some sorts, as he expected. "Do you mind if I take off some of these panels?" he asks.

John frowns and asks, "Can you control just how much you extend them? If you can extend them just a little, I don't mind some scratches, as long as they aren't serious.

Anthony picks up each tool, analyzing it, and asks, "If you succeed in repairing your vessel, are you planning on leaving?"

(I think I better say that the Parkers are slightly in the future right now. For them, it's about 9 p.m., but for the rest of the students, it's about 5.)

After a few minutes, Ben spots something in a dark alleyway and holds out , a hand to stop Jack. He silently crawls down the wall of a building and watches two people interact. They both are looking around as if they're afraid of being noticed. One of the guys, probably a teenager, hands the older man a wad of cash, and in return, receives a nondescript brown bag. The teen quickly walks away, and the other man gets into his car and prepares to drive away. Ben memorizes the car, then turns to Jack and asks, "Did you see that?"

How would he fight John? He couldn't simply claw him the whole time. He would get destroyed. He would have to turn Johns strength against him and rely more on his speed and agility then purely his strength. Right? That would work? Maybe?

John slips out of his shoes and takes off his shirt to increase his maneuverability, then steps onto the mat. He approaches Austin with a fist outstretched and says, "If you're training or doing an actual competition, you need to show respect in some way."

Ben shrugs, "I don't care if you question me, just do it silently if I'm following someone." He climbs to the top of the and gazes at the New York night skyline, lost in the beauty for a moment. He then takes a running leap off the roof onto the next building, and keeps going, keeping an eye on the streets at all times.

Ben glances at Jack before replying, "No matter what I do, don't try to stop me." For the rest of the forty-five minutes drive, Ben lets the car's radio fill the awkward silence. In downtown New York City, Ben parks his car in a free parking garage, then gets out. He shuts the door quietly and waits for Jack to emerge as well.

Anthony enters Esuterura's ship and looks at the interior briefly before asking, "What are you doing with those tools?"

John leads Austin into the gym and lays down the wresting mats before saying, "Alright, we're going to start out slow then. I can train you some if you'd like, I know a thing or two."

After Barbara Gordon's class, Anthony makes a mental note to research his powers thoroughly later in the week. For now, any way, he had some tantalizing alien technology to look at. He exits the main building and begins looking for Esuterura.
