John grunts as he works out his legs and answers, "If I'm hurt, white tentacles wrap around whatever is injured and heals it. I have a few other powers, but the healing is my favourite."

Anthony arrives at the school and decides to wait for Sue in the cafeteria. He grabs a plate with some fried eggs, bacon, and buttered toast, then looks for a place to sit. He spots Kijani, takes a deep breath, then approaches her. "May I join you?" he asks.

John finishes thirty repetitions and walks to the leg pressing station, saying "I'm not being a show off, I'm actually cutting back a little bit. I don't have my healing powers, so I have to play it safe." He puts six hundred pounds on the machine and begins working out his legs.

Anthony's head jerks up as his alarm wakes him. He rubs his eyes and groans, exhausted. He stands and walks away from the desk he had fallen asleep on, then feeds his tigers while still half asleep. As he takes a shower, he feels as if he should regret staying up until four in the morning, but can't do it. The loss of sleep was well worth the information he had found out about his father's past. After he finishes his shower and gets dressed, he begins the drive to the Academy.

John chuckles, "Relax, I was joking." He then stops talking, lays down on the bench, and begins pressing a mere four hundred pounds.

"What, no polite exchange of compliments? Alright then." he asks jokingly before starting to add weights to a bar. "I thought telekinesis was a brain based power. How does making your muscles stronger make that power stronger? Isn't the point of telekinesis so you don't have to worry about being strong enough to lift something?"

As usual, John wakes up, runs a few laps, then heads into the gym. As he walks into the weight lifting area, he is surprised to see Kalinda. "Hey sexy," he says with a smile, "what are you doing in the gym this early? Most people wait a few hours."

Ben wakes up feeling more rested than ever before. He jumps out of bed with a smile on his face, ecstatic to have finally found who he was meant to be. He takes a quick shower and dresses, then takes the customary leap out of his window, neglecting the web shooting attempt for the first time. He lands on his hands, then flips forward to his feet and walks to the cafeteria with a spring in his step.

John wants to knock Austin off, but with the claws wrapped around his neck, decides against it. He taps the mat with the back of his hand, signalling for Austin to get off. He rubs his neck once he's freed and says, "Well done. We'll spar for longer another day, but this was a good start. See ya." He walks to his dorm, leaving Austin behind.

The sun sets and rises, ushering in a new day.

Ben raises an eyebrow, "He fired web at you, you wouldn't have died. And of course it was a rescue mission, no one saw us go there, so they weren't coming for us."

"That's really quite interesting, and I'd like to discuss it again with you another day, but I have other things to do tonight. Have a good evening." With that, he begins walking away, which is when he receives Sue's text. He sighs, "It isn't even that late yet." Anthony briefly considers stopping by Sue's dorm, but decides against it. Better to apologize when she was rested than possibly interrupt her sleep. He gets in his car and drives home, then feeds and plays with his tigers for a while. As he plays with the now one hundred and fifty pound tiger cubs, he begins thinking about how he'll need to surround his entire property with a wall that the tigers wouldn't be able to climb. He then sits at the desk in his bed room, looking over stacks of papers that he had unearthed that described connections between Amanda Waller and Lex Luthor.

Ben shakes his head, "I refuse Jack. I may have made a mess, but I didn't even come close to being hurt. I can only get better." Ben also hears the giggling, but realizes that it's coming from a young girl and sighs, "Forget about it Jack. We're not in danger."

John's eyes widen in surprise as his foot is caught and he's pushed back. He falls to the ground with a thud, but quickly begins to stand again.
