"Your friend is awfully dramatic, isn't she?" Bruce asks rhetorically. "Judging from her body language and what she said, I assume that Phoebe told you where she went. Did she tell you why she went though? And if not, did she express any sign of wanting to leave the Academy, prior to her disappearance?"

With a sigh, he says, "Just wait in the hall. After I'm done talking to Sue, you may come back in and I'll speak to you alone."

Bruce leans back in his chair and says to Katherine, "Leave." He looks at Sue and signs, "You may stay."

Mr. Wayne looks at Katherine intensely and warns her, "In the future, don't withhold information from me when I ask you a question." Now looking at both of the girls, he continues, "Phoebe's mother, Poison Ivy, came here one night and convinced her to leave the Academy. I've located them and I would you two to come with me and convince her to return."

Bruce nods slowly and says, "Then I'm sure you've noticed her absence. Do you have any idea where she went?"

Bruce Wayne, who had been flipping through a stack of papers when the students came in and sat down, clears his throat before saying, "Hello ladies. In the future, please wait for me to address you before you sit down. Thank you." He straightens the papers and pushes the stack aside, then asks, "I believe you two had developed a friendship with another student named Phoebe, correct?"

With a raised eyebrow, Anthony replies, "Neither am I, and you're wasting my time by not giving me your full attention."

A voice comes over the loud speaker, saying, "Will Katherine and Sue from the Battle Simulation class please report to the principal's office? Thank you."

Anthony smiles slightly after Sue kisses him and walks away. "She almost makes me want to follow a heroic path," he thinks as he leaves the room, "Unfortunately, that's not a particularly profitable way to live." While leaving the room, Anthony sees Kijani storm out, and follows her. He allows Kijani to spend a few minutes taking out her frustrations on the dummies before entering the training room. Knowing that she was typically aware of her surroundings, Anthony says quietly, "Ms. Rayne."
