Ben shakes his head vigorously, "No, Jack, oh God, no. I'm not a monster." He continues with a quieter voice, "Right?"

Anthony watches Kijani walk away, thinking, "Later Luthor. What's the fun in solving all of your puzzles at once?" He enters the gym and sits down.
I know my thoughts don't always translate well onto this, but what part doesn't make sense?
I'll try to be clearer. When they're in the simulation, they don't have any memory of entering it. However, before each simulation, the students show up in the Battle Simulation room and are given a brief explanation of how it works if they we're there since day one. Once they're out of the simulations, they immediately remember going into the classroom and preparing to get plugged in. Once they get out, it's not a surprise to them, and it's not like they've been tricked. They knew beforehand that what they're about to experience is fake, they just don't know during it.
Ben shakes his head, his eyes watering slightly. As the tears gather in his eyes, they seem almost like drops of blood due to Ben's red eyes. "No, I didn't like it. I didn't dislike it either, though. But that's not the worst part. As I was peeling the muscles from his body, I couldn't help but compare them to deer meat, and I really wanted to know what they tasted like."
@Katherine: You're acting like your characters were surprised about the simulation. The only time they didn't know it was a simulation was during it. They knew before and after that it was a simulation. I just didn't have us RP the events leading to when they were plugged into the simulation because I wanted to surprise you guys.

@Dizzy: You're almost dead on. However, he has no problem with the way he is. He sees a need for social interactions in Kijani that he himself doesn't feel. He knows that her personality is similar to his and knows that she won't be happy if she becomes any more like him. While he enjoys Sue's company immensely and he does care for her, for instance, he wouldn't be any worse off if she had rejected his advances. He doesn't feel lonely, but he knows that Kijani can.
Ben sighs heavily, "I skinned him with my own talons, Jack. I didn't have a knife, so I had to use my bare hands! Then, when that started to heal, I cut off the new skin, then started cutting off his muscles one by one. Then, I cut the ligaments connecting his joints. I took him apart like a fucking LEGO tower, little bro. And do you want to know the worst part?"

Anthony ignores Kijani's first statement, and instead answers her question, "You seem familiar with the thought experiment, so I won't bore you with the details. Basically, you can't be certain of the outcome of an action or event unless you attempt it or witness it. You can't know if Connor and your friends will turn on you because of who you are, unless you show them who you really are."
Mistress Dizzy said
If I give you a theory, will you tell me if I'm wrong?

Sure.
Well I can't tell you that.
Almost there, press just a little more.
Anthony turns to look at her and says somewhat pointedly, but with no particular emotion, "According to what you've observed, I obviously have an ulterior motive and I'm just trying to manipulate you." Once again, Anthony begins walking toward the gym.

Ben leans against a locker, fixing his scarlet eyes on Jack as he answers, "I couldn't kill him like I did with the other thugs I've fought. He just kept healing the broken bones and gunshot wounds too quickly. No matter what I tried, he just kept coming for more..."
