The small wooden chair called Hagrad seems to be glowing with excitement. So much so that he's vibrating ever so slightly. Apart from his usual act, which is usually cuss at anything that moves, he seems rather happy. If you call screaming at trees and saying 'hell yes I'm free!', repeatedly over and over again being happy. But, I shall not judge him, he has probably been within that pub for many years. This must be the most excitement he has experienced in...since the curse was cast upon him. Suddenly remembering what the original plan was, Beaurmont stops and places Hagrad down onto the ground gently. He obviously is unhappy with this as he begins angrily shouting as loud as possible. "OI, What gives!? Don't place me down in som' random grassy patch!" I lean against a nearby tree to catch my breath, he may be just a chair but Beaurmont's fight with the goblins was exhausting. This gives time for the gnome Gilrumm to slowly trot closer, he himself is also out of breath. "Ar-are we safe? Did we escape the monsters?" Gilrumm asks still hesitant and worried. Beaurmont nods, but takes a quick glance of his surroundings to ensure safety. The thick foliage should keep them hidden from the sight of any onlookers. The large oak forest rustles gently as the wind blows through the leaves, sending a chill down Beaurmont's back. Curses, he left his cloak inside the pub. "Wel' wot are we doin' here mate? Are you two already tired from the quick run into the forest?" Hagrad teases. Beaurmont knows the chair means well, but he could at least give the Gnome a break, the poor chap looks blue in the face.

Beaurmont, Gilrumm and Hagrad (the chair) made their way into the deep treacherous forest. Even though the rain was heavy, the forest provided ample shelter for the three hero's. They made their way through the forest and the deeper they went the darker it got. To say that the scene was foreboding would be an understatement. The hero's minds were weary and looking out for any form of danger.

Beaurmont nods and turns back to the horde of ever growing goblins. "May you find retribution!" He yells before sending one last shockwave of energy and dashing after the gnome. After a few moments of intense running they reach the edge of the vast forest that surrounded the pub.

Still slashing through many of the goblins, their numbers do not decrease. If anything they seem to grow in size. Beaurmont understands this is now a battle of attrition. One that he will not win. "Alright, everyone out of the pub! We can't stay here any longer, run into the forest!"

After cutting down multiple goblins, Beaurmont begins to breath heavily. "Why...won't...you...stop?" He says angrily. Even more begin to appear from the forest, two replacing every one that is cut down.

Beaurmont notices the crowd is confused and frightened by the sound of monsters, if he doesn't do something everyone might get slaughtered. "Anyone who is not a fighter jump behind the bartender's counter. Those who have held a blade before grab a weapon and attack any creature that enters that doorway. I will clear the outside." He then draws his rapier and runs outside. After opening the old wooden door he steps outside and is greeted by a horde goblins. Weak alone, but formidable in large groups. "Damn, surrounded on every side." A few of the goblin's lunge at Beaurmont, but suddenly a blast of magic from his left hand sends them flying.

Beaurmont smiles slightly again and takes a quick gulp of Rum.

Beaurmont stands there, unsure of what to do. This curse may be beyond him and this gnome. Can they really release him from his bindings? The bartender walks over coyly and passes Beaurmont his mug of Rum. Appreciative he nods, and turns back to the chair and takes a large gulp. That hit the spot quite nicely. "Well, it is my duty to deal with dark magic wherever it occurs. While inexperienced I believe I may have the skills to assist you...erm. What is your name...chair?"

Beaurmont rubs his beard slowly and gathers his own thoughts. He gets an idea and pulls out a small rune from his pocket, carefully unfolding it from it's wrapping. After saying a few inaudible words he places it on the chair. Within seconds a spark appears and the rune cracks into many pieces. "This is quite the conundrum, it's a powerful curse. Not one to be removed easily."
