Starship Troopers? Seen 'em all! Ooooooooooold schoooooooooool! I don't know. I'm not really in the mood for spacey games. I'm in a lay-back-and-watch mood, so that's why I'm asking for anime and live-action works. I looked into Dreadnought and Fractured Space. Me likey.
Hm. Space Battleship Yamato, huh? I'll have to see what it's all about. Matter fact, if anyone can point me in the direction of any good space battle-type animes or live-action works, I'd appreciate it. Stargate does not count. Battlestar Galactica I don't want to watch. Robotech/Macross does not count. Star Wars only half counts and I've seen 'em all. Episodes I, II, III, IV, V, and VI, as well as the Clone Wars CGI and animated series. All clear mission. Note: I'm beginning to think Electric Bungalow is a better name than Things Go Boom. Note 2: What on Earth is an electric bungalow anyway?

How about a search feature? Might help people find interest checks with their preferred setting/genre rather than make a new thread and add to the site's clutter.
Interested, but I know you aren't up to it. Give me a holler when you're ready to go!
Izzy fumbled around the dark, dusty room, careful not to trip over or break anything. A streak of light shone through to his left, and when he looked in that direction, he would see a double door. Still mindful of the darkness, the young child made his way to it. He peered through the door instead of bursting through it, and caught a glimpse of two figures, and a table. And and ice dragon sculpture. "Score!" Izzy quietly entered through the double doors, making his way closer to the ice dragon yet staying out of James and the Professor's sight. Not seeing anything nearby that would shatter ice, he decided to search for a block of some sort. Surely there was one lying around, in an old place like this. He managed to get within earshot of the two just as Cambridge mentioned something that would "change history". Forget about the ice sculpture -- Izzy had to see what this was! So he tailed the duo until they stopped at an elevator. "Hm. Going down I guess!" He would be on the next one down as soon as it returned to the proper floor. Izzy was an orphan, but no stranger to the outside world thanks to his adventurous nature. Whatever this world-changing invention was, he was going to see it.
Hm. Might want to make this a smaller RP this time. 3 or even 1x1, then roll out the "whole version" to set up more backstory and shiz. But yeah. Skyrte and I are totally doing the potara dance and combining our efforts to make Into the Maw II: Things Go Boom epic. Edit: Sweet video, Tearstone! Reminds me of StarCraft for obvious reasons. It probably is StarCraft. I'm a retard.
Man. Bump.
Bump! New time travel idea posted.
Meanwhile, some kids -- orphans -- were getting up to mischief nearby. Two boys and a girl stood in a circle, wondering what activity they'd end up doing next. First, the blonde boy spoke. "Hey Izzy, see this place? Dare ya to sneak in and break a sculpture." There was another dark-skinned boy that he was talking to. "Pft. Really, Brad? Easy challenge. I'll break two sculptures!" Now it was the girl's turn to speak. "Izzy, I'm not sure you should do that. Breaking stuff is bad." "Claire, don't be such a grown-up. We're just having fun and stuff." With that, Izzy, the dark-skinned boy, stood up straight and searched for an entrance into the building. Well, he eventually did get in, and began sniffing around. Coming in through a back entrance, everything was dark and dusty. Izzy figured he was in some kind of back room storage area. "It's stuffy in here."
Hm. Go on.
