Being forced t be tested on wih some strange chemcals that the goverment put into his body. He had én within th govrment high secruity prison for experiments like himself, since they were deemed to dangerous for the public. Frank as he had speen time with thin this said prison had develope an quite intersting power. telekinesis that he formed nto arms which he founded to look cool, since it was soethng from his favorite anime Elfen lied, his favorite chararter was Lucy. An crazy traumatized psychopath that would o nothing more than to kill all the humans to make the World a place for her race to live in. He had even an voice withi his hea telig him just to go and start killing people, despi himself telling it that he wuld just be killed insteed by the guards.
But then it came all the expretimened people that had been under totall upresstion from the goverment started the prion break that would then turn into an Revolution that he was gladly apart off. Taking Down the goverment was his big dram and he gladly would turn nto an insne monstr that would rip any human apart on the battle field. Take any tank and destroy it. And will do anything with his body to make it stronger with his abilities. and lastly they got what tehy wanted. The surrendering of the goverment and turning power from te humans to the mutans that had started the revolution. He was luckly that he was with them at the start and got a post within this ogenazation that was now rulling the World.

Well that depends soly on you after all. I can say that i roll with anything the gm thinks is right to do. But if its something about how i should roleplay and my charcter should change just because that then i can say. Ha. . . Ha. ..
