Unlike the others who immediately moved to attack the Engineer, Assassin unsheathed his sword but did not strike - just in case there was more than just Engineer.

The wind may or may not have blown his cloak to the side as a lone figure walked through the gates of the Konoha village. Truth in told, he wasn't sure just how he got through Konoha's new customs and security. The village's tensions with the republic also made it a rather dangerous place to be, and he knew that not many travellers would come here. Which was why, in his view, now was the perfect time to come and drink tea before anyone else claimed the whole supply.
As he walked through the streets of Konoha, probably catching a few stares from his sword, he thought back to recent events he had heard in the villages of sand in the mist when he had gone there. Damnit old man... he thought to himself,, questioning his old Samurai leader, What's the meaning of accepting the council in the land of iron? What happened to neutrality?

Basic fighting style: Tai-Ninja Iaijutsu (Anti-ninja iaijutsu - The skill of striking down a ninja before he/she is able to achieve any hand seals. Part of the discipline of this art is the act of sheathing the katana and unleashing a blow with the unsheathing of the sword as part of the strike.)
Tools(Optional): All he ever needs are his Katana - and his tea kettle.
Biography: Yuuto was a skilled samurai from the land of iron, albeit one with a bit of a rebellious streak - he liked to prioritize his heart over his orders. He was set to be a normal if not exceptionally skilled Samurai who would probably live his days safeguarding the peace and neutrality of the land of iron. However, one day, while out on patrol he came across two battling ninjas from a feuding village and intervened, disabling both ninjas with ease and bringing their battle to a non-violent end. While no harm came to the ninjas, he technically broke the Land of Iron's neutrality and an ultimatum was issued - either he would be banished from the land or the land itself would be accused of intervening, thus threatening the neutrality stance. Taking one for the team, he left the land and became a masterless samurai, wandering every other nation possible and visiting as many tea-shops as he could.
Jutsu List: Yuuto does not use traditional jutsu, but through his innovation he has discovered several new uses of chakra for the samurai.
Chakra Katana - a passive ability, Yuuto's katana is always augmented by his chakra in combat as per the standard samurai skills.
"Iaijutsu: Sweeping Wind" - Drawing upon an effective, unorthodox yet one of the most basic uses of Chakra, Yuuto constantly has his chakra focused on his feet. As a result, at an instant's notice he is able to close meter long gaps between him and his opponent.
Rokkaku (Sixth sense): Yuuto's many experiences have lead him to develop his sixth sense extremely well, offering resistance against penalties caused by visual obstructions. When crossing swords with a seasoned warrior or ninja, he would not fall for half-hearted feints.
Kekkai Genki: None
Other Info(Anything about your character that you deem noteworthy.): He is currently exiled from the land of iron and spends his days travelling the world, playing the flute and drinking tea every day.

Hearing Asuka's words, Assassin chuckled a bit. "(You're not very good at history, are you?)" he joked. "(The title Assassin's just a formality I have after my, well, death, shall we say. I don't have any association to it other than the fact I answer to it.)"
Assassin heard Asuka and laughed a bit. "(Yes, that was a bit of embarrassing history.)" he admitted, scratching the back of his head. "(If I'm mentioned anywhere in the history books I would probably be known as the man who lost to Miyamoto Musashi)" he explained.
