Name: Lancer (Vlad III, the Lord Impaler)

Age: Unknown

Gender: Male

Race: Heroic Spirit

Personality: Lancer of Black is a spirit with an imposing presence. However, despite his appearance Lancer does have a considerate and modest personality. Despite these modest traits, however, there are two things that should be noted about Lancer. First off, Lancer is quite stubborn, often refusing to change his opinions on any matter, and second off, Lancer, that is, Vlad the Impaler, absolutely despises any and all interpretations and representations of the monster "Dracula", seeing it a great insult that his name, as someone who had done everything for his nation, became synonymous with this bloodthirsty monster.

If Lancer encounters any representations or discussion of "Dracula" Lancer will attempt to be mature about it, but he will most likely go back and destroy any of those representations.

Appearance(s):

Country of Origin: Romania, although as a Heroic Spirit Lancer can be summoned anywhere he is called.

Powers/Abilities:

Command Seals: If Lancer contracts with a living human as a master, that master gains three command seals in the form of three intricate red marks on the back of their right hand. By using a command seal, a master is able to give their servant - in this case, Lancer - an absolute order he cannot refuse. As well as simply forcing Lancer to act against his wishes - or even morals, personal codes, deep philosophical guideline, etc - command seals also increase the servant's abilities for the purposes of achieving that order and can also achieve what is normally impossible, such as ordering the servant to come to the master's side immediately.

Magic Resistance B Rank - Lancer is able to not die after being hit by a moderate magical spell.

Demonic Defender of the State EX Rank - Demonic Defender of the State is the capacity of a Servant to mark a region as his personal dominion by securing the surrounding natural magical sources prior to an engagement. Vlad III's ability permits the reinforcement of his combat capabilities when fighting in defence, and Kazikli Bey is a Noble Phantasm that may be deployed only within the marked domain.

Noble Phantasm: Kazıklı Bei: The Lord of Execution - a B-rank Anti Army Noble Phantasm deployable only within the Servant's domain marked by the skill "Demonic Defender of the State". Within a range of one kilometer, there may be a maximum of twenty thousand pikes gradually manifested over time, bursting from the ground to impale opponents. Manifested pikes remain as a physical barrier that eliminates free ground, and evasion thus becomes less likely with passage of time. The sight of the pikes impose a curse-like psychological effect, destabilizing an opponent's mental condition with oppressive anxiety or fear.

Noble Phantasm: Legend of Dracula: The Succession of Blood - an A+ Rank Anti Self Noble Phantasm, Lancer is capable of altering himself into becoming the vampire Dracula created from his legacy. When this noble phantasm is activated, in exchange for the sealing of his normal skills and Noble Phantasms, all attributes are boosted, and he obtains the capacity to shape shift into mist and assorted animals. This Noble Phantasm cannot be deactivated without a command seal, and because of the way due to the way Vlad sees Dracula as a tarnish to his reputation Vlad will be highly opposed to the usage of this Noble Phantasm.

As a vampire, he also gains the following traits:

Curse of Restoration: Vlad gains a limited form of immortality which naturally returns his body to it's original vampiric form whenever he receives an injury. The closer to the full moon it is, the more powerful this restoration and ability will be.

Mystic Eyes of Enchantment: Vlad gains the ability to hypnotise others with his eyes.

Weapons/Items:

Kazikli Bey - Lancer's weapon of choice in melee combat.

Other: Seeks to restore the honour of his name and wipe away the smear of the "Dracula" reputation.

Soo, is the dude who uses Gil on?

Sorry about that. I am here.
Hello Hello~
Arowne, question

What... exactly is the status of Berserker at the moment? Is he in a summoned Servant form or is he in a full fledged heroic spirit form?
Gilgamesh smirked as Darkseid carried off the pink, misty remnants of Stein. Returning Fragarach to the Gate of Babylon, Gilgamesh headed off on his own. The King of heroes considered his options at the moment. He could find a nice soft spot to rest upon, and perhaps enjoy some divinely brewed wine. Or, perhaps he could find some new conflict to amuse him.

The possibilities were endless for the King of Heroes.
...Welp. As the person who actually apped and used Gilgamesh and is therefore the indirect cause of all of this, I should probably say something.

Wiz, let me make it clear to you, first and foremost, that when I had Gilgamesh first pull out Fragarach on Stein I had hoped I would not have to use it. My hope was that, instead if you trying to outright kill Gilgamesh, you could take that as a sign for Stein to peacefully leave and go after Mia like Gilgamesh suggested he would. However, it seems that signal was either lost or meaningless, as soon after you started posting in the OOC of how you loved the character Iskander and how one of your main goals ever was to kill Gilgamesh, and that now that a RPer has delightfully brought that very character in front of your most powerful character you believed you had me checkmated. Not only that, but you revealed your intention to kill Gilgamesh only when you believed you had me checkmated.

As for me actively abusing your ignorance: ...Sort of. I will admit, I was keeping you in the dark about most of Gilgamesh's abilities because I believed that would bring us onto even ground. How does this bastardly logic work? Because I've watched all of a quarter of Soul Eater and know close to nothing about Black Blood, Souls, kishin, etc, which is why I made that generalization on the Kishin being a god and therefore Enkidu working on Mia in the first place. Not to mention, even from what little I know about Soul Eater I already knew that the Stein you had apped was definitely not Canon Stein, and so I knew absolutely next to nothing. I knew nothing about your character and you knew nothing about my character - and even that was false, because you watched Fate/Zero, and thus you should know what Gilgamesh is capable of and that his Gate of Babylon contained every single treasure in the world, even non-weapons. After all, as a big fan of rider how could you forget the great banquet scene? I believed it was a fair trade.

And then, in your very next post, you decide to have Stein kill Gilgamesh. After that, I believed the only way I believed for Gilgamesh to even SURVIVE was to claim Fragarach killed Stein before Stein could kill Gilgamesh. I brought that up a bit in a rushed post because class was starting in 2 minutes prior to that, and then I left because I had class. I come back and see that BB was handling the situation quite well. I am fully aware that BB has a superior grasp on the Nasuverse - and therefore even Gilgamesh - than I did, so I decided to sit back and let BB handle it, lest I make a misunderstanding on the Nasuverse.

As for my "metagaming" and Gilgamesh's supposed instant knowledge of how Stein's attack worked - Again, it's Gilgamesh. Although he may act like an arrogant prick with his heart of gold hidden DEEP somewhere (did you know that official sources lists his character alignment as Chaotic Good?), he still has brains. And his brains say that Stein is doing something when the space around him feels force, like in God Force Resonance.

Ultimately, what happened? When I first apped Gilgamesh, I just wanted a character that didn't have to flee at the sight of Bob, Mia or Stein. I wanted a character that didn't have to flee at their very whims. I wanted a character that they COULDN'T push around. I wanted a character who couldn't be casually blown up and then resurrected, or get his arm blown off of for looking at someone funny, or be infected with Black blood on a whim. I wanted a character who made it so that, if Mia, Bob or Stein entered the same general vicinity of mine my reaction would not have to be "OH GOD, RUN".

And I dare say that, fortunately or perhaps unfortunately for the better community of this RP, I had succeeded.
As Asuna and Sugou battled, Yukina was concerned. There was definitely more enemies here, and she had a feeling they would be less than pleased with Sugou's deal. And that usually meant they had no intention of honouring them.

Closing her eyes, she summoned small bird familiars before ordering then to scatter and warn her in case someone tried to interrupt the duel with a surprise.
Iris sighed a breath of relief at Tat's revelation it was a joke.

"If you must inquire, we are doing fine." Iris said to him. "However, we must remind you that although I was once part of your division, I had since transferred to the Division of Planetary Defence when the Advent Fleet graciously answered my call." she spoke in first person briefly due to the fact that she really was referring to herself in a singular term instead of in the all encompassing "we" the she usually spoke in.

Actually, I really really do. Also, whether or not the dagger hits Stein is irrelevant to whether Gil is dead. Stein can completely ignore pain and most wounds. Even if the dagger completely cleaved him in half, which I find unlikely, simply with a working brain he would have continued the attack, which would take less than 2 seconds to execute. The heart thing was a gamble, the point was to kill him regardless of whether or not Stein died.

"Continue the attack"

Fragarach rewinds to the point before the attack had begun. Stein would need to charge up the entire attack again, and that would be with half of his body missing.

Either way, Darkseid is gonna resurrect Stein and Gil remains alive. I don't see any problem to this conclusion.
Oh, and Wiz

Sorry to disappoint, but Stein has failed due to a critical misunderstanding on how Fragarach works.
