It's exam season, boys and girls, so postage should be up over the weekend. If you don't hear from me by Monday, honour my memory.

Well then. I'm exceedingly British, rather sarcastic and I love a good shipfest in my RPs. Also male. Funny, that. Fair warning, I will treat you like an adult. That means I will mock you, point out your mistakes and most likely /cringe when you do something really autistic. Being an adult means accepting criticism and working to improve yourself, not ignoring it. And if I need calling out on my bullshit, just do it. Please. Nothing is worse than not realising that you've said or done something stupid til a week after the fact.

I currently live in Japan, so my posting hours are... weird. Please bear with me.

I'm still here, though I really, really should have posted already... No excuse, I've just been way too busy and lazy.
Honestly, there is no plan. Initiative is encouraged at this point.
Remember when people posted, by Jove those were the days...
I'm fully aware that I have absolutely no right to say that after posting ao slow.
And yet, here I stand.
Everyone loves a good root canal. Especially that tugging feeling when the drill's inside the back of the tooth.

New to me. Then again, Google says it's Middle English so I can be forgiven for my ignorance. Probably.
お帰りなさい~

That's Shiinen btw. For clarity's sake.
Frowning, Duncan grasped at his wrist. Jericho was right, kinda. 'You've still got your junctions, they're in your body. But yeah, no junction drives...' There were techniques to use GFs without a drive, but most people needed the digital aid; without a drive, using magic was a huge drain on one's stamina. Still, they might be able to get by without them, assuming the others had been trained on driveless combat. 'You ever tried fighting dry? Your junctions will still be there, ish, but you won't be able to use magic or anything. Just stick to close combat and for God's sake, don't try to summon your GF.'
Sergeant Harald, Gallian Militia

Harald's eyes were keeping as far as possible from Brenna's lithe, youthful ski- Nope, nope, nope. He dragged his wandering gaze away again, trying not to break down over her adorable embarrassment. Too many young women in this squad... Honestly, he could have dealt with a few naked guys. Nothing to see there, just business as usual, but with so many women... Maybe he could spare some time for a lone run... or a cold shower. 'Clothes are over here,', he replied, tapping the chair next to Brenna's bed. 'As for you glasses...' That took a bit longer, but he eventually found them after rummaging through her armour. Why they hadn't just been put to once side... 'Right. Skye, get these two in order please, them meet me downstairs. Might as well get some work done before Carn finishes up.'

A few hours and one adhoc cold shower later, Harald stood at the crossroads and marvelled at the engineers' hard work. 'Well done lads. Can't hardly see 'em. You've earned a rest, but now that you've finished up, we've gotta be off.' There was theoretically one more target to hit before he could report the way to Vasel open and it was a good day and a half's drive away. 'Squad Four, this is Sergeant Harald. Everyone gather up your kit and return to the APC, we're moving on in ten.' He closed the radio channel and gave Carn a grateful grin. 'I'll drive. You two just get some kip.'
Despite Heloise's weak appearance, the soldier flinched when she spoke. He appeared to mull it over for a moment before replying. 'Well... It kinda does... to us at least.' Duncan's eyes narrowed as he observed Fresno's body language; confusion, indecision, conflicted emotions. It wouldn't take much to make an ally of these men. One of the others passed his overcoat into Xerox' cell, further strengthening his confidence. 'Well boys,' Duncan began. 'Thanks for the smoke, really needed it. If you ever need anything... I'm your man.' It was a clear dismissal, but a respectful one, which Fresno seemed to appreciate. Gotcha. The soldiers nodded to them with a mix of relief and gratitude as they left and as soon as the door swung shut, Duncan began to speak rapidly. 'Alright, here's the plan. Next time those lads come in, we turn on the charm. Ask them why they look so beat up, how things are going for the-' The door suddenly swung open again, cutting him off. Fresno and his men stood silhouetted in the doorway, looking both utterly terrified and determined.

The Sergeant marched right up to Duncan's cell, looked the SeeD in the eye and asked, 'Tell me straight SeeD. Did you kill the President?' Duncan couldn't have hid the shock or confusion on his face and didn't even try. Appearing human and reasonable was part of the plan, more or less. 'Uh... Well, I didn't, not personally. I think Jericho had the honours?' He nodded over the soldier's shoulder to Jericho's slumped form. Fresno didn't turn around, instead casting a grim look toward his men. They nodded. 'Oookay... Here's the idea. We get you out of here, you get us out of Galbadia. Take us to Garden, give us sanctuary. I've got the keys for these blocks and I know the place far too well. I don't wanna be a goddamn prison guard, I'm supposed to be a soldier.' When he subsided, Duncan paused for a moment in wonder. A trick? Something Mako cooked up to lure them? Or just... ridiculously good luck..? Either way it wasn't as though they could afford not to try. '... Deal.' Trust was a liability in the special forces business, but Duncan was willing to give this man enough credit... for the moment. The soldiers marched in, terrified by what they were doing, but determined to see it through. One by one they unlocked the cells and handed each SeeD a makeshift weapon. Duncan received what appeared to be a dinner fork; not exactly a perfect weapon, but it would suffice. 'Alright Fresno. Got a plan? This AM field needs to go down first, or else we won't get far.' The soldier handed the last of the cutlery out to Jericho, then paused uncertainly. 'I... dunno. I think you'd be able to hit the control room upstairs, but there's a lot of guards.'
Alright, I've been far too lazy with this. I was originally planning to have two more scenes before the escape, but since you guys really don't have a lot to post about right now, I'm going to post for the start of the escape.

I hate cutting out so much story >:
