Aiko Cho-Hon,
Jounin-sensei of Konohagakure Team 8.

Aiko took another sip of her tea as she observed the situation in front of her. The woman had noticed that Koike was still the same. Wondering how the newest addition to the team would react, Aiko gained her answer soon enough. But instead of telling Yukara that his name was Koike, she already stood up and shook his hand, telling him that it was rude to not introduce himself properly. The lips of Aiko slowly started to curl down, a bit. Unlike Yukara, she was more than aware why Koike acted like that. The pain that had been inflicted when she had first found out about her student's choice on what kind of path he would go slowly drifted up. It wouldn't only be shown on the surface.

''His name is Koike Hon, my best student. Longest member of Team 8, being there when the team was assembled for the first time.'' Aiko friendly informed Yukara. The woman already knew that Koike wouldn't suddenly start to show any other behavior because he was called rude. Even while Yukara wouldn't understand it fully, as there was whole story behind why Koike acted like that, it wasn't the time or the place to start about that. Emptying her mug, Aiko stood up from her seat. ''But we're going to do some training. Come. no need to waste any day light!'' Placing some money down the table for the bill, she would lead her genins to the door. Once from there, she would head to the training fields, going as a typical shinobi. Over the rooftops in a good pace.
Torris,

You have my acceptance.
Yes, like that the name links to the Jutsu. I am running a bit out of time, but I would advise to look at other CS's for example.
-Keyblade87

I would advise to read the rule first. You seem to overlooked one. :)

I can. Is there anything else wrong with my character in the meanwhile?

You can like get access to a laptop or such? Or?
So far I see, I would have like the link to the jutsu fixed and then it should be fine with me.

Ok. Thanks for reviewing my CS. And as to the parental blocking thing, I really do apologise; it's like this: My phone has restrictions on it that (insanely) limit my browser to just a handful of sites. I can't undo the restrictions, only my parents can. I actually don't want him to have a Kekkei Genkai. I think that he's a guy who had to earn everything given to him and a blood limit would pull away from that.

Then it would be -best- ( I had forgotten to add this word, sorry.) put that he isn't part of a clan. That and can you access the proboards from a lapto/computer? I can't imagine that you're planning to type everything from your phone. I would go insane.
Alternathan ;

The history is a bit strange. Which war? That and Amegakure has been unified under a rule for quite some time. I think it would be around her grandparents youth that it wasn't one unified village. Please read the history of Amegakure.

With very high speed, you are aware that you move fast. But she doesn't have very high speed reflexes, hand signals weaving and such. I hope you're aware of that. I am also against the whole : being the fastest of Amegakure. If she is able to outspeed others, why the need to put on an emphasis in the CS? Amegakure has no shinobi that focus on speed, so I think there is no need for that. It just makes it in my opinion a boast. And I certainly don't like boasters.

No offense, but would you try to put more detail in the custom techniques? I think you need to put more details in them, so there is no need to explain a technique that is described as : ''Drastically increases the users movement speed''.

Is it empowered by chakra etc. Details.

That and I will not allow a technique that is described as : ''Ultra fast movement, like with Shunshin no jutsu. but Tekkei/Jinzen is used in-battle to quickly advance or withdraw from an attack.''
Sorry, but not accepted. If you want, I am on skype where you can talk further with me about it.
DeathstrokeSW,

First I want to welcome you into the RP. At least, for showing interests. A second and more warm welcome awaits you when you're accepted. So I will just review your CS now.

So far I don't see much of a problem. However, the clan/bloodline is set on unknown. If you wished that he discovers a KG later or that he is part of a KG clan, than you need to state so. A KG-less clan isn't a problem, but the sudden appearance of somebody gaining a KG isn't something we want to see. Not that the character in story will know this as writers need to separate OOC and IC knowledge from each other.

Also, if you have time, I would say to fix the link of your jutsu. That and I want to talk with you in private regarding your parental blocking. It will become a bit of a nuisance if you can't get access to the board while there is a lot of information stored there that we use. Its nice that Alice was willing to send you a pm with some history, but I hope that you will try to fix this. For that, I want to talk a bit to see if we can think of a solution together.

we all wrote it at the same time

I thought that GM's were used to answer questions. Alice likely refers to that we had some reviewing problems in the past, so its best to let a GM answer a question. Unless its a simple question and you're 120% sure you know the answer. Like if you are allowed to have a tanto.

(also: what about hydrification technique?)

That is more or less a hidden than a technique. I thought some were able to do it, but it depends on the character as a whole before I can give an answer on it.
Kimberly Perar.
In Hials, the halls of the fortress.

The halls were dark and cold, due the present of winter. Dressed in a dark brown dress, Kimberly calmly walked down the halls. Only nodding and mumbling good day to those who wished her one as well. Her blue eyes were half open, as she was thinking about something. It was a day that she would head to Deliar as she had planned something. And not many would suspect something strange, as it was her habit of visiting the capital of the province often. Already this morning, she had managed to get a carriage for tomorrow, but now she would need some capable guard. Brushing some strands of hair, Kimberly kept walking down the halls. As she turned around the corner, she thought she had seen some guards. But to request them to come with her would be odd. It was better if she would arrange something with the captain or maybe the Head of the Rynirs. It was a small favor and she could return such without suffering for it. Or to be more precise, her plans to suffer for it. Unless she could...

As she approached a door, one of the two guards standing near it opened for her. ''Good day, lady.'' The guard said, grinning as Kimberly passed him. Not paying attention to how they looked after her, she felt the cold chill of the winter breeze on her skin. But she loved it. While the spring was her favorite season, Kimberly was also fond to feel the cold and refreshing breeze of the winter on her skin. Walking through the snow, she used both her hands to lift her skirt a bit, trying to avoid it would become all wet and damp due the snow. Heading towards the small town that was within the fortress, where the shops and ''lower'' people of the social ladder lived. The servants and such. On her way, Kimberly noticed several children playing in the snow. Slowing down, she stared at the few children. They were making a snow man, cheering as one of them placed a carrot, that would ''function'' as his nose. Her hair being blown in her face, due the breeze, she managed to snap out of her thoughts. Turning around, she was heading towards a tailor shop.
''Aiko Cho-Hon,
Jounin Sensei of Team 8.''

Aiko had noticed the girl, with the red hair and a smile on her lips. Curiously, Aiko examined her quickly. She didn't seem to be that shy at all. As most Team 8 members were, so far. With the girl approaching the table, Aiko placed her mug down, flashing a warm smile back to the Cho genin. It was really refreshing to see another Cho shinobi, as there weren't that much. And it interested Aiko more that she had read that this one was a medical in training. With her soft green eyes, the woman saw how the girl stretched out her hands, for a handshake, introducing herself.

''The pleasure is mine, Yukara. Please, sit down.'' Aiko said, shaking the hand of Yukara. Only to have a twitch at her left eye. The warm smile fainted a bit, but never the less, Aiko remained very friendly in both tone as expression. ''I hope you are faring well. I expect Koike Hon any moment. But if you would please like to tell me a bit about yourself, I would be grateful.'' Aiko said, finishing as she picked up her mug again. She had noticed that genjutsu of Yukara. It was really refreshing, Aiko thought as she hadn't met somebody who had tried to place a genjutsu on her. Deciding to see what the girl was up to, Aiko simply played the game along. Rising the mug, she then placed it down on the table. ''Oh, my manners! Do you wish to have some strawberry tea as well? I seriously can recommend it.''
