Seiko swung Payne around in her hands, she felt the air around her change when the Angel death squad landed, she didn't move when they helped their leader up off the ground," This may sound like useless threat from some random punk kid that you don't know but I'll tell you this, I sure as hell won't kill you, but your men are fair game, when I get finished speaking I'll take out all of your men and not give any of my two allies any chance to aid me." Like Seiko said, she moved at lighting speed towards the Angels that held Rachel, she cut their arms off where they were holding Rachel, she then charged at Rachel and grabbed her. Seiko fell but quickly got up and grabbed an Arrow that was inside of Rachel's body, with her left hand and pulled it out throwing it away as far as she could," Come on get up." Seiko said before grabbing another Arrow from her body, the two were a couple feet away from the Angels, Seiko turned to the Angels and sheathed her sword, she put her left hand on her sheath's trigger and waited for the Angel's to come to her, she stood in front of Rachel wanting to stop them from trying to take her away..

Rachel fell to her knees as the arms of the angels holding her were cut from the body, trying to recover through the pain until she felt even more pain from the arrows being harshly removed from her body. The hybrid cried in pain as she tried to grip both the wounds that started to bleed more than they were before "That wasn't the best thing to do you know, know I'm going to bleed to death!" Rachel groaned to Seiko. She couldn't stand just yet as the horrible burning sensation still lingered in both wounds and through her blood, she guessed that the arrows were coated in holy water and not just blessed.

The lead angel quickly moved away from the large dragon who tried to attack him, backing away to avoid a fight with the large beast as three of the angel squad members instead went to take down The dragon. "So I see you will not attack me after all, but instead have that beast and the figure lurking in the shadows attack instead? and here I though I was going to be presented with a challenge. But very well let us see if you can get past my personal guard and Half-breed slayers" The leader spoke as his eyes moved from the dragon to the figure who called himself Death that started to approach them.
Angels started to advance slowly on Seiko and Rachel knowing that Seiko was up to something, they just didn't know what to expect from her so they were causes as they moved forward. A few stayed behind hidden in the trees taking aim on Rachel again with their arrows, once they had a clear shot they would fire at will as ordered from the lead arch Angel who commanded them. Aiming only to immobilize Rachel so they could take her hostage first and take her away rather than kill her at first sight, the angels had something planned but it was not yet known what.
A female human T_T
It's the worst.
I'm getting to it!
My brain isn't working today but I'm getting there slowly. Forgive me! *Falls to the floor crying dramatically*
Will reply after work tomorrow, to tired to try and think of a good post today or tonight.
Night everyone.
The lead angel was caught off guard when Rachel was thrown at him, forced to take a couple of steps back as the hybrid collided with him. It wasn't pleasant for Rachel at all being thrown at the Angel, the arrows in her body shifting and being pushed in a little further made her cry out, She hardly knew what was going on but she knew that she was n even greater danger now being on the Angel's side of the playing field.
Two of the Angel's squad instantly came to their leaders aid as they helped stabilize him before picking up Rachel by the arms, holding her captive between them ready to receive orders tough the leader had a different idea in mind.
"So you would use your own friend to attack me? that was foolish and unwise as now we have her and now you time as come to an end" He spoke as he drew his holy sword from its place at his hip and pointed it towards Seiko "Let see if you can put up more of a fight than that thing's mother" He challenged.

"Ah, so you're a freeter," Ren nodded, having accepted that answer. It was understandable, more or less. Still, there were quite a few inconsistencies with her supposed job and the story she gave him. The stuttering and stammering didn't help her case either. Mentally he was ticking off various demon subspecies he could remember, as well as some significant wanted criminals from the news for good measure. He didn't bother the girl as she ate quickly, just kept to himself, analyzing what information he had as well as what he could gather from her appearance and visible belongings..."...That book looks old," Ren remarked, having spotted the aged dragon book Arydun had been hauling around. He couldn't really read the script at all, having declined taking any foreign languages classes, but it didn't look like anything he'd seen in his lifetime. It definitely looked like something that should be at the National Library, in any case. Ren continued, "can't quite decipher the script... Doesn't appear to be a writing that's particularly known or well distributed..." The Terrenian tapped his fingers on the table, "Your story's inconsistent with quite a few things I've picked up, too." Ren felt safe enough. Even if she reacted adversely to what he was going to say, there were too many people for her to start something."My hypothesis? You're either a dragon or a thief. Maybe both."

"Yea that is exactly what I am" Arydun nodded with a large smile when Ren gave her a name for what she did, it was helpful that her style of living did have a name and it was easy to remember though not that she ever had trouble forgetting things anyway.
Arydun continued to eat her large after she spoke wanting to get right down to licking the plate clean, and she would have done it to if Ren's next words didn't stop her dead in her tracks. He had figured her out and she knew that as soon as he started to ask about her book, stating how old it was and the text on it to how inconsistent her story was before accusing her of being a Dragon and a Thief. Arydun didn't know what to say or do as she had never meet a human this smart before in her life, in truth she didn't know humans got this smart and though their IQ was fairly consistent but not that she was calling them stupid or anything.
"I...I'm not a thief....this book...it was doing nothing but gathering dust where it was originally, with me it can serve it's true purpose as only I know why it was created in the first place" The Dragonette sighed a little "I guess I need to work on my cover story don't I? I knew it wasn't the best but I never imagined a mere human would figure me out. Don't get me wrong I'm not calling your kind unintelligent. time has jut moved on faster than I have realized" She explained herself as she turned her almost sad innocent eyes towards Ren begging him not to judge or tell any body what she was or about what the book was.
The new stranger who entered the cafe and sat close by didn't go unnoticed by the female dragon, she had taken note of everyone who had entered or left the cafe but he seemed different. Arydun's attention though was being pulled in another direction with Ren as she started to fee nervous over being found out, what if he tried to call someone or try to take her book away from her?.
The Angel's didn't care about those who stood at the side and didn't have much care towards the dragon who descended upon them either, it was true that the fire it spewed to protect the hybrid kept them at bay as well as the fog that had rolled in but it wouldn't keep them for long.
When Seiko picked up the half-breed and attempted escape the angels moved to surround her to stop her from going far, the air created by their wings pushed the fog away mostly as they fazed through the fire almost untouched by it. These weren't your everyday average angels that one would normally encounter, no these were a special group who had prided themselves the job of hunting and eliminating those who they deem unworthy to live in their perfect world. Exterminating Hybrids such as Rachel was the top goal out of their list of creatures to wipe from the face of the planet, these Angels would stop at nothing to get their job done even if that means siding with a certain few demons who had the same views as them towards Hybrid abominations.

There was one who landed himself in front of Seiko standing upright and tall with his hands behind his back, an intimidating air around him as his stern golden eyes glared down to Seiko and Rachel. It was obvious that out of this group this one was the leader and he was not one to be taken lightly.
"Do not think your tricks of fire and fog can fool us. Hand over the Abomination and you and your friends will be spared, if you do not comply we will end you like we did that pitiful soul's, adoptive human mother" He spoke in a calm tone sounding so high and mighty over the others, his gaze cold and unwavering as he obviously had no care for anyone but himself and his group if even that.
