"I went to warn you for Will's sake" Kyla turned and snapped at hm "It's not my fault you decided to be arrogant and ignore me. So it isn't my fault but yours that you are in this situation!" Kyla has started to poke and Edward's chest harshly to make her point clear.
As she finished her small Rant Kyla noticed the men behind Edward cocking their guns, with a gasp she grabbed the brats shirt and pulled him out of the way. Just in time for him though not for herself, Kyla felt the bullets pierce her skin. Two bullets went into her left leg, one into the shin under the knee and the other in the upper thigh and another dug itself into her left arm just above her elbow, two more grazed her right cheek and her left wrist above her glove.
With a loud cry Kyla almost fell over from the pain and shock though managed to hold herself steady, panting from the pain but she knew she had to get out of the way. Grabbing Edward by his shirt she dragged him over to the ally way she lived in, tossing him in and sitting at the mouth of the ally. Quickly using a dirty cloth to wrap around her arm tightly to keep that from bleeding at least before pulling out her gun and holding it ready, peeking out to see if the men were following and preparing to kill them if she had to.

Kyla didn't even look up when Edward came down to her, demanding her to get rid of them in the 'nicest' way possible. Sighing as some random flipped a coin into her hat that she had placed at her feet "What do you want me to do? Fight them off with a pistol that is almost out of bullets?"
Grabbing her hat and placing the small amount of coin into her pocket, Kyla then got up and placed the hat back onto her head. Head still down as she started to walk off with her hands in her pockets "I tried to warn you and you didn't listen but instead pushed me away, you haven't even thanked me for when I helped you last time, You don't deserve to be helped you arrogant, ignorant brat" Kyla spat before walking off wanting to go 'home' for sleep. Little did she know though that the Hunters had followed Edward and were waiting for their time to strike.
