Ahem, lemme just say, sorry for the drop in activity from yours truly. just RL shit getting in the way, and hopefully it'll be over soon.
An update; DarkRecon is actually more or less finished with his things, he's going the 'Corporate badguys' route, as I hoped. I'll be finishing discussing the things with him, then introducing him to the RP, after making an action post for everyone else, of course. Please expect that later today, oh, and umm.
A hint: your next mission involves one team going to Santa Cruz, the other, AROS territory. Guess why on the second one? :P

Well, cool then. I'm going to watch this for the giggles. As long as you crank up the spookiness and make sure to brutally murder anyone who screws up juuust too much, I think you'll do fine. Don't know about you guys, but it's always been hard for me to get scared by text. If you want to be spooky, go all-out to compensate for how strangely difficult it is. OFC that's probably just me, but I'd still do it.
And yes I'm absolutely going to provide snarky commentary. And I'll be honest, I have very little hope about this going decently at all. Well, since they're security guards for THAT shit, you DEFINITELY need plenty of spoopy planned. Make sure the players know from the outset they can and WILL die a few times. Give a high PC turnover rate. Also, study the large amounts of lore of these games so you're absolutely, positively sure on how these dumb spooky robots work on an 'individual' basis. Like, which ones are you wanting in this one? Are you going to make your own to spice things up a little? If so, make 100% sure they fit in decently enough for minimum bullshit.
Also, get a good feel of the layout of the place, I'd make a simple map somehow. I'm pretty sure there's stuff for that online, search up 'RP House layout generator' or something, or just use MS paint, pretty sure everyone here is chill enough to not give a shit. Also, will the security guards have to do crap like, "Ah crap soccermom #381 accidentally left one of her kids...B-BUT OUR ANIMATRONICS ARE STILL OPERATING. OH SHIT!"? That'd ramp up the panic and add some awesome 'Oh crap I have no idea what's going to happen next!'.

The Squad finished their objective... Edoric and Shinon planted demolition charges, Eriko, Chiyomme, and Nine secured the perimeter, (and salvaged what they could). After such, they began leaving and counting what they could get the grease-monkeys back at HS to repair:
Wesson 1's Assault Shotgun, surprisingly, survived the battle nearly unscathed. Being such a massive two-handed assault model, it'd be quite useful for Edoric or Shinon.
Wesson 2 appears to have equipped a high-output generator, and such a clean cut means plenty of the NCM's actual hull is available. The generator, sadly, was ALSO cut in half, but it could be still theoretically possible to repair. Hell, the engineers could use its' parts to upgrade everyone a little, but it'd have to actually be eligible to study first, and not cut in half.
Raymond's shotgun is wrecked, but it is barely salvageable. It'd be even more of a difficult job, but it'd be possible. It'd take up plenty of the engineers' precious time, though.
Wesson 3's back missile launchers seem to be working well enough, they seemed to have been designed specifically for anti-NCM work, which would be a very useful weapon to have. The missiles, however, will always be difficult to acquire.
In any case, they bring the most-important looking salvageables back to base, hand them over to the engineers, (Who assess their possibilities of being refubrished for HS use). Jeanne congratulates everyone for a mighty successful first mission, even with the odds stacked against the Squad at first, "However, it's still all up-hill from here. It's going to be hard, especially with Raymond tattling on the corporations on us this soon..." "If anyone is going to attack us during a mission after this, or, more unlikely, attack us directly, our sources show it's going to be Volkov or Al'Zharid."
"And... well, congratulations.", Jeanne smiles a little, "With your skills out there, no matter how hard this'll be, I think we'll be fine.
