See, to me, that sounds like a dick move in an attempt to get through a loop hole. Any writer found trying to do such can say goodbye while we all wave farewell to his/her soon to be dead character.If I wanted a bunch of powerhouse kids running around and fighting crime, I would have done an X-Men roleplay. But I don't so I didn't. And as I have made my point before, at this time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, super powered beings like mutants and whatnot are damn near unheard of and Agent Coulson and Sitwell have admitted that even all the "gifted" people on S.H.I.E.L.D.'s watch list might not even have anything special about them. Anybody who doesn't like the idea of having to play a human character among superhuman characters doesn't have to join.
