Exactly.

Students who don't pose potential threats due to lack of control can request solo rooms, but it'd have to be a good reason. "I don't wanna share a room" or "I don't like getting undressed in front of others" are unacceptable.

Anywhere between 2-3 roommates. Staff members and special case kids get their own rooms. By special case, I mean a student whose powers are prone to acting out while sleeping and is dangerous.
