Sheets can definitely be updated as stuff goes on. And color is a big theme of the RWBYverse so some people put their characters theme color on them.

I'm afraid I'm not coming up with anything either. Maybe she's a sort of "Grew up wanting to be a hero/protect people" type, sorta like Ruby was only less... Ruby-ish?

Random draw actually sounds better to me, it fits slightly better with lore. Keeping the setup with one girl per team, at least.

Cyrul took a quick step back so he was more than half an inch away from the slightly creepy Fox faunus, returning his hands to his pockets now that his balance had been regained. "I'm Cyrul. Nice to meet ya!" He grasped the extended hand in a friendly handshake. "Interesting mask you got there. Stylish." He stated, moving a little bit to make room for the multitude of people heading past them towards the main academy building. Not even really waiting for a response to his previous statement he looked up at the tower, filled with glowing orbs and gears, looking like some sort of fantastical clock tower. "Impressive view eh?" He asked, looking for a second to make sure the Faunus was still there, but really he didn't mind anyone joining him in conversation.

I don't really think he did, honestly. He based it off their actions in the fights against the Nevermore and Deathstalker, respectively. Ruby came up with and executed the plan that dealt with the Nevermore, and Jean coordinated the attacks of his teammates to kill the Deathstalker. I figure we'll choose leaders to decide the teams, and then choose IC leaders based on what happens in the RP.

Cyrul was casually looking around, hands in his pockets as his Cheshire Grievance, currently folded down in its storage mode, hung against his back, the magnetic seal attached to his jacket keeping it in place despite its weight. Most of the students milling out of the ship didn't particularly interest him, but a few caught his eye. Of course one was the unreasonably tall reptilian Faunus, which was a surprise to see as he didn't think reptilian Faunus even existed. There was also a rather loud girl who had decided to attach herself to a tired looking Faunus kid, and the scrawny child who was carrying around a sword at least as tall as he was. He figured it would be a good idea to make a few friends as early as possible, but he definitely wanted to get his bearings first. Unfortunately in his looking around for a place to go he backed up right into someone else. "Oh crap, I'm really sorry. Shoulda been looking where I was going." He stated as he turned around to face the person.

That'd work for team choosing, I don't know that some of them would make sense as team leaders IC.

That works. Seeing as we have three teams and three female characters I figure it'd be easy to assume each team would have one female character, though it would still be up to the players of those characters.

Also, something I wanted to ask, do people want to set up partners/teams OOC, or leave it up to fate?
