Well, it was ONLY released in Japan, so, I doubt non Japanese people living outside Japan would have any access. So the people who aren't Japanese, would have to be living in Japan and know Japanese. Lol

minor thing here since I do take Japanese martial arts if your gunna have him do ninjutsu you need to have him be a ninja like be in a ninja clan and there are rules and stuff for that you cant just learn ninjutsu like karate or any other style its a generational family thing(srry to be so nitpicky and im not a gm so what I say isn't like supreme or anything just giving some insight)
Actually, in modern Japan, there is a well known Grand Master Ninja, who teaches Ninjutsu, and it is not limited to clans or anything. Look up Masaaki Hatsumi.
Of course there are probably Ninja clans and stuff like you suggest, but I am basing it on what I know.

Sei is a rather average high school kid. Except that he was a vivid gamer, and took up Ninjutsu. He has a normal family with one younger sister. They get along fine. There aren't any dramas in his life. However, when it comes to games, anyone that has said anything bad about a game, without any real critique, just words without argument, he will let them have it. He has been suspended for beating 5 other kids to the ground due to their trash talk of a game, that was just saying it was bad, without discussing what it was. He had asked them, what is wrong with that game, and they only could answer it is just bad. During his free time, he has taken up programming, and has learned how to code. Although not proficient, he can program very simple games. Sei has been excited over the first VRMMORPG, and thinks when he has the time, he will try to decode parts for his own learning.
Personality:
Generally, a nice, friendly guy all round. He isn't very social though. Doesn't engage other people often. But he will help others when they need help. Only when people talk badly about games with no reason, does his personality twist around a bit. If they can explain, he has no quarrels with them. Sometimes he gets overly excited, and loves in-game limited time events.

It seemed that Tempest understood a little, but not quire properly. "End? You think his dead? No. He will be back. Just wait. Everything will be fine. He will probably feel weak, but he will be fine. This happens routinely." Xerox comforted her. Then the word "Revenge" came out. He went to cover her mouth. "Shhhhh". He looked around, to see if any other guards heard that. Plotting revenge, would definitely get her thrown into the box. Such talk was something the guards did not approve of. He released her mouth.
"Sorry, but don't say words like that aloud. Stone will be back. And ..." Xerox leaned in to whisper to her, "We can get revenge later, for the things they've done to us, first we must be careful."
Xerox started to take a step away. "You want to come with me? I want to learn more about you, if that is ok." He smiled to her. He began to walk out of the Rec room. He needed to get a place to hide the keys, but he wanted to learn more about Tempest. She seemed like a good girl, but, would she comply and listen to plans? He wanted to find out what kind of person she was. There was a place he usually went to that was away from almost all of the other inmates. It's not that it was a private room, it was just that the others didn't seem to care for it. It was the infirmary. After brawls, people would be found there. But other than that, most of the inmates didn't really go there. There was no reason to. Everything was locked up, so they couldn't use anything. Only the guards would open them, take out what was necessary, throw them to an inmate, and then point a gun to them. If they did anything suspicious, they would be knocked out with a tranquilizer dart. For Xerox, when there weren't any big fights, it was a good place to be. He would still have guards on him, but that can't be helped. When he reached the infirmary door, he turned around to check for Tempest.
