But with PvP, wouldn't we need to take into account certain aspects of the characters?
Like experience in fighting, weapon advantages, model advantages (for initiators) if they have learned martial arts, etc.

I am thinking I will have some parts where she is reasonable and normal during certain situations though, when it is more appropriate (like I had somewhere in my CS, not completely detached from the real world)

Hm... I think I will make her an elemental warrior, imbuing her fists and kicks with the elements!
Or maybe just chuck a whole bunch of things in at random. Of course adding more to her imaginary background is what makes a chuunibyou fun!

There's two seasons and a movie you know of chuunibyou? (Movie is mostly a recap of first season though, but leads in a bit into the second season)

Personality:
An upbeat girl who paints the world in her imagination. Komari has a very vivid imagination and has a sparkling personality. She interacts with others and is friendly. Her language/speech can come off to sound odd, being foreign to the US and due to being a chuunibyou. Shouting random things and believing in having magical powers. But just because she is a bit delusional, does not mean she doesn't realize what is going on around her in "the real world" sense.

Bio:
From a very young age Komari loved imagining things. She would imagine the stories in picture books and pretend to be a princess or a knight. Her family was a rather normal family. One day, before turning 7, she had a static shock. That was the day she started believing she had powers. Believing she could really use magic, and ended up more delusional and gaining a more vivid imagination. Since she was a child the other children would play along and believe with her, so she didn't seem odd.

Just before entering middle school, her family moved to the US. She had a hard time adapting at first, but she was always active, and friendly. When she got used to the language she would go on about her delusions, her "abilities". Some people joked around and played along, others scorned. Komari didn't mind any of it. She was happy and believes, that's all that matters to her. She had some genuine friends, some that believed others that didn't. They just liked Komari with they way she was. Sometimes she would cause quite a lot of trouble due to her delusions and shouting of abilities. She didn't have many issues with bullying, since she was athletic and trained in martial arts, believing she will unlock the power of chi. She learned she had a talent for kenpo and mastered it fairly young. Praised highly by her master as a prodigy. Her master was known for almost never praising. She has taken over some of his classes from time to time due to her level of mastery. Not long after entering high school, she got the invitation to Liberty Academy. It was time for her imagination to go wild!
