Looking around, Umichi saw that Paka had objected to Suki's leadership. Watching her handle the situation, he critiqued to himself, Using a personal experience that not many can relate to to demonstrate a point is not the best thing to do ... but I guess it works since they are close to each other. After she had finished with Paka she waited for more objections and suggested to head to the Labyrinth. There was a moment. Seems it's got to be me he mentally sighed.

"What about Fujiwara leader? What do you suggest we do? Leave him alone? Leave someone behind? Do something else?" Umichi wilfully smiled, turning to Suki. He was going to see how she handled the issue. There are many ways to view this. Many scenarios to take into account. Well, she needs to be able to decide and then go ahead with the decision. In this type of situation, taking other suggestions into account can just lead to problems. It's a moment of indecision that can change the field. In a party like this, in this situation, it may be okay to take time and think and get suggestions, but as a Raid Leader .... Decisions must be decisive. They need to follow the direction they head. Umichi analysed Suki's leading abilities.

He did not want to be the one who had to take a role like this. But it was necessary. Umichi cared deeply for Suki, and would prefer it if she was not burdened to be the Raid Leader. However, as things stood, he had to let it be. He suggested it only because she seemed willing. He had no right to stop that. If he didn't support her, then who would? This was another form of support, to try to get her used to what she required. That's what he believed at least. Umichi could only hope he did not think the wrong way. Also he hoped that she would not take offense to anything he does for now. Although this was only scratching the surface of some antagonism, it was necessary for her to learn to stand up to it. In the face of 40 + people, she needed unwavering decisions, to be able to handle antagonistic remarks and critiques. That is if she were to be a Raid Leader.
Putting a hand to his forehead, Hax let out a sigh. He wished he hadn't been caught. "Damn creaky floor" he muttered. "Fine, I will help. At least until a teacher arrives." he replied, taking a step inside. Noticing Lilly, she had mentioned Cassandra wanting to protect her. To trust each other so quickly. I wonder if I used to be like that A quick thought passed his mind. They are pretty quick to just ask someone they barely know to protect them.

Walking over to the right hand side of the door, to the corner, he sat down. He sat with one leg extended and one leg tucked in, with his swords leaning on him. "I'll just be here. Also, don't use that sword, unless I say, while I am here. It will only make things harder and become more annoying." Hax pointed to Cassandra's sword, and then placed his hand down on the floor. He did not let his eyes wonder. All he did was sit there, waiting. he would react quickly if he could sense a demon, but, for now there was nothing.
"Well, then, you should make sure she doesn't draw her sword then, shouldn't you? She has almost no control from what I could tell." Hax finished. Continuing on his path, he walked by Simon. Stealing a glance he just continued passed him. Walking along Infernecus and Cyrono spoke, Aren't you glad the girls didn't seem to misunderstand?
Like I said, it doesn't matter. I don't care.
But you should, they may become your teammates
I am telling you, I only need you two. I might not be able to handle everything by myself, but I have you two. Right now, I can't help you two handle someone like Amaimon, but I will have that strength one day. I know you two are strong enough for it.
No no no, you flatter us Master.
Anyway, enough of this silly conversation

He knew they were glad of what he said, but still worried about him. Hax just couldn't trust anyone though. He just wouldn't be able to handle another betrayal, another backstab, another attempt at his life. Walking passed Cassandra's room, he heard her talking about not having a sleep over before. As he passed the room, the floor creaked loudly. Unsure if the girls had noticed the sound or not, or if they would bother to check outside the room, he tried to continue on his way, taking another step. With the step he took, another loud creak could be heard. Why is it all creaky here?
"Alright. I don't think we should just let you lead and that's it. It would be better to let you have a feel for different aspects, like yesterday's thief situation or uncooperative players. If no-one is going to be uncooperative, I will play the part." Umichi stated as Suki seemed to want to try to be leader.

Yui began to speak up, and give her opinion. "Well, a raid party is generally lead by one leader with others leading the smaller groups. The raid leader will give the general battle plans, and the overall decisions. The party leaders tend to adjust according to the situation. For example, if minions are spawned in the boss fight, the leader may tell one party to go handle the minions, and for shield bearers to be out front to guard for a big attack. The party that went to handle the minions may have a bit of trouble with the minions and have a couple of shield bearers, so the leader of that party may tell another party leader to swap out their non shield bearers to help with the minions while they send their shield bearers to guard the big attack. The raid leader divulges the overall plan, while the leaders of the parties execute and lead the others. This is a general way as to how raid parties work. So, I imagine that, we are likely to follow that in SAO as well. The second idea you spoke of" Umichi replied to Yui.

"Anyway, any opposition to let Suki try leading for now? And if none, someone should act uncooperatively to let her have a chance to deal with such things." Umichi looked around to see if there were any objections. "Oh, and before I forget, just because there isn't a Labyrinth quest in the guide book, doesn't mean there isn't a Labyrinth quest. It means it either hasn't been discovered, has a pretty tough pre-requisite to unlock it, or is absurdly hard and doesn't become recommended. If it is one of the first two, it usually would imply it would be quite rewarding, but the last one implies it is a waste of time. Either way, I think it's worth a shot to look for Labyrinth quests." He continued.

If there were no objections, he would finish with, "Now then, Suki, no, Leader! What is on the agenda today?" while turning to Suki. If there were objections, he would see how Suki would handle them.
I just did it for the sake of it, I'm probably going to get lazy and skip it eventually
Also, to indicate that Xerox isn't much of a paramagic user and low in terms of using the junctions
At least for now

Edit:
I was reading the last rule of the first OOC post again, and thought of something ....
Can I make Xerox get drunk, at some point in time, build a giant mechanical T-Rexaur that becomes attached to Eika and Xerox be riding on it?
(The T-Rexaur will kidnap Eika!!!!! RAWR!!)
Alastrine -> Sam and Cleo

"Is that so ...." Alastrine closed her eyes in wonder, putting her thumb and index finger to her chin, like she was thinking, for a moment. Noticing Cleo seem to shy away from her, she noticed a black eye. "Um ...." She was about to speak in concern.

Alastrine/Komari -> Monokuma/herself

Hearing Monokuma speak, she didn't finish her sentence and turned around to the stage. Seeing the TVs come down, she clenched her fist. Master!? It was her kenpo master shown on the TV. Alastrine, no, Komari was pissed off. Her intent to kill the bear was immense. She about to go crazy and lash out at the bear, but calmed herself, remembering about her master's teachings. Martial Arts are meant to protect. Never let your anger control you. It will let you be controlled. Keep your mind focused. Her fist relaxed, and she was calming herself down. Her killing intent lessened as well.

Looking up, she could see her master, still gagged and bound. But how? How is it that he was able to do that? What is that bear? What if ... that isn't him? Could it be ... someone else that the bear has ... literally at his disposal? Komari tried to analyze the situation. It was completely possible that it wasn't the person that was her master. Her imagination went along with her analysis. There was no way to confirm it was her master, since she couldn't actually see his eyes, or mouth. Even his ears. Maybe it was some look-a-like to coax her, and the others, into killing one another. This was a sickening plan, but she had no evidence, no way to confirm it. For a moment, she wondered if Kincaid had some thing to shoot or throw to cut the hostages down, or if Kirali could possibly cut it down from such a range.

Komari was a little glad it was her master that she was threatened with. If it were her parents, it was entirely possible she would of lost it already. Although she almost did with her master, his teachings saved her from such a mistake. But the realization of this meant she would have to prepare herself if they come out next. "Evil dean, no, Dai Maou! (Great Demon Lord!) You will pay for this! Mark thy words, the words of the Great Alastrine!" She pointed at Monokuma with anger and discontent. She will not fall for this scheme to kill. But she was definitely worried. These people were in his hands. Promises he may make, the bear is not necessarily going to abide them. He did send everyone into a death game, he probably will kill those people regardless of the result, or use them again if it is necessary. This situation was unfavorable no matter what happens.
Listening to Duncan, Xerox stopped with his work. He was able to test a number of mechanisms, but only had time to integrate two for now. "Rue, put the other pieces away. We need to get ready." As Duncan gave a salute, Xerox did likewise. Leaving the classroom, Xerox headed to the elevator, with Rue following behind holding the gauntlet.It seemed someone had gotten on first and that Eika was waiting for it. "Rue, go down the elevator safely okay? I'll be heading to the dorm first." He jumped off the side railings, spreading out his lab coat and pulling some strings. Poles inside his lab coat assembled into a glider fashion, and he glided down to the ground floor. One of his gadgets made inside the lab coat, for use in such cases.

Heading to the room quickly, Xerox changed into the uniform. He wished he could bring his lab coat, but knew he probably couldn't. Grabbing his tool box, he saw Rue come in. Putting his giant spanner down, he checked his tool box. Rue tugged at him, once he had checked. "What is it Rue?" Xerox asked. The Moomba indicated something that flew and was shooting as well as something to press as a shield. "Ah ... those. Flying Assist Turret (FAT) Alpha 014 and Deployment Shield(DS) Beta 043. Yeah, I'll bring those." Reaching his arm out, his arm suddenly went into a warped space. It was his Junction Ability, Extra Spatial Storage. Bringing out a hand held sized ball with a rotor and rotor blades on top, making it hover and fly about. And then a bracelet with a button on it. Rue tugged some more. "You want to use them?" Xerox asked. Rue nodded. "I can't let you use the FAT. It's still in the alpha stage. It won't understand you in the first place. I'll let you use the DS though." The FAT had two modes, command and automatic. The automatic feature was still functioning poorly at the moment. The command mode was voice activated. He had number of things inside the ESS. To access it, all he needed to do was think and think of the item, and there it is.

Making a final check, Xerox looked over everything. He was in uniform, he had his spanner, and his toolbox. His gauntlet was with him too, in the toolbox. The FAT was flying around with a good number of rounds. It shot out pieces of scrap metal, since Xerox didn't bother making them into proper bullets. Rue was equipped with the DS. It seems all was in order. However, the FAT broke down, just before he could leave. "Ah ... I haven't charged it yet. Damn it." He realized. "Oh well. I can't do that right now anyway. I should check my paramagic." This was something Xerox was still not very used to. He checked the numbers of his paramagic, 30 demi, 25 cure and 12 fire. He didn't stock up on paramagic much. He knew he had a good stock of potions and tents and other things in his ESS. He hoarded them, since they could be used in his inventions as well. With that all covered, he went off to the lobby.

On the way to the lobby, people were wondering what it was that Rue was wearing. The pair ignored them until reaching the lobby. It seemed like there were a few who had got there before him, but a couple still missing. He noticed Eika and Syrus with Duncan and another instructor. "Instructor Duncan Sir! Xerox Craft reporting in for the SeeD test, Sir!" Xerox saluted Duncan, with Rue, keeping some distance behind Xerox, and doing likewise.
"Well, two demons were on campus. One attacked ... Cassandra was it? And the other was a shadow demon attached to .... Lilly's? shadow. Anyway, the shadow demon was not going to be dangerous yet, but it was reaching that point, and I dealt with it, same with the one that attacked Cassandra. Cassandra seems to believe someone is after her. So ... as a teacher you should probably go and check out the situation and find out why and what not. Anyway, that was all." Hax succinctly reported the situation to Oliva. He then turned and started to walk away. "Oh right." Turning his head over his shoulder, he continued, " Before I forget to ask. Do you know about Cassandra? What she is? It's fine if you try to hide it, but I saw already is all I will say." With that, he continued to walk away from Oliva.
