Finding Lisa is of top priority. If the Gufus attack, we will need to be wary of our attacks. Do not harm the civilians. I repeat, no harm is to come to the people."

"Yeah yeah, let's go and search." Hax replied, waiting for Igor to take the lead. As Igor lead them out of the office, they continued down and opened a door with the key. Passing through, Hax followed Igor. They were just outside Fallenburg, a small village, with some urbanized structures. Dark clouds loomed the village, an ominous feeling could be felt. The group started to approach Fallenburg.

Arriving at the inn, he opened the door, letting Suki enter first, before stepping inside. "Hey everyone." Umichi greeted aloud. Some strangers stared at him as he greeted. Ignoring them, he approached Yui, Timi, Ayame and Fujiwara. "What's going on guys?" he asked. "What did you all get up to today?" He was being casual and upbeat to just get some nice everyday conversation going, as he pulled out a seat for Suki before getting a seat for himself.

Just a few things to keep in mind
Katana skills (weapon skills) are not chosen. They are simply unlocked as proficiency of the <<Extra-Skill Katana>> (Although in our case not an extra skill) levels up. More Katana skills will become available.
So I didn't read your skill set properly, but I am going to have to say you need to cross reference your skill list with someone else's character like Fujiwara of PKMNB0Y.

Also, be wary about when you end up making IC posts about towns.

Players with orange cursors are unable to enter villages or streets that have the «Area» effect on. If they try to get into these areas, they will be attacked by NPC guards until they leave the affected area.[9] In order for an orange player to move between floors, they must either walk from floor to floor or use teleportation or corridor crystals.

As it says here, some towns an areas will not be available for you to enter, and you cannot go between floors with the town teleport (refer to the thing in episode 8 of SAO that Asuna and Kuradeel use if you don't know what I mean)

For now, I guess it is probably best to say, you can enter all towns, except Tolbana and Town of Beginnings.

Edit:
There's quite a time inconsistency with the thing about Yui and Timi arriving to Tolbana earlier than Suki and Umichi, considering the other two are over an hour away by foot, and they traveled by foot, with Suki and Umichi being at the town closest to Tolbana.

Also, I think you should of worded it as, Killing = red or orange for life
Sounds like you are saying killing a red/orange gives you a life lol
Also, harming people is included in the stealing and such right?

"Ah ... I see ..." Xerox replied, his body under the covers. He did not look in Charlotte's direction due to his embarrassment. "I am glad you came to visit." As he spoke, he was shifting around under the covers trying to get his clothes on. Although, they weren't his usual clothes, since he was in uniform only moments ago, it was better than being butt-naked. "Thanks..." he said, taking the rose Charlotte offered.

For a moment, there was silence. He wasn't quite sure what to say to her. "Um... so .... is there something you would like to talk about?" he ended up asking her, trying to fill the silence. Xerox was buttoning the uniform under the covers now, and was mostly dressed, but he stayed under them for now. "Oh right ... have the results come out yet? If so what are they?" All he could do was try to keep the conversation going. There wasn't much that he could think of to talk about, he was not usually a talkative person in day-to-day conversations.

I haven't read it all, since I haven't had the time to yet, but one thing I quickly saw.

After Natsuki's first player-kill, she was forced to live in hiding until her Color Cursor returned to a green color

It has been stated, by the author, that player killing makes a player PERMANENTLY have an orange cursor color. That is that they instantly become a "red" player.
