The morning had been undoubtedly a successful one for Aaron. He had woken just after six am and after a short shower he had collected his mountain bike from the garage and headed off into the rising sun. It was a common occurrence for him, especially during the summer. The beauty of the landscape around him would just never cease to amaze and inspire. He liked the way the sun came through the trees and the fact that the wildlife was either rousing from a night of sleep or heading away to slumber so they could keep up their nocturnal ways. Along the trail he stopped at his usual places and took a stop beside one of the hillsides to eat a quick breakfast. He could see the sun growing higher in the sky, given that it had risen over an hour ago and he could just tell it was going to turn out to be a reasonable day which was grand, given that they were heading off on the scheduled trip.

He had packed two days ago, setting aside all the clothes he wanted and making sure that he didn’t delve into them. He had made sure he had all the essentials to ensure that the stress would be minimal come the day they were supposed to leave. The ride home seemed shorter and he stopped to talk to a friend of his mothers who was out walking her dog. By the time he got home it couldn’t have been any later than half past seven. As usual his parents were awake and moving around the kitchen. His father was already dressed in his uniform and was nursing a mug of coffee with ‘Top dad’ scrawled across the front is messy handwriting. It had been his birthday present from Madeline, Aaron’s little sister and the youngest of the Clinton-Hauk family. “Welcome back,” His mother greeted warmly as he set his small rucksack on the side and walked forward to collect the slice of toast she was offering. “Could you go and get Mollie up? Kieran and Maddie are about but Mollie has decided she wants to sleep in and she just gets grumpy when anyone but you goes in there this early. Especially as you’re going away as well,” She requested sweetly and Aaron heard his father laugh and mutter something about a special touch.

“I’ll see what I can do. Just hope this place doesn’t fall apart without me,” Aaron told them both before grinning and disappearing up to the second floor of the three story home. Half an hour later, all three of his siblings were dressed and polishing off their breakfast at the kitchen table. His father had just collected up his keys and headed out to begin his shift. He’d passed on a few words to Aaron about safety but he knew that Aaron was a smart kid and wouldn’t get himself too far into any messes. Especially as his father was part of the law enforcement around here and he’d have to answer to him if anything got really bad. Minutes ticked by and Aaron made a point of dragging his bag downstairs and checking it, just so he knew that when the time came he wouldn’t have to fret about having forgotten anything.

He didn't know the exact time that he set off from his home but he knew he arrived at roughly the correct time as he spotted the RV before he spotted anyone he knew. His bag was hefted up onto his back and he had decided to slip a cap onto his head to save from any pressing sun wanting to get into his eyes, despite the fact it was early. He spotted the girls first and cooly, he offered them all a smile and a slow wave before he dumped his bag down on the floor before them. “Mornin’,” He greeted before he became aware of the little scene going on nearby with Ryan trying to assist David out of the bush. The wheels of his bicycle were still spinning. “And to think, this is the guy we expect to create all the action,” He laughed as he wandered across, spotting Scout wandering nearby and he took a moment to offer him a hello before he proceeded to try and detangle the spokes of the bike from the branches and leaves, knowing that David could get himself personally out of his own mess.
I do believe Aaron's father is a police officer in that wonderfully tiny town police station. If that's cool. (:
I just like it to look all neat but alas, I have been conquered.
This hider issue though...I feel like I am just being dumb...

Name: Patrick Ford (Half-blood)

Age: 17
Year: 6

House: Hufflepuff

Classes taken:
N.E.W.T.S: Transfiguration; Charms; Defence Against The Dark Arts; Potions; Alchemy; Study of Ancient Runes

Short bio: Patrick was born in Copenhagen, Denmark purely by accident. His parents never expected their son to be born prematurely and as it turned out their two month trip was sure cut short when Patrick decided to enter the world. Soon after his birth the family moved back to England and took residence in their newly built home in West London. Magic never played a huge part in his home but he was aware of it as it ran down his father’s side of the family and he showed all the early signs of adjusting to it just how a child should. His father holds a job as an architect within the wizarding world, assisting in making vital changes to any structures that the Ministry may request but his largest passion comes from assisting wizarding families who may find themselves in struggle with their home situation and he gladly offers his services to help them. His mother is a performer on the West End stage in London and has been featured notably with large roles in several top grossing shows.

Personality: Patrick is a smart young man with a keen interest for his passions. He takes great pride in the finer details of his work and never hesitates to put in a few extra hours just to make sure he is fully satisfied with his toil. His mother taught him never to be afraid about putting himself forward for things as that is how one reaps the best rewards so when opportunities rise, he thoroughly enjoys placing himself right in the midst and getting involved. He holds a very strong devotion to his friends and his Quidditch team as well as his work.

Wand: Fourteen inches; Mahogany; Dragon Heartstring core; Pliable.

Patronus: Brown bear

Hobbies: Patrick has always shown a keen interest in architecture ever sure his father would lay his blueprints down on the table of their London home. This leads him to find constant fascination with the world around him, especially within Hogwarts itself where he can easily spend hours wandering through the corridors to discover all it has to offer. He also loves to play Quidditch now, although he found no interest in it for the first year or two. However that soon changed when he came in as a Beater in his third year before finally deciding Keeper was actually the position for him. He's genuinely a very proud Captain. As well as this and despite the fact it may make people question him, he also thoroughly enjoys working whether in the common room or the library to keep on top of things and make sure he's achieving the best grades he can.

Pets: A tawny owl called Eponine

Personal possessions: A Starsweeper XXI Broomstick brought after the 2014 Wizarding World Cup.

Relationships:
Genevieve Braveheart - Patrick and Genevieve met for the first time upon the Hogwarts Express. They were both First Years and by the time Genevieve came and sat next to him in his carriage, it felt like Patrick had been on the train forever. The two hit it off quickly, finding they had plenty to talk about as they made the long trek and despite the fact they were placed in different houses, it didn't deter him from becoming friends with her. It was a little more difficult, given that it was easier to be around Hufflepuffs in their common room but they grew close over the years and developed a playful rivalry that stemmed onto the Quidditch pitch. The moment where he whacked a bludger right at her has not been forgotten by either of them and their banterous on pitch relationship has extended to him now attempting to prevent every single one of her points as keeper. Of course it's his job whether she's the one trying to score or not. Although she's a damn good Chaser. The pair share a lot of classes which he enjoys because after six years of friendship, he has grown kind of accustomed to having her around.

NPCs: Why am I amazing? Well….you might be here a while.

Shall definitely be getting a CS up for a Hufflepuff at some point today. Would like to reserve the Quidditch keeper for Hufflepuff then if I possibly could. (: Wouldn't even mind taking the role of Captain for it as well.

CS:
Name: Aaron Clinton-Hauk
Age: 18
Appearance:

Aaron stands at a fairly imposing six foot one but despite his size, he appears genuinely gentle with his bright eyes and endearing, boyish smile. Years of helping his father with the excessive landscaping in the garden as well as long hikes through the valleys and trails have helped to keep his body on form and his mother loves to make sure all of her children are eating a healthy and standard diet. His hair is cut short and he has a small bald patch just next to his left temple from a small set of stitches he had to get from a silly accident when he was twelve.

Werewolf Form:

Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight
Crush: Not that he knows of.
Personality:

Aaron, as much as he doesn’t want to admit it, never stood out as much as he wanted to. His father always instilled him with motivational images of becoming the top sport star and sure, Aaron always gave it a go but he was willing to settle and its something he has always resented. It wasn’t that he didn’t want it but there was always that voice in the back of his mind that told him there was no point because he’d never get it anyway. Besides that, he’s a guy who shows a huge amount of compassion and patience but that was kind of essential when he grew up in a relatively large family while his father was often away or extremely busy. He’s not exactly quiet but he wouldn’t say he was forward talking either, he just likes to think what he says adds to the situation or assists in some way.

Bio:

Aaron was four years old when his mother and father decided that it was time to have a change from their lifestyle in Vancouver, Canada. His grandmother was growing ill in her small home in Pennsylvania and his father (an American citizen by birth) knew that his job as a policeman could probably allow for him to fit in almost anywhere. What had been a small idea at dinner time soon grew and after months passed with several inconvenient struggles, the Clinton-Hauk family finally managed to sell their home and make their way back into the States to settle in the small town of Red Lake.

As years passed, the Clinton-Hauk family grew and by the age of fourteen, Aaron had three younger siblings who all loved to live in his shadow. It didn’t bother him though and he loved showing them the beauty of the hiking trails in Fall or the best way to see the moon set over the mountains. As far as life went for a teenager he was pretty content with his friends and everything that surrounded him.
