RIFTS Roleplay?

Ok, for those of you who've never heard of it, RIFTS is a PnP RPG made by Palladium books. It is set 400 years into the future, 300 years after a large Cataclysm destroyed most of Humanity, which had ironically just begun a Golden Age. The Apocalypse was caused by a mass killing in South America to end a war, which released such vast amounts of magical life energy(something all living things contain at least a small amount of) that it brought magic and powerful psionics back into existence on Earth. Lay Lines(magical energy lines, connected at nexus' like Stonehenge) re-appeared so quickly, that they became permanently visible to everyone. Dimensional gateways to other worlds, called Rifts, opened at the locations where these Ley lines crossed, allowing aliens from other worlds to enter ours. Some were just as confused as the humans at to what was happening, while others came to invade. The world quickly suffered a 200 year Dark Age, where most Pre-Rifts technology was lost. Shortly after the Dark Age, new nations arose to replace the old ones. In North America, one of the most powerful Post-Rifts nations would arise: The Coalition States. This nation managed to obtain most of the resources necessary to either build new versions of Pre-Rifts tech, or build new technology to equal standards. They are unique in the sense that they hate aliens(referred to commonly as "D-Bee(s)"(short for dimensional being)), Mages, and have major restrictions on Psychics. They are dead-set on reclaiming the world, and bringing back the Golden Age of Humanity.They enforce Illiteracy as law, with only the upper elite actually able to read. Other Major North American Forces include Free Quebec( a former Coalition State), and The Magic city of Lazlo, found in the ruins of Toronto. In Mexico, The Vampire Kingdoms exist, either killing or enslaving every human possible. In the Pacific Ocean, the fabled city of Atlantis, now ruled by the fearsome Splugorth slavers, has risen up inside the Bermuda Triangle.

This is just the backstory of North America(where I'd like this to be set), and Atlantis. If necessary, I will add other regions of the world to the OOC, IF this gains enough interest to get an OOC. Please post opinions or comments here!

Warhammer Fantasy, Lord of the Rings, or Dragon Age RP?

Ok, so I'm taking a quick poll on which would be better received and garner more interest:

A: Warhammer Fantasy, with us as soldiers of any of the following races: Empire, Bretonnians, High Elves, Dwarfs, Wood Elves, Warriors of Chaos, Orcs and Goblins, Dark Elves, Skaven, and Vampire Counts.

B: Lord of the Rings Alternate reality RP, where Gandolf assembles a fellowship consisting of our characters, rather than the one in the books, and featuring a different story.

C: Dragon Age: Origins Alternate reality, where our characters are those who survive the battle at Ostagar, or meet up with those people later, and featuring a semi-deviating storyline.

Please pick your favorite and post it, so I know which one will get the most interest, and to type up the OOC for.
