Boots were in style that year! Don't judge! Nah, just kiddin' XD On a more serious note, it's a good idea honestly. God-ish characters, while difficult, can still work as long as there are weaknesses/loopholes that makes them playable. Like, say they're trapped in a human form and can only use a fraction of their powers or they'll die or something. Twists!
