The Sorcerer's Apprentice

*~*Village of Springfall*~*

Soft wind whispering through the trees, the sound of grass and pine needles crunching beneath brown leather shoes, the Apprentice, though alone, hardly felt dejected when he was in commune with nature - for life continued to work all around him, though so few took the time to stop and see it. Squirrels bustling through the trees, gathering acorns for winter, birds fluttering about, building their nests, down to the simple ant carrying a small morsel for its hill. Life lived on.

The Apprentice could hardly blame others for their lack of perception; for many were young, with lifespans over fifty or sixty considered to be astounding. Age brought the Apprentice patience and the ability to see farther - look to the horizon as opposed to seeing simply what was placed in front of him. It was a bittersweet feeling, to be so disconnected from the world yet still live a part of it. His Master had warned him all those years ago of the path he had chosen to take, how he would gain knowledge and power far beyond his imagination...but that there would be a price, with magic there always was.

Pushing these cynical thoughts to the back of his mind, the Apprentice raised his head slightly, overlooking the direction the matted dirt path was taking him: to the village of Springfall. It had been there for many years, beating on against time and age. It was small, almost too small, but the people carried their own and they worked hard. The Apprentice was a welcomely received visitor when he dropped by every other week or so, oftentimes counseling, mediating, or simply teaching whoever sought him out or had the ears to listen. He had grown fond of the small hamlet, despite his Master's warnings against growing attached. Many of the children there viewed him as a "funny man" who always came with treats or exciting stories to share, while the adults had a better grasp of him...a wise and knowledgeable sage who possessed wisdom far beyond his (supposed) years.

Hiking (with some effort) to the top of a small hill overlooking the village as a whole, the Apprentice was overcome with shock, raising a single hand to cover his mouth as the long, dragon-headed staff fell from his other grip, clattering to the ground.

Destroyed. Completely destroyed...dark pillars of smoke swirled from the burning remains of houses, billowing into the air like ghosts. Bodies, so many bodies scattered and tossed on the ground like waste, broken, beaten, and bloodied with no remorse or mercy; weapons jutting from their lifeless corpses, their necks and limbs twisted at odd and inhuman angles. Man, woman, child, elder, and animal completely disregarded, slaughtered all the same, piling amongst each other, foundations of the dead.

Blinking back the tears that threatened to fall, the Apprentice slowly entered what remained of Springfall, ignoring the objecting pain in his leg as he walked without his aide. It felt as though he had been sucker-punched in the gut, finding breathing to be a seemingly impossible task as all he could see before him was murder and destruction.

The Apprentice crouched down with a pained wince on his visage, kneeling before the broken body of a small girl, no older than ten. Magnolia was her name, yes....the Apprentice made it a point to always remember their names for when he left, so he would never forget.

Gliding a single hand over the girl's face, marred by dirt, soot, and blood, the Apprentice closed her glassy, lifeless eyes, giving her an almost peaceful look - as though she were lying down to take a nap.

Now letting the tears fall freely, the Apprentice made no sound, no movement, though his body was racked with wordless sobs, for he knew exactly who was responsible for this crime.
Hey, @Diabolicalrhapsody, looking over your sheet...one thing that rather glaringly stuck out to me is that there is no Shadow Magic in the Harry Potter universe. There's Dark Magic, yes, but nothing involving shadows, I'm afraid.
Ah, thank you for bringing that to my attention. I made that necessary edit in the collab I posted but there'll need to be one more in the collab between Luna and McHaggis :)

Regina and Ahzidal

The Enchanted Forest Outskirts ~ The Dark Palace

"Famed is thy beauty, Majesty. But hold, a lovely maid I see. Rags cannot hide her gentle grace. Alas, she is more fair than thee. Lips red as the rose. Hair black as ebony. Skin white as snow."

"Snow White." Regina's red, painted lip curled up into a snarl over her white teeth, the reflection from her mirror staring right back into her meeting her very own dark brown eyes in an intense moment of connection. "Show her to me." she snapped bitterly to the voice that followed her wherever mirrors were available, unblinking towards the face of the tyrannical Queen that was staring right back at her. "Show me Snow White. I need to see it."

There was a pause but then the surface of the mirror began to wave and pulse, defying the very laws that made glass what it was. Regina's reflection slowly began to fade away, twisting and warping with the movement of the glass until it began to settle once more though her reflection did not remain. Instead, the mirror in which she had been standing in front of in the comfortable confines of her bedchamber took on the traits of a window, showing Regina exactly what it was that she wanted to see; an image she had been watching for weeks now.

Snow White lay unconscious, protected by a feeble preservation spell from The Blue Fairy and a glass coffin in which the Dwarves had laid her to rest within on a cozy little green hill next to their cottage. Really, Regina had assumed the Dwarves would have moved her back to The Royal Palace by now, though, she supposed that without their faux Prince Charming there to tell them what to do, they were nothing more than scattered rats without a den mother to answer to.

The thought alone had her snarl of detestation towards the young woman who had ruined her life transforming into a rather attractive smile, though the burning passion of hatred gleaming in her dark eyes threw whatever sincerity from the gentle smile which then slowly turned into an airy laugh.

Raising a hand, she waved it from the wrist, letting her fingers follow the motion in a lazy flourish, watching a very thin puff of purple smoke taking over the image of Snow White fixated in the Sleeping Curse to then disappear revealing another image; the very Prince in question.

She had abducted Prince James long ago, a rather fair trade-off with King George that set everything Regina had ever strived for in motion. With Snow's Prince Charming in her clutches, imprisoned within Regina's makeshift castle after being exiled from The Enchanted Forest, precious little Snow had no choice but to comply to Regina's demands and bite into the poisoned apple, putting her in a forever sleep, believing that she was doing the right thing by keeping her false Prince safe.

Well... Regina never actually said she would be letting Charming go... There was too much risk. No, the only way Regina would be able to ensure that Charming and Snow could never be reunited, to never be able to break this curse, Regina would have to cast the most terrible curse in all the lands; The Dark Curse - a curse that would guarantee a happy ending for no one - a small price to pay for even a sliver towards Regina's own happiness which was keeping Snow from having hers.

Regina's internal musings were interrupted as a sudden fluttering of wings drew her attention to the nearby open view of the balcony. The large black shape of a bird sitting atop the guardrail detouring her thoughts, ruffling itself before looking up and cawing, a loud, coarse noise, the consistency of sandpaper.

The raven cocked its head to the side, as though silently imploring something from its Queen, but otherwise made no other noise as it seemed to look past her with its beady black orbs.

Smirking, Regina turned her lithe body towards the Raven sitting on top of the balcony railing. She raised her hand, fingers twitching as she watched the bird take flight towards her, it's impressive wingspan keeping it hovering at her chest level with such a delicate grace that not a single sound came from the fowl.

"I was wondering when you'd flutter back on home to me..."

Just as the bird looked as though it might intercept the Queen, Regina twisted her wrist, watching as a dark plume of purple smoke encased the bird entirely.

Writhing and swirling for longer than a moment, the purple smoke turned a jet black, fading away as the remaining tendrils formed bird-like shapes for only a brief moment before dissipating in their entirety, leaving a completely different figure in its wake.

Tall, dark, and powerful, Ahzidal stood at least seven inches taller than the Queen herself, making no initial movements aside from the subtle rising and falling of his chest, his piercing eyes the color of steel searching the Queen, piercing past her smirk, her clothes...her skin.

The Raven stood incredibly close to her, almost intimately so, her rather ample bosom very nearly pressing into his own chest, though this closeness did not seem to affect the palpable silence in the air, with Ahzidal not even seeming to notice the lack of space....it was duty.

"You summoned for me." He finally spoke, the words being uttered more as a declaration or affirmation as opposed to an inquiry. His voice itself was cold, harsh, with a raspy hint to it; as though any warmth or humanity had been extinguished long ago.

"Yes..." Regina purred, drawing out the 's' for a few moments as she let her fingers play with the pointed black fabric on his shoulder, her eyes watching herself fiddle with it. "Two days ago I sent you out with a message. I need to know if it was recieved."

Ahzidal did not visibly react as the Queen toyed with his clothing, either too disciplined or too unattached to notice or care.

"Those addressed are aware of the meet in the woods. They will attend, though whether their loyalty is secured or not is a different matter....do you require my attendance?" He explained in a composed manner, speaking in an almost robotic tone, measuring each word carefully without attention to inflection of mood or emotion.

Regina tilted up her head to look up at him, craning her neck given the height difference between them and their close proximity but the white smile that split her painted lips showed that she was more than pleased.

"Any... complications?" She asked pleasantly, almost sounding like she wanted to hear bad news. Taking a moment, she ran her hand down from his shoulder and over his chest, letting her head drop back down to watch her fingers at play.

"All apprehension was met with swift rebuke." Ahzidal replied brusquely, his head cocking down just a fraction to eye the ring wrapped around his finger. His leash. When on a mission he was free to use his magic to its full potential in order to accomplish the Queen's goals, but was once again muzzled in her presence. The Raven felt no opinion on the matter. His magic was a tool, he had no wish to use it on or against his Queen.

Turning his head back to see her playing with his chest, Ahzidal seemed to move closer into her touch, if only a centimeter or two on instinct. How often had the Queen called upon his service in the bedchambers? Nearly every night now, it seemed. Ahzidal cared not...his actions brought the Queen pleasure, so he would continue to serve and obey until she no longer required him.

"You continue to impress me, my dear Huntsman." Regina tilted her head back up, leaning into Ahzidal a fraction more until her chest was pressed into his where his weight could support her. Her parted lips, just a hairs-breadth away from making contact with the skin just below the strong line of his jaw, blew out a short breath of hot air as she let out a small chuckle. She let her eyes flutter closed for a moment, moving her head to rest ever-so-lightly against his shoulder, even nuzzling into him a bit. "You see how much easier things are when you obey your Queen?" she remarked, splaying her hand across his chest where his heart would have been had she not ripped it out all those months ago when he failed to kill Snow White for her.

"I live to serve." Ahzidal replied in a composed tone, yet an observant one could detect the ever-so-slight shake in his voice as the Queen continued to show affection for him. It was an interesting feeling....to be so detached and removed from emotions, yet experience the same prickling feeling of heat and excitement from the right touch - no matter how distant the feeling was.

"What would you have of me?" He inquired next, showing no leeway in voice whatsoever. Whether she wanted murder, pleasure, investigation, or simply comfort (as was the incredibly rare case) did not matter. Obedience was everything.

"Yes. You do." Regina agreed. With a barely audible huff, Regina pulled herself away from him, putting distance between their bodies as she turned to look back at the mirror she had been examining not moments ago, greeted once more by the sight of her reflection looking back at her with Azhidal standing in as her background. "I have another job for you." she stated after a long pause, her eyes looking from her reflection's to the reflection of Azhidal. Waiting for a moment, she turned her body back around, the tight black dress flowing at her feet in a velvety dance only to settle back down once the motion was carried through.

"My mirrors have lost track of the maid. In order to beat Rumpelstiltskin at his own game, I need her in my sights. Find her!"

"As you command." Ahzidal replied before turning heel towards the open balcony, his long robes flowing about him as he did so, giving him the appearance of an overgrown bat, almost.

Looking down once more at the encapsulating ring, Ahzidal could feel his magic slowly start to return to him, like unlocking a part of himself after hiding it away for years. He felt whole again....or at least as whole as a man could without his heart. And yet....he couldn't even think of a reason for a heart anymore. It was weakness, stood in the place of duty, clouded judgement. Ahzidal required only his mind and his magic. That was all he needed for his service to the Queen.

"Leave her be, when you find her." Regina told Ahzidal, watching him head back towards the balcony in which he had came in. "I only need information. This plan requires and air of... discretion..."

With a plume of black smoke starting to form at his feet, Ahzidal took one more look at Regina before the smoke enveloped him entirely, lingering on briefly before he once more hovered in the air as a large black bird.

The bird cawed only once, as if acknowledging her commands before taking off across the horizon, becoming little more than a hovering black dot that grew smaller and smaller, intent on accomplishing its mission.

Following Ahzidal out onto the balcony, Regina rested her palms on the railing of the balcony, bending her body forward a small ways and watching as the raven became nothing more than a black spec amongst the horizon. A flittering smile returned to her lips then as she straightened her long back and turned to head back into her bedchamber, however only taking a few steps, a plume of dark purple smoke overtook her body and with the blow of the wind, The Queen was gone.

She had a housecall to make.
11:30AM ~ Rosaline Hall ~ Library

*~*

David Howell....The name kept ringing in Viktor's head as he strolled down the dusted, winding hallways of the headquarters, no sound accompanying him aside from the creaking of the old floorboards beneath his feet, each step seemed to be supplemented by twenty-pound weights as thoughts of the meeting ran through his mind.

Books he could find; scrolls and artifacts likewise. But people -- people were much different, much more elusive than they wanted to be. You can't make an antique move or think, not without magic anyways. Simply put it somewhere different. But people were instinctive and paranoid with an irritatingly high amount of self-preservation. Viktor could respect that, if only slightly, having been in a similar situation a few years ago.

Turning a final corner, the expansive two-story library of Rosaline Hall came into sight, marvelous and austere. The library itself belonged to no member of the Ashes formally, but it might as well have been Viktor's, given the amount of time and attention he devoted to it. Always something new to learn or find out about -- just had to know where to look.

As he turned the corner, he would spot Alora Caldwell coming around the opposite corner to the library. She gave a small suprised look before seeming to compose herself. "Hello Viktor. Should have figured you would also be headed to the library," she said. She brushed back a lock of her hair and gave him a small smile.

"Getting that predictable, aren't I? Though I can't say I'm shocked to see you here either, Ms. Caldwell." Viktor replied with a half-smile of his own, his posture instantly adopting an almost elegant swagger to it as he planted both hands in the pockets of his longcoat, eyes briefly darting towards the library entrance.

"Doesn't do much good standing outside. After you." He beckoned politely with the wave of a single hand in the direction of the door before letting his eyes fall back on her.

"What a gentleman," she said and smiled, her eyes lighting up a bit. It was a rare sight to see, since Alora did keep mostly to herself. She walked into the library before Viktor and paused inside. "Do you happen to know what happened to the book I was looking for yesterday? The one about mysterious magical maladys? I think I want to look it over once again before this mission," she said, turning to look at him.

"I try to be." Viktor replied in a slightly playful tone before following in behind, breathing in the scent of the library. His library. Some would look at it and think only of the dust and grime that seemed to encapsulate the entire manor. But Viktor felt something different. He saw beyond the dust and scatter, and saw what lie beneath it. Age-old books with their leather covers and bindings stored away on the impossibly tall shelves; scrolls and parchments locked away in their secure cabinets. The room was home to him....it took him back to his childhood spent in his uncle's home, flipping through whatever book he could get his hands on.

"Hm? Oh, yes, I know the one. I'll retrieve it for you." Viktor added on in a conversational manner before an abrupt crack signaled his Disapparation, no doubt to look through the deeper reaches of the library.

"There you are..." His voice, now distant, rang across the room before he appeared once again beside Alora, a rather victorious expression across his features as he held out a single book to her.

"I believe this is what you're looking for." He stated matter-of-factly with a soft smile. He was one of those types...always seeming to smile or generally get along with others. Yet there was something in his eyes...as though he was keeping something hidden, yet no one could piece together what.

Alora took the book from him, and gently ran her hand over it and opened it. She looked through for a moment before closing the book again. "Yes, this is the one. Thank you. I swear, you must keep better tabs on what I read than I do. But you do spend so much time in here, that I'm honestly not suprised. I guess I've come to rely on you when I need a book," she said softly. However, for all the time she had spent in the library, Viktor would have noted how little Alora talked about herself. Her revolation today about knowing the McCarthy Manor was certainly new to him. She was probably just as secretive as him at times.

"So, you are going on the mission as well, correct? I hope you don't get injured... or I might think you are doing it just to get close to either Erin or I," she said, with maybe a hint of teasing in her voice. That seemed unusual for Alora.

"Though to be serious, I do wish you the best... I have never heard of this David Howell we're going after, but if You-Know-Who wants him so badly, there must be a reason," she added, the teasing note gone.

"I tend to have an advantage in those matters." Viktor replied, motioning to his temple with his first two fingers, the small smile never seeming to leave his visage.

"As for your attentions, Ms. Caldwell, I should hope injury is not the only way to earn your notice." He continued on in an equally-as-playful tone, though he did note the rarity in which she used one. The Mediwitch was perhaps as aloof and secretive as one could get. Even by his standards.

"I appreciate your concern, and I am quite aware the risk is....hefty. But I've survived up until now. The odds are...in my favor, I like to hope." He said on her final point, crossing both arms behind his back.

Alora blushed a bit at what he said and looked away shyly for a moment. However, she soon was back in what appeared to be serious mode. "If you're ever curious, you can ask," she said. She put a hand over her pocket before putting it back over the back. She seemed to pause for a moment.

"Ah, do you have a good book on Devination? Specifically tarot," she said. She furred her brows in thought.

"Tarot cards....a bit more vague than crystal balls or tea leaves, but I might have something." Viktor responded on an inquisitive tone before half-walking, half-jogging across the library instead of Apparating, disappearing behind a row of shelves . The next few minutes were the assorted sounds of hurried footsteps, ruffling books, and the occasional mumble before Viktor once more reappeared, a significantly older and larger book tucked under his arm.

"Closest I could find was: Omens, Oracles & the Goat. Bathilda Bagshot...as good a historian as any." Viktor described simply, handing her the book with a slight tilt of his head.

Alora took the book and accidentally, or on purpose, brushed his fingers. "Thank you. I am aware Tarot is vague, but... well, I have my reasons," she said, and tucked the book on top of the other. "I should probably go get ready now. I will see you closer to mission time I surmise," she said.

"Indeed you shall." Viktor replied simply with a coy smile before raising his arm to his brow in a casual two-fingered salute, which she returned before leaving.

Viktor watched her depart with a slightly raised eyebrow. How curious this one was....an enigma. Pushing the thoughts to the back of his mind, Viktor eased himself into one of the chairs scattered about the library, running a hand through his hair as he awaited the mission's approach - a slight sense of dread building up within him.
I think progress-wise, Yoshiskittlez and I want to get a collab in between Viktor and Kate before the mission officially starts :)

Name:
Known almost exclusively as 'The Apprentice' or 'The Sorcerer's Apprentice'. His true name is currently unknown to all but himself, the Sorcerer, and possibly Rumpelstiltskin

Appearance:

Wardrobe Style:
Garbed much as a typical mage would, the Apprentice's typical outfit consists of long, layered robes of crimson red, accentuated by gold and supplemented with matching gloves. Underneath is a simple tunic and trousers with weathered brown shoes. His sword is kept sheathed at his hip and a modest satchel is slung over the opposite shoulder, containing various scrolls and parchments.

Height & Build:
Standing at 5'7" in height, the Apprentice possesses a modest, slight build, lacking much in the way of muscle and bulk. In spite of this, however, he gives off an air of power and knowledge that belies his almost sickly frame.

Age:
Physically appears to be in his early thirties. Is chronologically in his hundreds.

Affiliation:
Neutral Good

Status and Job:
Apprentice to an enigmatic and immensely powerful Sorcerer | Guardian of the Sorcerer's Hat

Magic Capabilities:
A masterful wielder of magic, trained by the Sorcerer himself, the Apprentice is regarded as being an incredibly powerful individual within The Enchanted Forest. Capable of extraordinary feats of magic, ranging from the most passive and mundane to large-scale and dangerous, the Apprentice is capable of dealing with nearly any threat to himself or his allies; though even he is unsure how a magic duel between himself and the Dark One would end.

The Apprentice is not a violent man, and thus favors stunning or immobilization spells over outright harmful or lethal ones when he can help it, though he is both capable and willing to use the latter if the situation calls for it.

When empowered by the Sorcerer, the Apprentice is not bound to the limitations Rumpelstiltskin is, and can open portals to different realms, most commonly being the Land Without Magic.

Weapons:
The Apprentice, being a peaceful man, does not favor carrying or using weapons. However, being Guardian of the Hat, he is equipped with a single longsword that he can wield with adept skill.

Though not typically used as a weapon, the Apprentice also carries a staff that he primarily uses as a walking aide and magical tool, though it can more than effectively function as a blunt weapon should the need call for it.

Strengths:
Aside from his magical talent, the Apprentice is an exceptionally intelligent individual, having spent most of his life under the Sorcerer's tutelage, gaining a vast amount of knowledge regarding various fields of study; ranging from simplistic and rudimentary to nigh-incomprehensible.

The Apprentice also displays an almost inhuman amount of focus, patience, and willpower, stemming from his advanced age and training. Because of this, he is highly resistant, if not immune to illusion spells, telepathy, and other such spells that attack or manipulate the mind.

Being far older than his youthfulness suggests, the Apprentice is not a quicksilver individual, and thusly paces his thinking, oftentimes spending an ample amount of time in deep contemplation and thinking so as to come to the solution of a problem. This made him come off as something of a sage or philosopher who would often spend hours gazing at the stars, as though trying to draw patterns within them.

Perhaps the Apprentice's greatest strength is his compassion and capacity for mercy. Respectful of all life, the Apprentice is loath to harm or kill anything if he can help it, always managing to see the good in anyone he comes across, never faltering in his belief that no matter how far someone wanders; they can always be put back on the right path.

Lastly, given his years spent under the Sorcerer's training and seeing the world, the Apprentice is a polymath: being a skilled writer, calligrapher, astronomer, scientist, alchemist, strategist, and mediator, making him an invaluable asset should one require intellectual guidance.

Weaknesses:
A skilled, respected, and accomplished wizard who has traveled and seen much, the Apprentice is human, extended lifespan or not, and thus suffers from his own set of weaknesses.

Firstly and perhaps most obviously is the Apprentice's weak health. Having been a rather sickly child since birth, the Apprentice, though attempting to stick to a healthy lifestyle nonetheless suffers from a chronic, racking cough that is oftentimes accompanied by blood. The exact source of this condition is unknown, nor can it apparently be cured by magic, and while it little affects the Apprentice on a whole scale, during a bout he will need to rest for a few minutes to regain his composure; which can prove especially dangerous when in the midst of danger.

Secondly, the Apprentice, despite his youthful appearance, is an aged man, and thus occassionally suffers the same drawbacks as other elders do. He can be absent-minded at times, forgetting names of people or places at random. He occasionally has bouts of being cagey or cranky, showing exceptional distaste for loud noises, over-energetic people, foolishness, and people who can't take things seriously.

The Apprentice also suffers from debilitating arthritis in his knees, causing a pronounced limp and forcing him to rely on his staff for extended walking or hiking, though he can temporarily overcome this weakness through the use of magic.

Thirdly, despite his pacifistic and sage ways, the Apprentice does have a bit of a darker side to his personality. He can lose his temper if pushed too far or if someone annoys him, while also having the capacity to become impatient or irate in certain situations or dealing with certain people. During times where his anger is pushed to its limit, he will strike out with righteous fury (a spectacle that witnesses refer to as rather terrifying).

Fourthly, the Apprentice can be secretive and incommunicative at times, with even those he regularly speaks to regarding him as an enigmatic individual who gives away little, if anything about himself, the Sorcerer, or about the deeper involvements of his studies. While this may not be considered a powerful weakness in itself, it can prove to be dangerous in a group setting where trust and reliance are necessities.

Lastly and perhaps most dangerously, the Apprentice is not fast or quick-thinking, rather quite the opposite. He is slow and contemplative, often weighing out each option of a scenario before acting. This can prove to be a devastating weakness when dealing with enemies who use resourcefulness and foresight to their advantage, as the Apprentice is thrust into a situation where he is forced to think on his feet, costing him much of his effectiveness.

Brief Bio:
Born on a small, insignificant farm at least a century ago, the boy who would become the Apprentice was, for the first few years of his life, a sickly, fragile boy who was always bedridden with some illness or another; lacking the stamina or strength to help his father work in the fields. Because of this, the boy's relationship with his father strained, while he grew closer and closer to his mother, the boy oftentimes helping her prepare meals or clean around the house where he could, already showing a passion for learning and helping others.

By the time he was ten years old, the boy and his family were visited by a man dressed in long flowing robes that hid his face, a man who radiated an air of sheer awe, power, and veneration. Introducing himself as the Sorcerer, the man saw in the boy what no one in his family could....a potential for magic.

The Sorcerer revealed his intentions to the family: that he had journeyed across The Enchanted Forest and beyond in search of a new Apprentice, someone to be a student, a confidante, and a guardian of the Sorcerer's artifacts.

Noting the boy as having the inner talent needed to be the new Apprentice, the Sorcerer took the boy away with him after careful deliberation with his parents.

As the years passed, the boy, now known exclusively as the Apprentice, gained extensive knowledge of magic, ancient lore, science, and history under the teachings of the Sorcerer; even uncovering the inner machinations of a life long extended....perhaps even to the point of immortality.

Much of the Apprentice's backstory after becoming the Sorcerer's pupil is unknown, as he speaks little of it and no record of it is kept. However, there is occasional reference to a woman long ago...a woman the Apprentice remembers fondly, a lost love, perhaps.

Since then, the Apprentice has remained behind the scenes, becoming something of a legend amongst the common villagers and even some of the nobility, with some claiming to have met him in the past, though whether these declarations hold true or not depends on the listener...
As we're starting to move forward in the RP, I believe the need for collaboration posts will soon become pressing. In which case I would formally like to suggest making a TitanPad. It's completely free, no accounts necessary, is very simple to use, includes both a Word document-esque work-pad, a chat-pod, and is color-coded to each user. I'd be more than happy to make one for the RP if need be :)
