The approach I was going to go with is that the GMs will manage all the jobs. If it's a bounty quest Dirkinz or Myself will roleplay the bounty character completely, but for other quests we might only make a post or two, describing what you found on the quest and you can roleplay how you want to with the information you're given. If the quest doesn't particularly need GM guidance, the GM of the quest will message one of the participating members in the quest necessary information. This way, Dirkinz and I can guide the story, and manage the roleplay as detailed as we want to but we can still back off if needed. Depending on how these first few quests turn out there might be more or less GM interaction as the RP progresses.

Grabbing the mug and taking gulping it down quickly Jamie replied, “Tsk, Jarvis don’t worry about the little things.” The master quickly gulped down mug after mug, each one being refilled immediately by Jarvis and after five or six in rapid succession looked at Angelo, “Boy, do you know what is the most important thing in the world?”

I'm sorry that I haven't been able to respond much today, as I have been preparing for finals but I will answer everyone's questions and get back to posting tomorrow night. I'll explain how jobs will work and anything else you have questions about. Feel free to continue posting in the IC (up to the beginning of your job) and discussing things in the OOC. I'm sorry for the delay, but an education is kind of important.

The guildmaster loves to mess with everyone by using her transformation magic, as such no one actually knows what he looks like normally, or if he's a she or she's a he. Does that make sense?

Transformation Magic

Transformation allows its Caster to change his or her appearance. While this Magic is a deep and complex art, basic Transformation Magic is relatively easy for Mages to learn

Wave Magic

Wave Magic is a Caster Magic which involves negating the Magic of others through the use of vibrations.

Property Change

Property change magic allows its user to change certain physical properties of an area with another. For example, one could change the properties of an area of air in front of the, with those of the ground, thus causing an invisible wall. Or they could change that of a weapon with air to allow it to pass through all sorts of defenses.
There are several Limits on its power.
1. It is incredibly energy consuming and as such can only be used a few times before exhausting the casters magic energies completely.
2. Energy consumption is slightly based on size and how dramatic a change it is.
3. It can only change the properties of an area if said area is of a common composition.
4. A caster can only change the properties of exactly one area with exactly one other area at a time.

Jamie also has minor experience in many other forms of magic, as she is a connoisseur of magic.

History: Not much is known about Jamie’s history before founding the guild except that he wandered around the world for a while, searching for magical knowledge and artifacts.

So, halfway along altering my application, I realized that it wouldn't make too much sense for my character to suddenly be in a Guild with other people because of his personality and backstory. I was wondering if he could have a Bulletin Board request which involved him as a temporary antagonist, before actually joining the Guild or something. If that's alright with the GMs. If it's allowed, I already have a Board request thought out which I could share with you in a PM. If not, uh, I'll try to figure something out.

Go ahead and PM it to me, and I'll take a look.
