Yeah, at this point it's looking like even if I do get accepted, and I'm sceptical about that since the GM appears to have run off and hidden for whatever reason, I feel like I'm not actually going to be able to play because everyone will just ignore everything I post and demand to skip right to the virtual world stuff rather than trying to actually establish and develop their characters.

In fact, I would almost go as far as to say that might be why the GM has disappeared, since a few of you are vocally pushing for things to be skipped instead of what he wants to do with his project. It's also turning the RP into a de facto closed circle, with players acting to exclude everyone but a select few.

Sorry if that sounds like a rant but I felt I needed to air a few grievances.

Yeah, the Harrier is a DLC aircraft in AH. Along with the Tornado and a few others. It's a tad tricky to fly.

Doesn't really work that way. If you're trained as a fighter jock then it'll take a long time for you to convert to heavy aircraft and then train as a bomber pilot.

OK, looking at it the only OMDF suitable jets I can see are the Crusader, Corsair and Skyhawk. (Phantom would be but it's the OADF E variant rather than the OMDF B/J variant, plus I'm not sure I want to write a WSO sheet.)
