Seeing as Joshua surrendered, Iṃgor got up and headed for Harold's shop. He was hungry, but food was not scarce within the city, so the weapons had priority.

After Sapphire had elaborated what switch-weapon she envisioned for herself he remarked "Not bad".
He waits for Harold and Sapphire to find a weapon that suits her and can be made to explain his envisioned switch weapon to Harold.
"I definetly need some versatility, so one ranged and one melee mode would be appropriate. I thought of a crossbow for range and a picaxe for melee. Both ends of the picaxe should be pointy, unlike standard picaxes, and a chain attached to the free end of the handle in order to build up extra momentum and extend the melee range a littlebit. I don't care if that chain persists throughout the crossbow mode or not. The easiest way I could imagine the transformation would be to have the bow be a part of the picaxe, which is freed from the rest of the picaxe upon changing to crossbow mode, to allow cocking the bow. Upon changing back it is interlocked with the remainder of the picaxe again. I am sure that would be possible for you, right?"
Iṃgor used his chance, propelling himself towards Joshua with a mix of sprinting and jumping, while his arms unfolded like praying mantis' arms. Iṃgor had made sure his legs were using all their force by being at an angle of 30° between him and the ground, an angle which would cause him to fall on his face within some seconds despite propelling himself that fast reflexively.
The time it'd take him to reach and grab his target was shorter though, otherwise this would be a stupid move.
His familiar also attempted to tackle the bagman, if Iṃgor's attempt failed the tackle would throw Joshua off balance and slow him down, especially since he was blinded by the flare spell.
Since nobody else is posting, I guess it's time for a GM post @LHG100
As Iṃgor looked onto the main street while passing through a crossing with a path that crosses the main street he saw Alex jump from one roof to another on the other side of the main street.
Reverting his focus onto the map of the tracking spell he smiled; a Y crossing was up ahead on the main street, Joshua had to decide where to go. He could block one way, and if Alex would be aware of this too, he could block the other way. As Iṃgor couldn't know for sure, he asked his familiar to block the way instead. Both moved as quickly as they could to get there before Joshua does. If Joshua was to choose the path which he blocked, Iṃgor planned to use a reflex to stop him, or at least slow him down. He'd shout "HALT" as loud as possible to startle everyone around by surprise.
Iṃgor followed the events from an observer's perspective, sighing as he suspects Joshua being the masked man. He uses his tracking spell searching for Joshua. In case it doesn't hit he plans to just look with the spell for any person that would match the rough description.
He follows, remaining hidden within the maze of back alleys. All the while he transmits the results of the tracking spell to his familiar, to allow him to follow underground, surprise-attacking from below in order to hold the escapee in place.
Sapphire approached the entrance and entered the room as she pushed some of the barrels scattered in front of her out of the way. She noticed the red liquid on the floor and crouched in front of it, letting a finger slide through it.

The two duos would go to the exterior of the shop, to the backdoor and front respectively. The backdoor would appear to be locked

Am I interpreting the GM-post wrong or is that action impossible?
Noticing the slight disappointment in Sapphire's voice Iṃgor replied: "This route may be a littlebit longer, but there are less people around, which could get in our way. Besides, this allows us to train our agility and stamina, and to enter the shop through the backdoor doing our business away from the public eye. Not that we need it right now, but who knows."
FYI @M127, Sapphire would have followed anyways as she was already heading in the same direction wanting to get the blacksmith. Unless Imgor went like in a completely different direction. But nevertheless I'll post accordingly once I'm back. Gotta go for a bit.

He did not, only that he goes through the back alleys instead of the way normal people go using the (I assume a tiny bit crowded) main street.
After informing his teammates he'll quickly head to Harold, Iṃgor heads right into the narrow back alleys, using his tracking spell to navigate their albeit not that complex labyrinth. Back in his home-town, the maze of such narrow paths between the buildings was his way to escape just about any hostile person, so he learned how to quickly move through them. Apart from tracking spells, only Sapphire had a realistic chance of being able to follow him once he is out of sight, due to her familiar's top-down view of coalstrike.

Soon after he left the main alley, it was relatively quiet, the buildings block most sound from the street, and there are few to no people to block the path. He sprinted towards Harold's shop, jumping against walls to quickly take turns, occasionally running/climbing up a pile of crates to save the time of running around it instead, and to get a little exercise.
"I think we should visit Harold's Armament Imporium first, to get that out of the way." Iṃgor suggests.
"After all Joshua recommended that blacksmith to us, so he shouldn't be surprised to find us there."
