Weren't fallen angels burnt from their fall...hence why some imagery shows black wings? AND, wasn't it super unclear in some versions of ___ religious texts whether Satan=Lucifer=the Devil?
Other than enticing appearances, you can lure with the prospect of giving a person power and wealth, lying to them...encouraging vengeance, wrath?
Anyway, this is more fantasy than anything...so focusing on one depiction would be much. We should, however, lay down ground rules for races and race relations in case things get to be a bit confusing...?

The only other characters I have are a vampire...whose a dork. Or a dragon shifter...who is naïve. Spinel is already a little of both, in his own ways.

There's also a powerful demon general who is just plain child minded after a particularly bad head injury during a battle.
Other than that, uhhmmm...what sort of female characters are we lacking in?

My guy basically spent most of his freedom allocating his strength, skill, everything points to willpower and magic. The guy would literally fall over and die if punched lightly. What I was trying to bring to the table was being able to use the smaller of the manipulations resourcefully so that lasting mental illusions can exist while not expending too much magic...but well, you dah GM. Reject it formally, and I'll make another CS then...

That's the charm of his power, he only needs to manipulate in order to plant an idea or image...then his magic doesn't have to be active after that, but the person's own mind will keep powering that little bit on it's own.
