Lol...the people who haven't committed suicide, they take on their peak appearance, they take on an appearance they had when they were the healthiest and happiest (before chemo-therapy, not burnt to death), or else a happier healthier version of themselves (no war scars, not missing any limbs, healthy). People who committed suicide but some form of physical injury (not poisoning) will have some form of marking on them (dark bruise looking mark on neck from noose, scars where they sliced themselves and bled to death), and all their past scars...

So...Seppuku-sudoku! scars are a go-go!
