Then again, they were turned relatively recently...why would they hate each other if they don't know why they should? Unless a vampire/werewolf posse immediately swoops in and tells them what's what. They don't even know each other...
Also, boring and long anti-bullying-esque assemblies all 'round~!

Before any of that there was White Wolf Games World of Darkness line of games. Those games are where that whole thing started to gain a foothold in peoples imaginations. Without Vampire: The Masquerade and Werewolf: The Apocalypse, Vampires & Werewolves would likely still be considered allies. However, by the opposite side of that coin; those games went miles toward refining the concept of vampire & werwolf cultures & societies. Andwithout that,the popular imagination might still consider both monsters to be little more than demonic brutes.

I'm not a huge, huge fan of White wolf...but I don't recall this? Well, time to find those PDFs...

Yea, its always confused me, but its a fun little rivalry that would make things interesting XD

I just want the two students to be at each other's throats 'cause they think thats just the way it's been, till an older vampire and werewolf come in and ask them what the hell they're doing. Afterwards, there'll be a really boring and long anti-bullying-esque assembly held the next day, and they'll end up hating each other even more as a result...

Oooh thats right, the werewolf hating vampire is in the music club too. I sense much fun is going to come from club meetings XD

I blame WolfmanVsDracula (or whatever it was called), Underworld, and Twilight for this...originally, vampires and werewolves weren't enemies, that's a mainstream movie thing...
