Species: Human/Time charged Time Agent. (similar to captain Jack but suffers from serious after shocks from his time charging...And has to feed on time energy like a weeping angel to stay alive.)

Personality: Sometimes deadly serious Alexander can be cold as death when hes angry as most time agents were signs of terror in the hearts of those who are wicked, (If i remember correctly that the doctor asked questions and thats what gave him away as not being a time agent, "A time agent doesn't ask questions...A Time Agent knows!") However much like his mentor Jack Harkness, Alexander can be very flirty, loving and kind, He approaches problems with care and careful planning, this however can sometimes be a problem as hes is very bad at spontaneity. Also much like his mentor he has no modesty.
Bio: Back when the time agency was running at full power Alexander was taken in for his superb ability to fix machines and his super mathematical mind allowed him the gift of being able to repair vortex manipulators, He spent most of his time simply being a mechanic for the agency, but the young Alexander wanted more adventure and after begging him for months Captain Jack took him on as a Apprentice, During a mission for the Agency he and Jack were ambushed by Weeping angels, Jack and Alexander were separated during all the destruction and running Alexander got cornered and tried to use his new Vortex manipulator to escape but in the moment he looked down to press in the buttons, The angels were touching him, Alex slammed the button hoping to send himself somewhere different than where the angel was going to throw him. The two time streams nearly ripped the boy apart but somehow he survived and the energy from the angels was absorbed into him Time Charging him and killing the angels before throwing him into a spiral through time without any hope of an end.
