The epic kind of coincidence.
Allen charged the Vitus at full force his eyes and arms glowing furiously as the Vitus charged towards him as well, "I'M NOT AFRAID OF YOU MONSTER!!!" Allen moved quick slamming his shoulder into the Vitus and exploding at the exact moment of impact, this managed to obliterate the Vitus's suit front entirely. "IF ITS THIS EASY THEN YOUR PLANET WILL BURN IN A MATTER OF HOURS!!!" His EMP had ruined the weapons in the suit and now all the Vitus had was his fists, Allen didn't mind in fact he liked a good test of physical ability as the two of them started swinging on each other.
That's when Allen saw it for the first time a glowing toothed monster, not a Vitus but something deadly for sure, Allen blasted the Vitus through the chest focusing on his new enemy, "Well aren't you cute." Allen started to glow fully, the creature started growling, "come get me mutt..." The creature snapped forward only to be met by a blast of pure radiation, "sit!" Allen blasted it hard enough to shake the whole ship, "STAY!!!"

Allen slammed to his feet the ground melting partially under him, "I have to save them...she would want me to help them..." Allen calmed his power forcing it back into himself. Slowly the energy that was making him look like the human nuke slowly faded as his skin reappeared and Allen was back to normal. "God that fucking hurts!" Allen walked over to the door he had melted shut and blasted it open, then he began walking down the hall only to be met by another large Vitus in an armored suit, "Guess its just you and me huh big guy?" Allen raised both his fists as his arms started to glow again, "You know I'm really a man of science...but I gotta say...I just love melting your kinds skulls in." The armored Vitus charged him and Allen let lose a straight blast of EMP energy shutting the suit down, "sucks doesn't it?"
Allen screamed pushing himself as hot as he could get to melt through the shields and save his new friends, for all he knew his wife was dead henwasnt about to let his new friends die as well, "I won't let you take them from me!!!" Allen was screaming to the sky, in truth he was screaming this to god, the Vitus, and anyone else who was able to hear his rage. Allen closed his eyes something was happening in him...something was changing rapidly, "AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Pain nothing but horrid pain twisted through his body as his skin turned to pure nuclear energy and what had once been the form of Allen was now what looked like a person made out of pure nuclear energy, "W-what...I don't understand..." Allen forced himself to focus on this ship. As he heated even more the shields started to crack unevenly and spread as he forced super heated energy through the ships wall. After what seemed like forever Allen forced himself inside only to come face to face with the remaining militia on the ship preparing to go take down Allen's friends, they had specific weapons suited to each persons powers liquid nitrogen for Al, EMP for the smart girl, and other weapons built to contain them all. "GOD DAMN EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!!!" Allen had their attention now and he wanted them to stay focused on him, "YOU ALIENS ARE INTELLIGENT SO I KNOW YOU CAN UNDERSTAND ME...I'M GOING TO KILL EVERY VITUS ON OR NEAR MY PLANET...AND WHEN IM DONE WITH THAT IM GONNA WIPE OUT YOUR HOME PLANET DOWN TO THE LAST LIVING THING!!!" Suddenly a beam hit his stomach, Allen let out a scream of pain as he sunk to his knees...what happened next is unpleasant. Allen let out an ear splitting roar as he got back up, the Vitus wasn't fast enough to get in another shot Allen had melted his gun in a blink. Allen started flooding the room with radiation and the Vitus started trying to escape Allen simply melted the door shut. The Vitus were breaking out their skin starting to boil and blister Allen watched in amusement as they screamed out in pain trying to get away, a sick smile crossed Allen's face, "I will never stop." After a few minutes the Vitus were dead and Allen had taken all the radiation back into himself, "I have to find my friends."
Allen was dreaming a pleasant dream about Helen, but no matter how pleasant the dream one must wake up sooner or later. Allen woke up hard and forced himself to shoot up towards the surface the water nearly claiming his lungs. Allen burst through the surface to see the ship beginning to capsize in the water, "Damn!" Allen started flying around the ship and under the water looking for the main point of hull breach, after a few moments he found it and instantly started welding it back together with his nuclear energy, Allen knew this wouldn't stop the ship from sinking but it would slow it down some and give his friends time to escape. Allen took a moment and looked for the blast doors and started melting through them to get in to his friends, "You have to be alive...we survived all that the crash cant have killed you!" Allen pushed himself almost blacking out trying to melt through the blast doors...but the ship was shielded on the outside and it was a serious challenge for Allen.

Falling...that's all Allen could feel this dreadful hyper sense of falling into earths atmosphere and gaining the speed of a falling comet. Allen was terrified, was he going to die? Was this how it all ended? Would he never get to see her again? Thinking was really all he could do now, and so a flashback began...
It was June 12th 2006 Allen and his wife were working together in their lab hoping that this time the syrum would be right. Allen's wife was testing an unstable syrum to see if it could be stabilized, "Honey I think if we cut down the oxygen content it receives we could reach full stabilization..." She said with a smile, Allen nodded and smiled softly, "Six years and we are almost done with all of this...this close...well sweetie let's put the syrum in the test chamber and then once we remove some of the oxygen it should be completed." Allen placed the syrum in the machine and in a matter of minutes it was done. His wife already had Sheela the test monkey ready. Allen placed the syrum in the syringe and gave her the shot...after about 15 minutes Allen nodded to his wife and the two of them placed Sheela in the nuclear chamber and turned it on...Allen's fingers were crossed. Almost thirty minutes later with still no effect Allen turned the machine off, then turned and hugged his wife tightly, " we did it!" The two of them were nearly in tears. Allen's wife took a step back, "we can't reveal it to the world until its been tested on a human..." Allen shook his head, "Absolutely not...it could kill you!" She hugged him tightly, "I believe in you babe...you got this." Allen nodded grimly and went through the process of setting everything up again. "Everything is ready babe. In 3...2...1..." Allen pressed the button and the machine turned on...the last thing Allen saw was his wife's smile before she blacked out and fell to the floor.
Allen pulled himself from the daydream just in time to turn and see the ship crash into San Francisco bay, Allen just let himself fall crash landing in the water right next to the ship.
