Allen took the money and looked almost speechless, "Honestly Jack I don't know what to say..." he looked down and a look of pain wrote itself across his face, "If only we had, had someone like you funding our research...Perhaps we would have suceeded in making a stable serum..." Allen brought his hand to his eyes to hide the fact that he was crying, through the tears he managed to whisper to Jack, "We tested a serum we thought was stable...when it worked on a monkey my wife insisted we test it on a human...she wouldn't take no for an answer...when the machine was turned on it gave my wife cancer over almost her intire body...last I heard she was in dalenview hospital..." Allen looked up no longer hiding the fact he was crying, "Right before the Vitus took me I got a call from my mother in law...saying my wife had flatlined...I dont even know if shes alive Jack..."

Garrick blinked and when he opened his eues they had turned black...but not like any black from the mortal plane...no his eyes had turned into little pits of tartarus...dark and endless. Garrick took point and started into the cave, after a few minutes of walking Garrick peeked his head around the corner to see the monster sitting next to a large fire. Beside him lay two unconscious women whom had been tied and laid next to the fire as the creature prepared to eat, "We have two humans...we need to be delicate."

Elain looked him up and down "If you're a dragon hunter I'll kill you without mercy..." She sighed, "If you are trying to get one of my scales i won't let you...because if the dragon hunters find out I'm still alive...They'll kill me." She looked back at Sebastian and then back at the person behind the boulder, "but if you are neither then i welcome you to my forest."

Nessie had gathered some clothing to change in to, wincing at the somewhat depleting store of clothing she had left, between burning due to her Viper abilities, and now because of most likely staining. She sighed, and waited for James to finish in the shower. She looked up when he walked out, and then down, blushing. "T-t-thanks" She said, she looked up and gave him a smile, before slipping into the bathroom, undressing. She showered, taking her time, letting the warm water flow over her. She had soon came out however, dressed in a loose t-shirt and shorts, drying her hair with a towel, feeling better.

By the time she came out James was dressed in his other set of clothes, a dark green hoodie and black jeans with ripped knees. He was sitting on the bed staring off into space with a dead look in his eyes. James didn't even look up as she came out of the bathroom. Flashes of memories were attacking James's mind as he sat there. Slowly James turned to Nessie, "Huh..." He smiled and all the pain seemed to melt away, "You look awesome!" James blushed, "And beautiful."

Allen stepped out of the car and took off his ripped up jacket, "Please take care with what foods we all eat...We still don't know how many effects these powers will have." After that Allen fished into his pocket and found his now melted cellphone, "Damn!" Allen turned to jack slowly, ""Do you perhaps have a phone i can use?"
