Sleep was invented by the communists to reduce the time we spend active.

That awkward moment when you glimpse a dog stylist advertisement and before you realize what it is, you assume it's an ad to raise awareness about animal cruelty.

A friend introduced me to a site called nanowrimo.org Technically a novel-writing site but they seem to have useful stuff for writing in general in the forums.

@Dragonsbane
But I'm only like 1/1000th dragon!
@Gaebrael
Alright, not imprisoned by supernatural forces or cast into the void.
Nieldun smiled, once he had finished mourning his own father's death, he had used many lines like that for the same reason. It meant the boy was strong of spirit and would bounce back. "Yes, let us return to Nastrond. The land has been left in the hands of my dear son a bit too often. I am sure there are many things that require attention." Nieldun paused and said "How was that one?"
@Dragonsbane
Your edit summoned me nonetheless. Speak, Slayer of Dragons.
"Oh. I'm terribly sorry. I'll leave the matter be actually." Nieldun internally scolded himself. Of course their mother was dead, he knew this!

"I'll keep this in mind. Of course, he might be able to find loopholes if I shout What are you hiding from me?! like a madman or he might cheeky and start droning on about disturbing yet unimportant things to spite me. Even though he seems like a friendly fellow, he did himself admit he doesn't care about any living Nastrondi and only obeys me because I know his name. As a precaution in case I die an untimely death, Nasvell, Meriel and Waldeal already know his name. I will however ask why he looks at you that way."
"Aye, I too wish for your lineage to continue. As for an arranged marriage with an Archdemon, no one should be forced into that against their will. Out of curiosity, was your mother fully human?" With that, Nieldun firmly made up his mind about the dilemma that had been plaguing him and silently thanked Dorias.

"As for the Archdemon, I have an insurance policy that will prevent him from misbehaving. Do you ever wonder why a sapient entity such as him is referred to by the pet name of Archy rather than his real name? It is because knowing a demon's true name allows one to command said demon. Archy's real name is the most closely guarded Gildedtongue family secret."
Gaebrael, you're not dead!
"I understand quite well the feeling. When the Rabid King threatened my family, I was ready to burn Tar Sequinus and turn the survivors into slaves and conscripts. Your father was not defeated. He slayed his foe before falling honorably. I know that the artists of our land will weave great tapestries of his deeds."

"As for the marriage, House Bornetall has always been like family to me. Let us make it official at last. Your sister is welcome to marry one of my sons although, she'll have to interact with them first so that the marriage is more functional and we know who the better choice is."
I'm definitely in!
That's one tactic. I went with an accurate statement for my intro thread. It was "Been here four months. Seems worth staying."

Ah yes, but in this day and age, the price of a soul is greatly reduced. The most I've ever paid for a soul is one American dollar. Often, I don't even have to pay with money and make the deal by responding to a request with the question I asked you. My favorite example is: "Mardox, will you play Uno with me?" "Can I have your soul?" "Sure." After which, said dealmaker proceeded to nearly forfeit the game by chatting with some human female.

What kind of RPs do you like?

Also, why do you have two introduction threads?
