Abilities: he is a psionic. he can manipulate the minds of others to his advantage, including but not limited to, hallucinations, panic, dulling of the senses, pain, and even mind control. because of the nature of his power, it only works on living objects. he also has weak telecenisis that he uses to glide.
Equipment: a odd mask that hides his face....and everything elts.
Personality: cold and calculating, meta simply acts. he rarely talks at all, much less asks questions.
Short Bio: not very much is known about "Meta." he simply apeard one day and joined Kami's forces. he caries out jobs with little hesitation. he can onaly speek two words at a time, requiring a pause afterwords, believed to be a side affect of other "bodies" existing some where that he is connected to, however no one can confirme the existence of theses bodies. not even meta himself. (unbeknown to everyone elts, meta wishes to overthrow kami, believing that he can take her down by becoming close to her and getting her to drop her guard... so far this plan has failed.)
