Ethereal is a high class psionic, able to manipulate the mindes of thouse around him to his whim, limited only by his creativity and his opponents will. This allows for anything from psionic bolts (the weakest) to illusions, phantom Paine to strength boosts, minde controls to instant death (must be a extremely gap between ethereals will and his opponents), and also teleceneses.
Equipment (Doesn’t have to be weapons): a psionic dampening helmet and a blood red robe.
Personality: he is very cautios and keeps to him self.
Weakness: his phisical strength is non existent. If his dampener is removed, he will most likely die form his brain frying its self. Also his powers are limited by the will of his targets, as thoughs who strongly believe in their reality canot be affected by his. He also canot say more then two words at a time.
History: ethereal dose not know who he truly is. All he knows is that he was a subject for the culling progect, which was attempting to creat spies able to remove secrets from the flimsy cages that are the mind. he was one of many test subjects who where tested for culling, but mooing the few that tested positive for augmention. Among the hundred or so subjects, moste of them died from overloading, and others where two weak. However by the time that ethereal was augmented, a psionic dampening helmet was created. As he left the augmenting room, they slammed the helmet on, keeping him alive, making him the first successful test subject. This earned him the number s1 and the code name ethereal, however it costed his memories. To make things worse, they soon discovered that his powers cause echos in his mind, disallowing him to speak.
Realizing that he was more or less useless, they removed him from the project. He now wanders New York City in a red robe, hiding his disfigured body.

edit: i actually started to read some of the ooc for you guys. you guys are very detailed in your descriptions. my ccs (or would it be better to call it a nation sheet?) will most likely be very small, as well as my ic posts. but i will be able to post often (i think.)

gallen looked arond. he should probably get to know his new guild members. he looked around and saw that one of the mages had a purple aura. perhaps not the strongest aura, but it is there. might as well start with him. galen walked over to the red headed mage (who was siting with some one elts) sat down at the table and asked "would it be to much for me to join the conversation? i fell like i should know the people im going to battle with, and you guys seem like a good start"

This was it. Today Galen becomes a guild member. This is going to be awesome. Not to mention the potential war that they are going to start today. So it should be a bit understandable that when Jarvis walked up to him, Galen was shaking with excitement. "Could I have my mark on my palm, in a dark purple."
