Eva was slightly astonished at his offer but nodded. "I'm not a big coffee person but I know an excellent place where they make hot chocolates." She said delightfully. She also agreed that it would be best if the two men kept themselves apart for a bit. She didn't want to have to pull them off each or it wouldn't end well for either of them. Eva quickly left her books inside the house and headed back out. She gently patted the little creature that was still hovering over the young boy's shoulder before she suddenly remembered. "Oh, by the way, my name's Eva." She said with a smile.
Leah could see that Matt was getting uneasy, so she took the desperate way out. "Ok look, here.." she pulled out 2 extra blood vials, one labelled O- and the other B-, and held them tauntingly in her hand. "If you help her, then I will give you these vials as a reward, but you guys have to be gone before nightfall. If not, then I will personally see to it that you two don't leave here at all." It was the only thing she could think to do. Even though she knew that Matt was aware it was a blunt threat. Leah was unarmed, but she's been able to get herself out of sticky situations before. After all, she had a scalpel which would suffice for now. Yes, it could potentially make things worse, but they couldn't be caught out here. Zandrea was now another pair of eyes and even though Leah knew she wouldn't say anything, she would be in trouble too if word got back to SOLDIER.

((apologies for this post... I know it's not the best but it's kinda all I got at the moment :/ ))
Eva sighed at the compliment. "Thanks, but sometimes, its a bit of a burden. Shadow's a bit of a free spirit," she says. She witnessed the spectacle of flame in wonder and fascination but was shocked when she suddenly saw the skeleton taking hold of the other boy's neck. Before Eva could move to stop him, he returned to his human form. When he explained about his lack of control, Eva nodded in understanding. "It's ok, I know exactly what you mean," she said. She then turned to the boy and was tempted to hold out a hand to him, but decided against it. She didn't have to worry though as he helped himself up before raging a little at the young man. Eva was going to protest however a small creature flew by and hovered on the young boy's shoulder. "Aww, who's this?" she asked politely.
Eva rolled her eyes once again at the crazy fire boy and before looking towards the young man she was conversing with. "Sorry, gimme me a minute," she said before closing her eyes. Her face showed that she was in deep concentration and her shadow began to slowly detach from her feet until it was one separate being. She opened her eyes and turned to her shadow. "Do you mind fetching the young boy a lighter please," she asked politely. The shadow quickly drifted into her house passing through the door as a spectre. While it was on it's errand, Eva turned back to continue her conversation. "Well, welcome to the neighbourhood. To be honest, I'm actually quite new myself so I'm not sure what the crime rate here is like." Her shadow returned swiftly, carrying the lighter in its hand. "Oh, thank you," she said but just as she was going to take it, the shadow snatched it away and flicked on the flame, singeing one of the black feathers on her wing. Eva scowled at the dark being and slapped the lighter out of its hand. The contact of her skin caused the shadow to jump back to it's original position, attached to her feet.
Eva quickly picked up the lighter and handed it to the boy before examining her burned feather. She sighed and just thanked the Gods that it wasn't much worse.
Whoops sorry, ill be on in probably about an hour or 2 :/ so hopefully ill have something up by then. I'm on my phone at the moment and for this RP I prefer to be using my laptop
Leah looked over at Matt, noticing that he was annoyed with her and at the situation in general. She knew that he would react like this and could tell that he was disappointed at the fact that she breached protocol, again, by attempting to help a vampire. But she knew if anyone saw what she was doing, Matt would lose his rank too. Feeling guilty and shooting Matt an apologetic look, she stepped back and looked at the male in the tree. "Ok, look, she's not in a good state. Do you know what's wrong with her, or how to help her? Because I can make you a better deal than just twenty bucks," Leah said to the male vampire.
Leah refrained from allowing anymore blood to drip. She had considered the effects of doing this, but to her it seemed that this particulars vampire was just in need of help. Leah took her duty of service seriously, so anyone in need of help, regardless of species, she would always try to aid.

She stood up and looked at the other vampire in the trees. "Hmm, no deal. But what do you suggest? She clearly needs help," she knew that Matt would not approve of her helping the female vampire but it's not like she was hurting anyone. But this is the problem with Leah.
Eva nodded with a smile to show that she understood. Little did he know that he was speaking to a direct descendant of Death, so she knew exactly what it was like to witness all of that. But of course, Eva was unable to relate on an emotional level.

Eva was just about to answer the young man's query when she suddenly saw something fly past uncontrollably, yelling like an imbecile. It was the boy from before who had offered her wood. When he face-planted into the ground, Eva suppressed a giggle and her face was formed into an amused smile instead. She her head and rolled her eyes when she heard him calling out for fire before turning back to the young man in front of her. "Yes, I believe there's a convenience store just around the corner, at the gas station. You must be new around here."
Leah shook her head. "No, I'm coming with you Matt," she said defensively and followed him into the woods. If anything happened, not only would she be able to help him but at least she could take care of him too. When they found they girl she was lying in the dirt and Matt shook her to see if she was ok. Leah gently turned her over to reveal the young girl's bloody tear stained face. She immediately opened her little brown bag, taking out a few cotton pads, using them to gently wipe the young woman's face. She knew immediately that she was a vampire but it didn't matter. If she needed help, Leah was willing to help her. Leah could feel that she was hungry, so she took out a vial of blood which she usually used either as a distraction or if any of the soldiers suffer from too much blood loss. She had various blood types in her bag so she settled to giving the young girl type A+. She had lots more of those back at the outpost. "Here you go darling," she said as she opened the vial and slowly allowed a few drops to fall on her lips.
As soon as Emma saw that the bird was gone and no longer a threat to her, she turned to the female with a grateful smile. "Oh thank you so much!" She said cheerfully, embracing the witch just as a child would. She then turned to the boy she had bumped into, bowing politely. "I apologise for that sir," she reached into one of her ingredients bags and took out 2 Phoenix feathers. She handed one to the boy and the other to the female witch. "Please accept these as a gift of gratitude and an apology."
