I can't believe I've stuck myself with three girls for all of next year who think screaming, shrieking and making sex noises consists of banter. -_-

Bio

Howdy all! I figured it was about time I spruced up my bio section. Or, y'know. Wrote something in it other than WIP.

So! Things to know about my mostly-good self:

I'm a 20 year old female, hailing from a not-so-small town in the north east of England. I'm currently about a third through my second year at Uni, and have made some awesome friends there so far. I also debate. That's always fun - arguing has always been an annoying trait (for others, that is) of mine, so putting it into something one can have on their CV is great. The competitions are super fun too. Anyway, roleplaying.

If you've known me for a short or long while, you'll likely know what an absolute slut for fantasy I am. High fantasy to low, I love those kind of roleplays and will nearly always be interested in new ones that crop up. The same applies for Sci-Fi, but at the moment, I'm not feeling inspiration for a good ol' spacefaring RP. Gotta get the Mass Effect out again, get me craving some Turian booty again. However, I won't go for only these ones. SoL can interest me if they're run properly, alongside horror, mystery, romance, etc. I won't ignore something simply because it doesn't have magic or flying bears in it or something. As for level, I like to consider my writing high-casual to low-advanced. Hopefully others will agree with me on that one, haha. Anyway, here's a list of specific fandoms I enjoy, kind of in order of preference:

  • Lord of the Rings Universe (Including The Hobbit)
  • Dragon Age series
  • Elder Scrolls
  • Mass Effect Trilogy
  • Star Trek (I'd love a Discovery one right now!)
  • Star Wars (Specifically the time around the Prequels; while I shan't get into the whole Prequel/Original war on which is better, roleplaying makes for more excitement in the prequel era. Clone Wars guys, c'mon!)
  • Buffy the Vampire Slayer
  • Fringe
  • Greek Mythology (PJO, but with the amount of Camp Half-Blood roleplays that have come and gone, I'd prefer one based more on the Original Mythologies)
  • Norse Mythology
  • Marvel
  • Left 4 Dead
  • The Walking Dead (Or any Post-Apocalypse Roleplay, really.)
  • 'A Song of Ice and Fire' Series
  • House of Night Series
  • True Blood
  • Deus Ex
  • Blood Ties
  • The Vampire Diaries (I admittedly abandoned the show and books when the plot got too boring, but I still like the Universe. I'd join a roleplay based in it, if it had original characters, that is.)
  • Pacific Rim

Aaannndd I'll stop the list here before I go on forever. Basically there's a lot, particularly in the realm of fantasy. Hit me up if you want me in your roleplay, of if you'd like to do a 1x1 based around any of those areas, or even some additional ones if you think I'd be interested. I love original plots and Universes too, especially if they're done well.

Name: Angela "Angel" Harris
Age: 15
Grade: 10th (Sophomore)
Personality: Sweet, bubbly, and always there for a kind word and smile, Angel lives up to her name for the majority of the time. No matter how dire the situation, she always manages to look on the brighter side of life - and despite her somewhat naive personality, her mind is strong, and capable of putting up with most stress.
Background: Being an only child, Angel always got a lot of attention off her parents, but thankfully didn't become spoilt by it. Her Dad belonged in the Army, and was big on learning survival skills, so Angel has been taught a lot of things about hunting, surviving in the wilderness, etc. She is also the youngest in her year, yet both acts and looks younger than what she is, normally. It takes a lot to bring out her mature side.
Notes: Has no qualms over hunting, fishing, etc. Can build fires, forage, and other survival things.
Appearance: Is quite short, only about 5'3, with long dark blond curls reaching her mid-back. She has a cute, heart shaped face, with a button nose, dimpled smile and sky-blue eyes. Quite skinny, with tanned even skin, and a small amount of curves and cleavage.

Is the spot for the malevolent being taken? If not, I'm interested.
Name: Lieutenant Kellan Vos

Age: 35

Gender: Male

Race: Kiffar

Appearance:

(The green lightsaber will be double-bladed.)

Personality: As the job commands, Kellan has to take a very professional and serious stance at all time, both in front of his inferiors and superiors. However, this isn't the case. Reveling often in the chaos of war, Kellan takes every job with excitement and a somewhat dark, twisted sense of humour. It's hard to earn his respect, and he does not uphold the same traditional values as his boss - High General Vallen. Mockery, sarcasm, and bluntness comes easily to him, and he reserves his warm-hearted, mericful- yet hidden - nature to a rare few; these including civilians, innocents, and children.

Faction: Republic

Rank: Lieutenant - Also a Dark Jedi, although no-one but Vallen knows of this.

Gear: Omni-tool. Most common weapon is a double bladed super cooled Echani Vibrosword. He also has a double-bladed green lightsaber from his days as a Jedi, but only uses it in the more dire of situatons.. Also carries a HMWP X pistol - although less effective than the guns in this universe, he enjoys the rustic feel of it.

Skills: Has mastered the Vaapad style of fighting, and can read the memories of inanimate objects (Including corpses). Also has skill with surviving in the wildest of environments, and is an excellent shot with a sniper rifle - although he prefers to be up close and personal.

Flaws: His lack of respect for his enemies means he often underestimates them, and has a somewhat reckless form of attack when his patience is being tested. This often means he loses men and ships in battles, but doesn't care if he comes out of unhurt.

Bio: Kellan Vos is the descendant of Jedi Master Quinlan Vos, and has inherited his force capabilities and Psychometry from him. Kellan was pleased when he realized the powers he had, and was drafted into the Jedi temple. However, following the sudden death of his Master when he was 13, Kellan became determined to not go down the path of the Jedi, as he ultimately believed it would lead to an unbecoming and early death. Selflessness and being 'good' no longer interested him, considering what an exciting life he could have with the Force at his fingertips. So he left the Jedi Temple, vowing never to return.
In the early years of his adulthood, he drifted from planet to planet, causing havoc, drinking away all of his money, and then coercing people to get it back. Eventually, this routine bored him, and he set himself a new challenge - join the military. Although not bending well to suddenly having to do as he was told, he stuck with it until he gained enough power - becoming Lieutenant - to once again, do pretty much what he wanted. The only person who does order him to do things is High General Vallen, but Kellan sees him as a Master of sorts, so he complies to his wishes - most of the time. The fact that Vallen keeps Kellan's secret makes him more compliant with his orders too. Despite the fact both men are extremely different, in the way they act, and the way they view certain things, they still manage to retain a profession courtesy and formal friendship for each other.

Other: Has survived about 10 different situations in which he seriously should have died in: Five of these include the destruction of ships while in space; three involve fights against a formidable and numerous amount of foes; and the final two involve a dire situation involving Bounty Hunters, the magma pits of Mustafar, and wild Rancor beasts. A favourite story of his to tell.

Another important thing to mention is that although Kellan turned from the Jedi, this does not make him a Sith. He makes bad choices and can be a cold-blooded killer, but he would never truly join the Dark Side.
Ah, thanks. I was just confused as to when it was set. We can talk about the 'legends of old, right?' :)
I was wondering which Jedi are around during this time? Would Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, etc. be alive, or are they all dead? I'm just wondering in case we can reference some of them in the Csilla battle, what with all the Jedi there.

"May the Force be with you." Rozalia murmured in answer following her bow to Master Zetram. She was unsure of how to feel about this mission; undoubtedly excited, at the apprehension of getting back into the thick of things and getting off this ice covered globe. But there was always the niggling sensation of fear in the back of her mind. Although fleeing from danger was not common to her - both by her nature as an Avalian, and through her Jedi training - she always feared Death somewhat more than others would. Perhaps because she had witnessed so many of her loved ones be swallowed by the unrelenting maw of Death.
As herself, Krios, and the other three Jedi left the Council Chamber and made their way to the hangar, Rozalia glanced at Krios.
"What do you think they need us to do?" She asked him quietly, thinking of how their combined talents (Her own talents laid mostly with tracking and stealth), and the use of 'Special Operations task force', would come into fruition on the war torn planet of Csilla. There were many other Jedi there, great Jedi Knights and Masters that seemed like far away legends to her.

Rozalia sighed softly, her breath swirling out of her mouth in a light mist, that was swiftly blown away by the gust of the wind. She'd been awake for a few hours now - unusual, for her, considering how much she enjoyed her sleep, especially in these freezing conditions. But dreams and memories of the past had been dredged up in her restless sleep, and she had made her way outside in the early hours of the morning. The sun was only just rising, barely visible through the clouds of blizzards and the ice mountains in the distance.
"Even the days here are dark." Rozalia muttered to herself, folding her arms across her chest in an effort to keep warmer, blinking snowflakes out of her eyelashes. It was true - the almost never ending snowdrifts made it hard to see the sun at times, but sometimes, the days were clear, and the sun shone through brightly. Rozalia loved those days. Glancing at her omni-tool almost absent-mindedly, she did a double-take at the realization of the time. "Damn!" She exclaimed, stamping her feet quickly before rushing back inside. The last thing she needed was to be late for the Council meeting - again. Running down the corridor with her damp curls flying behind her, she skidded to a stop at the door of the Council Chamber, darting a grin at Krios - whom she had very nearly ran over.
"Good morning, Krios!" She greeted him warmly. "Ready for the meeting? I hope it's not another negative one." She added in a dubious tone, remembering the last one. It had been full of Sith, War, fights and Death. Not really the sort of pick-me-up you need on a morning.

Species: Avalian - An agile and seclusive species, they live among nature, thinking houses made of metal are are a waste of resources. It is very rare for them to leave their planet, and have quite a reputation for being suspicious towards visitors. The Avalians look fairly human, excusing the fact that they are much faster and have better reflexes, and also have cat-like ears atop their heads rather than human ears. There are four main races of Avalians, all living in different Clans:
The Luft Tribe - (Children of Air) The people have silver, white or gray hair, are tall and slender, with blue, grey, or silver eyes.
The Eld Tribe - (Children of Fire) The people have black, dark brown or red hair, and black, dark brown, or golden eyes. Their skin is tanned, and they are generally shorter but more muscular than the Luft Tribe.
The Jord Tribe - (Children of Earth) The people have hair ranging from golden to a deep brown, and their eyes are either brown, green, or golden. Their skin is tanned, but have the build of the Luft Tribe.
The Vatten Tribe - (Children of Water) The people have hair that is snow white, and eyes either a vibrant blue or green. They have the same build as the Eld Tribe, but pale skin.
Homeworld: Avalia. 7/8 of it is ocean, the 1/8 left is home to the different Avalian Tribes. The Luft Tribe live atop the great mountain, Storsig, the closest point to the heavens. The Eld Tribe live at the foot of Storsig, which is home to caves and warm geysers. The Jord Tribe live in the forest, home to various other creatures that live on Avalia. And the Vatten Tribe live by the shore, at the beginning of the Great Ocean. These Tribes have been locked in battle for years now, rarely meeting other than to trade essentials, or to fight.
Name: Rozalia "Roze" Éathliel

Age: 21

Gender: Female

Race: Avalian (Should I post the description of my race here too?)

Appearance: Rozalia stands at about 5'4, with a lithe, athletic - but curvaceous - body well suited for the often hostile environments she finds herself in. As with all Avalians, feline-like ears are protruding from the top of her head in place of regular, 'human' ears, and are covered in a shining black fur the same colour as her curls, which reach her mid-back when not tied up. She has a fairly sweet looking heart-shaped face, with a dimpled smile, button nose, and warm brown eyes framed with thick lashes. Slim black eyebrows, sharp cheekbones, and a graceful neck finish up her look. Various faded scars from minor injuries in the past are dotted over her tanned even skin.
Her Padawan plait is still in her hair, in memory of her Master.

Personality: Despite the hostility she receives for being a Jedi, Rozalia tries to keep a somewhat optimistic outlook on life. Enjoying to put smile's on people's faces, Roze keeps up the jokes at the most trying of times, and rarely takes many things seriously. However, when things do get too negative or hostile, Roze's easy-going demeanor can swiftly change to that of a fearless, cold-blooded warrior, who would do anything to protect the ones she cares about, or quite simply those who just need her help. Other than that, her natural charisma and unflinching bravery makes her a true friend, and someone you would definitely want behind you in a fight.

Faction: Jedi

Rank: Knight

Gear: Two single lightsabers; one is hers, with a golden blade and an intricately carved wooden hilt; the other belonged to her deceased Master, which has a blue blade, and a curved metal hilt.
Basic Omni-Tool; she still isn't sure how to use some of it properly.

Skills: Excellent tracking abilities, and can move exceptionally fast in a fight - also skilled at blending in with shadows and moving silently. Has some skill in force healing.

Flaws: Not much experience with her young age, and is still not up to date on certain technologies (As she grew up on a non-technological planet). Also becomes reckless when losing her temper at something. Often suspicious of species she has never encountered before - quick to believe stereotyping of certain races.

Bio: Being born and growing up on a secluded planet, Rozalia knew only of her own people and their fairly simple way of life. However, she was no stranger to confrontations, as feuds and war was rife between the Clans of her people. It was during one particularly terrible battle between her Clan - The Eld Tribe - and the Luft Tribe of the mountains - that she received a very strange visitor - a Drell, by the name of Markino Trimoone. At the young age of 3, Roze had already developed Force abilities, and surprisingly, Markino has sensed this and travelled to her planet - astonishing, considering it is a unmapped planet in a secluded system. Deciding that it was in her best interests to come with him, Markino took her away from her home village and planet - she was happy to go with him.
Following their arrival on Ilum, Rozalia soon began her life as a a Jedi Youngling, and then Padawan. She learnt of everything in this new and strange world from Markino, and saw him as a Father. When he was killed unexpectedly, Roze was distraught, but made a promise to fight for him, and to find and kill the one who had murdered him.

Other: Her Master's murderer will be revealed soon....
Definitely interested! Never got the chance to do a proper Skyrim Roleplay, although I've always wanted to take part in one. I'd be happy to take part, if you will have me.
