I can't believe I've stuck myself with three girls for all of next year who think screaming, shrieking and making sex noises consists of banter. -_-

Bio

Howdy all! I figured it was about time I spruced up my bio section. Or, y'know. Wrote something in it other than WIP.

So! Things to know about my mostly-good self:

I'm a 20 year old female, hailing from a not-so-small town in the north east of England. I'm currently about a third through my second year at Uni, and have made some awesome friends there so far. I also debate. That's always fun - arguing has always been an annoying trait (for others, that is) of mine, so putting it into something one can have on their CV is great. The competitions are super fun too. Anyway, roleplaying.

If you've known me for a short or long while, you'll likely know what an absolute slut for fantasy I am. High fantasy to low, I love those kind of roleplays and will nearly always be interested in new ones that crop up. The same applies for Sci-Fi, but at the moment, I'm not feeling inspiration for a good ol' spacefaring RP. Gotta get the Mass Effect out again, get me craving some Turian booty again. However, I won't go for only these ones. SoL can interest me if they're run properly, alongside horror, mystery, romance, etc. I won't ignore something simply because it doesn't have magic or flying bears in it or something. As for level, I like to consider my writing high-casual to low-advanced. Hopefully others will agree with me on that one, haha. Anyway, here's a list of specific fandoms I enjoy, kind of in order of preference:

  • Lord of the Rings Universe (Including The Hobbit)
  • Dragon Age series
  • Elder Scrolls
  • Mass Effect Trilogy
  • Star Trek (I'd love a Discovery one right now!)
  • Star Wars (Specifically the time around the Prequels; while I shan't get into the whole Prequel/Original war on which is better, roleplaying makes for more excitement in the prequel era. Clone Wars guys, c'mon!)
  • Buffy the Vampire Slayer
  • Fringe
  • Greek Mythology (PJO, but with the amount of Camp Half-Blood roleplays that have come and gone, I'd prefer one based more on the Original Mythologies)
  • Norse Mythology
  • Marvel
  • Left 4 Dead
  • The Walking Dead (Or any Post-Apocalypse Roleplay, really.)
  • 'A Song of Ice and Fire' Series
  • House of Night Series
  • True Blood
  • Deus Ex
  • Blood Ties
  • The Vampire Diaries (I admittedly abandoned the show and books when the plot got too boring, but I still like the Universe. I'd join a roleplay based in it, if it had original characters, that is.)
  • Pacific Rim

Aaannndd I'll stop the list here before I go on forever. Basically there's a lot, particularly in the realm of fantasy. Hit me up if you want me in your roleplay, of if you'd like to do a 1x1 based around any of those areas, or even some additional ones if you think I'd be interested. I love original plots and Universes too, especially if they're done well.

Staring out across the city, Rozalia sighed quietly as she took in all the lights. It was supposed to be night, and yet, up here, it looked as bright as day. The stars were hidden by a cloud of smog and blinded out by the electric lights of the city below, and Rozalia found herself wishing for the Italian countryside once again. In fact, at this point, any countryside would do. As long as it was out of the way of technology and pollution, and those damn lights that lit up the sky. Shaking her head slightly, she moved away from her balcony and back inside her apartment - it was fairly big, tastefully decorated, but there were no personal touches - no keepsakes, no photos, and no memories. It was a place she could ditch in a moment's notice without regretting to leave it.
Not that she expected to leave anytime soon. Becoming a Hero somewhat recently, Roze had realized there were certain perks to the job. For example - protection against crazy guys who had wanted her powers for as long as she could remember. Not that she needed the protection -it was just nice to stay in one place for a prolonged amount of time without having to worry about crazies showing up in her downtime. When she was working, she was happy to deal with them
Speaking of work, she decided it was high time to go out for a look over the city. Already dressed in her armour, she put up her hood and slipped the face mask on, so only her piercing blue eyes and top half of her head were visible. Taking in a deep breath of contentment, she threw herself off the balcony and rose in the air, floating for only a few seconds before taking off away from her apartment building, and deeper into the bowels of the city.

"Well, if we see a polar bear, we'll know for sure." Angel said with a grin aimed at Luc. "Or if a yummy Ian Somerhalder appeared. Mmm-mm. That would make all this worth it." She added with a giggle, which became subdued slightly as she looked back at the ship. "Well.... not quite all of it. There were some bodies on the ship." She added in a somewhat hollow tone, any smiles gone as she watched Bobby clean Luc's burn - it already looked better. Now all it needed was to get the air at it.
"Um... I'm gonna go and see to Jhett. Make sure you don't bandage that, 'kay?" Angel said, snapping out of her melancholy stupor as she smiled at Bobby, before taking one of the kits and running back over to the rocks where Jhett was.

Angel smiled at Bobby thankfully as she caught her, and followed her down back off the boat. Now that they were of it, it had stopped teetering, and looked fairly stable once again. She had a thought to be far more careful when going back for other things - such as the food and water they so desperately needed.
On their way back to where everyone was, she saw Luc laid on the sand, someway between where they had been and the ship. The stubborn fool had attempted to follow them with that leg of his. Angel rolled her eyes, but concern soon gave way as they approached.
"Luc! You shouldn't be out here on your own like this." She said, running over and crouching by his side. His leg looked to have been bleeding, although it appeared to have stopped now. "C'mon, let's get you back with the others."
Name: Rozalia "Roze" Éathliel
Alias(s): Nightingale
Age: 24
Affiliations:The Heroes
Description: Unable to find a decent image, sorry:
Stands at about 5'7, with a toned and slim - yet curvy - body. Piercing blue eyes, set in a pretty, heart-shaped face. Black curls reaching about her shoulder-blades. Pale skin, some small scars dotted here and there from past skirmishes.
When in costume, her face and hair are obscured by a face-mask and hood, like this:

And her armour is black, covering most of her body, along with fingerless gloves and a cape - yes, she likes the cape. When not being a superhero, she'll wear normal clothes.

Powers: Energy Manipulation and Manifestation - she is able to manifest a type of pure energy that she can manipulate in different ways - she can channel it into a shield, use it as a weapon, or even make it solid to lift things, etc. The only limitation she has in this power is that overuse can lead to harm to herself. Otherwise, she's capable of a lot of damage.
She also uses this ability to help her fly.
Skills: A master of sword-fighting, either single-handed or duel wielding. Is an effective hand-to-hand fighter, and can survive in pretty much any dangerous environment.
Equipment: Two short-swords with serrated appendages on each side - she channel's her energy through these titanium weapons to make them super-light, and far more powerful.
Ranking: I'd say maybe a B-Rank, I guess? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Brief History: Roze lived a simple life in Italy up until her teenage years, when her powers began to show. Although managing to hide them from the government, other, more nefarious people, got wind of it. Tracking her down to use her for her powers, they slaughtered her family as they helped her escape. Now living in America, she has agreed to join the Heroes (Someone else can decide how they all met.), but the thought of those men still after her makes her mind drift to certain un-heroic things, such as vengeance, and murder...
Could I reserve a hero spot? I can't make a sign-up right now, but I'll have one done soon.

Angel stumbled slightly as the ship shifted, looking at Bobby with wide eyes.
"Jump?!" She exclaimed, then glanced over the side of the ship that was slowly but surely becoming closer to the ground. It was a fairly large fall, from where she was. Big enough to kill her. Swallowing her fear, she tightened her grip on the medical kits and jumped, hoping to God she wouldn't sustain some significant injury - two were bad enough for a group of teenagers to deal with.
EDIT:
Sorry, no longer interested.
Are you still accepting people? Because I'm really interested. :3

"Alrighty then..." Angel muttered, easing herself out of the room, wobbling on the angled floor. If she wasn't careful, she would fall - and something like a broken ankle on an island like this could be fatal. "I hope this will last us all. I don't know if there'll be any more people needing first aid." Angel said to Bobby as she shuffled back to her, keeping a tight grip on the medical kits. Other than Luc's burn - which would just need cleaning, to be honest - and the injury to Jhett's head, which would definitely need stitches, there wasn't much more to do, unless more people had popped up. There certainly wasn't any point in wasting medical supplies on the various cuts and bruises that covered them all, as small things like that could be bathed in salt water - which they sadly had a large abundance of.
