I can't believe I've stuck myself with three girls for all of next year who think screaming, shrieking and making sex noises consists of banter. -_-

Bio

Howdy all! I figured it was about time I spruced up my bio section. Or, y'know. Wrote something in it other than WIP.

So! Things to know about my mostly-good self:

I'm a 20 year old female, hailing from a not-so-small town in the north east of England. I'm currently about a third through my second year at Uni, and have made some awesome friends there so far. I also debate. That's always fun - arguing has always been an annoying trait (for others, that is) of mine, so putting it into something one can have on their CV is great. The competitions are super fun too. Anyway, roleplaying.

If you've known me for a short or long while, you'll likely know what an absolute slut for fantasy I am. High fantasy to low, I love those kind of roleplays and will nearly always be interested in new ones that crop up. The same applies for Sci-Fi, but at the moment, I'm not feeling inspiration for a good ol' spacefaring RP. Gotta get the Mass Effect out again, get me craving some Turian booty again. However, I won't go for only these ones. SoL can interest me if they're run properly, alongside horror, mystery, romance, etc. I won't ignore something simply because it doesn't have magic or flying bears in it or something. As for level, I like to consider my writing high-casual to low-advanced. Hopefully others will agree with me on that one, haha. Anyway, here's a list of specific fandoms I enjoy, kind of in order of preference:

  • Lord of the Rings Universe (Including The Hobbit)
  • Dragon Age series
  • Elder Scrolls
  • Mass Effect Trilogy
  • Star Trek (I'd love a Discovery one right now!)
  • Star Wars (Specifically the time around the Prequels; while I shan't get into the whole Prequel/Original war on which is better, roleplaying makes for more excitement in the prequel era. Clone Wars guys, c'mon!)
  • Buffy the Vampire Slayer
  • Fringe
  • Greek Mythology (PJO, but with the amount of Camp Half-Blood roleplays that have come and gone, I'd prefer one based more on the Original Mythologies)
  • Norse Mythology
  • Marvel
  • Left 4 Dead
  • The Walking Dead (Or any Post-Apocalypse Roleplay, really.)
  • 'A Song of Ice and Fire' Series
  • House of Night Series
  • True Blood
  • Deus Ex
  • Blood Ties
  • The Vampire Diaries (I admittedly abandoned the show and books when the plot got too boring, but I still like the Universe. I'd join a roleplay based in it, if it had original characters, that is.)
  • Pacific Rim

Aaannndd I'll stop the list here before I go on forever. Basically there's a lot, particularly in the realm of fantasy. Hit me up if you want me in your roleplay, of if you'd like to do a 1x1 based around any of those areas, or even some additional ones if you think I'd be interested. I love original plots and Universes too, especially if they're done well.

Current Active Roleplays:
CURRENTLY UPDATING
The Elder Scrolls: Fruits of Contention
The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion - Crimson Skies (GM)
Escaping the Blight (1x1)

Hey, first of all, thanks for joining Veshio! I only have two things I'd like cahnging: one being the age. If you push it up to 30, it seems a bit more realistic for his achievements. Also, I'm fine with him killing and looting the Champion of Molag Bal, but I'd like you to understand that this weapon you've taken is not a weapon of Molag Bal. I've drawn the line at Daedric Artifacts, for now, at least.
And to make a link you just put the website inbetween : The code is just below the post box.

Qa'skil, your character is fine, but I would expect him to join Dovahfeyn sooner or later.
Rozalia darted a dark look at Vincent as he rudely ignored the Greybeards, but she quickly offered up a bright smile for them. She noticed the blond woman looking at her skeptically.
"Sorry 'bout that." She apologized - not sure why she was doing it on Valerion's behalf, but whatever - and the Greybeads smiled.
"Don't worry yourself about it. Welcome to High Hrothgar - it's quite a climb, isn't it?" He said, a twinkle in his eyes, and Rozalia laughed.
"That's an understatement. It was colder than an Ice wraith's bite out there." However, she was swiftly warming up. Although not as warm as the inn had been, the various braziers dotted around the large hall were making themselves known to her, and the feeling came back to her fingers and toes in tantalizingly tingles of pain. A dreamy look must have fallen across her face once the smell of stew wafted towards her nose, as Arngeir - as he had introduced himself, and his colleague Master Borri, with Delphine being the still dubious-looking woman - showed her towards a dining hall. Upon entering - and being supplied with a bowl of stew, a blanket, and a seat, Rozalia realized that Vincent had found that creepy dead guy, Valerion. Who wasn't permanently dead, it seemed. There was also the Argonian they had seen earlier, browsing the books and giving Valerion a most unpleasant look. Man, this guy did not know how to make friends.
Having taken off her sodden wet armour, Rozalia was curled up on one of the stone seats in a thin fur tunic shirt, over simple black leggings.
"I suppose I look even less of a dragon-slayer now. Rozalia thought to herself as she sipped the stew. "That Delphine was looking at me as if I were some wee naive maiden! Well, that maiden part is true, but the rest of it wasn't. Not the first time people have under-estimated me." She then paused in her silent musings thoughtfully, wondering if dragons would overlook her in any way. That would be helpful.
Glancing once more at Valerion's helmet on the floor, her eyes listed back to Vincent's face. She wondered if a fight would brew between these two.
Name: Leonidas "Leo" Conmenticius
Age: 32
Race: Imperial
Class: Architect of Sorcery
Appearance: Standing at about 6'0, with a slim and wiry frame, Leo hides his surprising strength very well. With the normal tanned skin, dark eyes and dark hair of your average Imperial, it’s only Leo’s bright excitement, and the childish, dimpled grin that lights up his face that makes him stand out. With unruly, uneven, curly hair that is somewhat singed at the ends – he likes to experiment – and various burn marks, cuts and bruises, you can tell he doesn't particularly lead a quiet life. His elf-like, pointed face is nearly always covered in a shadow of stubble; shaving is never his number one priority. Overall, he certainly draws the eye for one reason of another.

Personality: As one can tell from above, he’s quite the experimenter. Always on the look-out for something new and innovative, his own genius mind often makes break-throughs that others find... a bit too quirky. Despite a fair amount of failures in his far-fetched past, he never gives up on something, making him a stubbornly loyal friend to have. On top of this, he has a certain childish arrogance about him – nothing too over the top, but it’s not uncommon for him to scoff down ideas that he finds too ‘mediocre’ or ‘everyday’. On top of that, he is an uncontainable bundle of energy, constantly moving and/or talking animatedly about something or other that has caught his attention; this will most likely be to do with his inventions, or to do with the ladies. One of the few things that can draw him from his work is a womanly figure – she doesn't have to be beautiful. Just interesting. A self-proclaimed Casanova, he’s had a few run-ins with angry husbands and the law on his travels when it came to the allure of women. But as a talented wordsmith, he gets out of most trouble; if words fail him, his friend is always there to pull him out of the shit.

Bio: Growing up in a cosy two-storey house in Cheydinhal, Leo became aware of the allure of smithing when an Orc bought the smith over the road from his house. Visiting daily with his best friend/cousin Nikolaus Aliksen (A sign-up will follow for this dude soon), he learnt the basics at the young age of just 6. By 10, he was crafting his own steel daggers – not the best, but pretty darn impressive for a 10-year-old. When he turned 18, he was ready to take on the world and try out new things. Travelling north with Nikolaus, he stopped at various cities and villages in Cyrodiil to learn different forms of smithing – and to chase the ladies. Eventually learning the mysteries of Akaviri technology, his sights drew closer and closer to the Dwemer inventions within Skyrim. And so, that was his next stop. At 28, he reached Markarth, and from there, set up shop smithing his own curious inventions with the aid of different Dwemer inspirations. Despite getting a business and a home with his oldest friend, he realized that Nikolaus, the man who had stuck with him through everything and had saved his life countless times, wanted more from life, and was always gazing wistfully at the main gates whenever news of dragons drifted through the city. So, Leo decided determinedly that it was time to make a bit more of a name for himself and his dear old friend, and the two set out to help rid the world of dragons.
Besides, just imagine the stuff he could make with the materials from a dragon’s body! And don’t even get him started on the Thu’um. Magic interests him just as much as smithing, and he often tries to incorporate the two; much to the disappointment of his guinea pigs, who test out all of his new inventions when he’s too busy to do it himself.

Equipment: Not one for regular equipment, Leo himself holds a self-made ebony warhammer, with a few... special touches. Rather than adding an enchantment of lightning, he’s generated his own by self-made batteries, creating a crackling electric field around it whenever he flicks its switch. It also has a few booby traps in case someone other than himself or Nikolaus tries to pick it up.
His armour is lightweight, which allows him a bit more ease in his work and fighting. A tough made leather with diamond encrusted chainmail underneath, it allows him freer movement than heavy armour would. A few smaller knives are dotted around his body in various sheaths – he likes to spring a few surprises – and a dark blue mage’s hood with a magic shield enchantment.
In terms of jewellery, he wears a Zenithar amulet, and an odd-looking signet ring. Not really special, just a family heirloom that he believes makes him real lucky. Another thing to mention are some brass, steampunk style goggles that he wears out and about, either on his face, perched atop his head, or dangling on his neck by an elastic band. He wears them when working, or when out in the elements of the wild, as they're enchanted to repel anything that could mess up his vision.

Other: Although interested in magic, he finds necromancy abhorrent, and a very small amount of common sense in him stops him from venturing too far into the ideals of Daedric armour – although it would be a joy to learn it’s ways, he feels that the price would be too much to pay.
Hey, thanks for joining rock, I love the character! Wasn't expecting a Forsworn, so it's a nice surprise. The idea of you happening across the group is fine, it just means that you won't really be able to join in much until the High Hrothgar meeting has disassembled. But you can still make your introduction, with her concerning with some NPC's - I can't really see a Forsworn this far from the Reach, however. She'll probably have to wait until someone ventures towards Markarth and the like, but hopefully that won't be too long.
Yeah, he is the more senior out of the two, and she trusts him to do the right thing. :)
I'll be getting my next 2 sign-ups soon. Just... not now.

Thanks for that amazing revelation Leos. I mean, what could have happened if we hadn't known?! XD

So, after seeing what is already there, I've decided to forego this RP, not because there's anything wrong with it, but because many of my ideas are already taken and I can't think of anything new or unique that I want to do with this that would conform to the rules of the RP. Therefore, I wish you all luck, but I'm going to pass.

Ah, that's a shame. If you change your mind and tweak your charrie, we'll take you back. :)
"Oh, perfect. I get the poetic psycho fire-guy." Roze thought to herself with a roll of her eyes as the merc burst in, the acrid smell of burnt flesh following him into the room. Caro was whimpering softly in fear now, and she wordlessly cast a shield around herself and him; a neat little bubble that this guy would be unable to get through. Until she got tired that was.
"I was never one for dancing hon," She began, her blue eyes narrowing, and casting a daunting effect with the entirety of her face below her eyes covered by her mask, her head shielded by her dark hood, and casting a dubious shadow over her partially covered face. "But I'd quite happily kick your ass back to the hellhole it crawled out of."
It was a foolish thing to do, wasting her energy on both shielding and fighting this guy. But she couldn't help herself. Despite the fatigue she knew she would soon be feeling, Nightingale was already restless. She needed to do something other than float around this scumbag. Drawing one of her shortswords, she didn't lose eye contact with the merc.
She was looking forward to this
Hey, I love the character! Can't wait to see him in action. :)
