The Dark Carnival

Mina locked her trailer while tying her hair up in a high ponytail. Her hair was so long that it still reached her hips, even when she tied it up. Some gentle strings of hair fell along the sides of her face, too short to tie up.
On her way to the show she suddenly spotted Mortimer again. She paused a bit, thinking, before walking over to the man and his crow. 'Ehm, Mortimer?' she asked, tapping him on the shoulder lightly, her tail flicking a bit.
'Would you like to come watch my show?' she asked, her voice a bit soft. Despite the fact she didn't find him as frightening as before, he was still quite intimidating.

Haha, okay I'll encounter Mortimer on the way to the show then, right before it starts

Zero grinned a bit. 'Not the large library. I mean that house with the small library inside it.' he said. He walked toward the town with his improvised blade on his back.

Mina looked at him with an interesting look in her eyes. She got on her feet and dusted her skin off with her tails before looking at him with a smile. 'I've encountered almost any supernatural there is, fought most of them, been brainwashed and tortured, starved to death and have seen some of the most gruesome things in the world. I think I can handle seeing a fellow supernatural in his feral form.' she said. 'Trust me, there's nothing that can frighten me.'

Zero looked at Dutch. 'You want to go get some food and then go for the house with books again?' he asked. Throughout the year he had spend most of his time searching for food and places to stay.. Eventually they had encountered a small library with old books, some of which containing old magic.

Mina looked at him and smiled faintly as she saw his nervous reaction. 'Why are you so nervous about this? You already saw what I am when I tried to bite your arm off.' she said a bit embarrassed. She had faintly remembered what she had done and felt sorry about it. 'I can taste that you're not human, plus a normal human can't cut through bars of steel and enchanted chains like that.'

I loved this rp on the previous site as well, but it kinda died out. In that sense the site vanishing was a good thing ^^

Mina took some more relieved sighs, licking her lips a bit while her senses calmed down. 'My name is Mina, Mina Scrios. Sorry about hurting your arm.' she said.
'So..., what are you actually?' she asked. She already said he was a supernatural like herself, but she didn't know what he was exactly.

Mina reached her trailer, slipping inside. She felt a bit better about being here now, even if it was a little bit. Not everybody was as disturbing as she thought and even better; one of the people she found most disturbing turned out to be quite nice.
She quickly got dressed in a tight black set of pants with a matching corset and high heeled boots. She slipped her tail through a hole in the back of her pants and flicked it a bit. She liked doing her show, even though she was new at it. People often saw it as an illusionists show as well as knife throwing. Her tail was part of the illusion, people always thought it was some kind of trick or plastic tail. The moves she performed, like making her knives float around her, also made it look like some kind of magic show. People seemed to enjoy it a lot and that made her feel better about being here. She prepared her knives and put on some make-up before walking out of her trailer and towards the ring.
