The Dark Carnival

Mina's mixed up eyes gleamed mischievously as she spotted Vol, leaning against his carriage. His voice was like a lure to any woman, and to Mina as well in this state. She almost purred delighted as she spoke to her and she couldn't help taking in a generous look of his body.
'You wouldn't let them leave me behind, now would you Vol?' she asked in a honey-sweet tone of voice. She neared him, standing before him with a small distance between them. 'Boredom is such a bother indeed...' she brushed her fingers past his arms with an obviously lustful intend. 'You would help me get rid of that troublesome state, wouldn't you Vol?' she asked softly.

Mina didn't have the skills Baba had, nor did she have the ability to talk people into things like Vol could, but her amber colored eyes could make any man drown in them. She didn't intentionally use them, it just happened in this state. She didn't even know if it would work on Vol, seeing as she hadn't tried it before. Right now none of that even mattered, it became all about the game of hunting for her now.

Arachne nodded, happy he didn't ask more things, and closed her eyes enjoyably. She felt lighter since she had spoken to Daemon about her past, as if a burden had been somewhat lifted. She realized she didn't hate him either, though she felt betrayed and hurt by his actions.

Mina smiled. 'She was a demon, actually. A pure soul, nobody exactly figured out what she was. She held enormous power, but could walk the earth unlike my father could. Obviously she caught Father's eye, but she was a bit like you; she didn't simply give in because he was the ruler of Hell. He had to win her over, fight for her, defend her against all odds and eventually it worked and she fell in love with him.' Mina smiled and looked at the cave ceiling dreamily as if it was the greatest love story she had ever heard. 'I was born several ages after my father wooed my mother and got her to marry him.' she stated.

'Sure you will, and I'll be waiting for you.' she stated coldly. She walked outside, not connecting him to the leash she had in her bag yet; otherwise he'd really work against her.
She led him back to where they first encountered the slime and waited.

Zayne looked up at her a bit, before gasping in surprise when she kissed her. Her body tingled as power flowed through it and she looked at Liz. The promise of feeding made her eyes shimmer brightly and she nodded.

"So, Zero. Where are we actually going right now? Dutch asked Zero. "And my ask about your magic? I mean, does it like tickle or anything when you use it? I mean, I guess I never really thought to ask before, but how does it feel when you do your hocus-pocus stuff?" he asked, examining Zero and realizing how little he has aged considering a whole year has passed. It was strange and a bit surreal.

'We're going back to town and finding that house again with the library, then go hunt for some food and go back home.' Zero explained, For the past year their home had been a small cabin, somewhere on the side of a town. Zero had figured out there were people there, but he didn't approach them in case they attacked. He looked up surprised when he was asked about his magic. 'Uhm.., not sure actually...' Zero stated. 'It feels weird, like you're being injected with a massive amount of power, even when you want to do something small.' he said. 'I can feel it in a very light manner constantly. I think it's the reason I don't age, or at least very slowly, and don't get hungry or tired very quick.'

The Dark Carnival

Mina looked up upon hearing the announcement, her eyes bright in joy. Leaving this cold, gloomy place would be good, so good for her. She didn't even mind that they were going to England, which was most likely even gloomier and wet than Russia. Their presence here had weighed down the air and made it unbearable for Mina to walk around the carnival grounds. She cringed lightly when the souls near her entered her body, her tail flicking lightly and glowing ever so faintly as the souls were stored inside it. She held her head a bit, her amber colored eyes gleaming red for a moment before settling in a semi-state; not completely ruby-red, but not amber colored anymore either.
Mina found this to be her favorite state; on the edge of losing control of her mind, but not in a frenzy. The whole carnival seemed lighter when she was like this, she didn't feel gloomy anymore, nor did she dislike the dark pressure of the carnival.
A wide smile appeared on her lips and she retrieved her knives. 'Ah, so much better.' she cracked her neck. 'I'll see you around Esme.' she stated, before walking off again. Her body was aching for some action right now, the surge of the souls that entered her body heating her up. She hoped to encounter Vol mostly, in this state, to enjoy his flirtatious behavior while she could, though she would enjoy Shadow's company right now as well.
She headed towards her trailer and kept looking around in hopes of encountering anybody at all.

Sorry for being gone, been having internet trouble lately and had my first concert, homework and so much more things going on. Is there a good way to jump in to the rp? Maybe just leave the laboratory, or catch up with you guys. I'll be reading the IC as well, just want some suggestions.
