" Your shape-shifting skills are impressive as always, Ryan." Exodos said as his body lost all texture or design, becoming some sort of human-shaped mist of purple particles and reformed into a different face, Ryan's body, before shaping quickly back to his own preferred one. He then looked at Zayne, smiling gently when he heard her response."I see, good to hear. We wouldn't want to lose you, and have Death to answer to for it. Now, it doesn't have to be this instant, since you're just getting up, but later I would like to perform check-up just to be sure. With that said, I'll provide you with some pain medication. The Captain requested a meeting and we've landed on the Citadel." He then said to Zayne, taking out his bottle again and putting two pills in the desk by Zayne's bed.

Ryan's head that was looking at Mina continued to smile, glad that she said she was okay overall. When she asked the question of how long she was out, he glanced at the ground, "I don't know exactly, I was knocked out as well..." His eyes returned to looking at her, smiling as she grabbed his hand and said she was just glad to be back. "You're not the only one that's glad you're back." The other head, nodded in gratitude towards X, as he had just complimented his shape-shifting abilities before showing an example of his own. "Thank you for the compliment, as well as the help you're giving her... As for the meeting... I think I'll catch up when Zayne does, I'm already late, I might as well just stick around to help out in case any side-effects of wherever she went come around."

Zayne laughed softly, grabbing her head in pain when she felt sharp pains of a result. After recovering from the short headache she smiled a bit. 'Yes, Father wouldn't be happy if that happened.' she said, glancing at Ryan again.
She nodded at Exodus when he spoke about a check-up. 'I can't exactly move yet right now, but I'll gladly comply when I can again.' she said. With a lot of effort she managed to grab the two pills and put them in her mouth, swallowing them quickly. 'the Citadel? Phew, that's a while ago.' she said,
She looked back at Ryan and smiled. 'You don't have to stay if you want to go to the meeting. I don't think I'll be up soon enough to catch it anyway.' she said. She smiled a bit. 'But thank you for the offer though.'

X looked at Mina, as she collapsed he at first reached out to help, but he hesitated, knowing she would refuse his help. Even still...He saw the pain in her eyes that she was trying to hide as her little dragon friend tried to help."Whether or not you fought doesn't matter to me Ms. Mina. Nor would it matter to any doctor. ...But if you insist..." He said as he took out a bottle from his pocket, popped it open, dropped pills into his hands."Here, this should help with the pain. ...Don't worry, it's not for night." He said, meaning that it didn't have the side-effect of being drowsy as he gave them to Mina. He then heard the captain in the comm."The Citadel? I didn't know we were so close to a church." He said, he then blinked when he remembered what the Citadel was exactly. He looked at Mina and gave an awkward laugh."...Errm, ...Just a joke." He said, clearly lying about that. He then shook off the thought and clapped his hands together, and then drew something in the air. Immediately, Mina would be lifted up gently and placed into what would feel like an invisible chair."I don't have any wheelchairs available at the moment, but creating one out of the wind isn't too difficult. The wheels as are to your left and right accordingly. I need to go check up on the others, If you need me, give a call." X said as he then walked towards Ryan and Zayne. Immediately walking into the room, he notices as Zayne just woke up. "...Ah good, you're awake Ms. Zayne. How are you two feeling?" He asked her and Ryan.

'It matters to me....' Mina mumbled faintly, brushing over the dragon's smooth scales as it purred against her skin. She looked up as he opened a bottle of pills and held them out for her. At first she was indeed suspicious of the medicine, not wanting to sleep again, but as if he read her mind he assured her they would not make her drowsy. She accepted the pills with a relieved sigh and swallowed them with a groan at the bitter taste.
Upon hearing his comment she looked a bit weirdly at him, before realizing it was a mistake he made. She laughed somewhat at his awkward attempt to convince her it was just a joke, then yelped a bit in surprise when she was lifted up. The invisible chair of wind was soft and comfortable, though a bit awkward to sit in due to her inability to see it. 'Thank you Sky.' she said with a soft smile. Her dragon took it's place on her shoulder as she wheeled herself out of the sickbay, toward where Mike and the others were. She rolled in and to her usual spot, her dragon pulling the seat out of the way. 'Sorry I'm late Captain... had some difficulty getting up..' she stated.

Ryan continued sitting there, almost not realizing when he saw Zayne's eyes open. He seemed to light up at the sight, standing up and smiling as she spoke. "Yeah, I'm here, are you okay Zayne...?" He heard a voice coming from the door, and decided to greet him. He used his form-changing abilities to basically create a second head to speak to X. The head looking at X spoke "Hi. Obviously I'm in much better condition than she is, so I feel the main answer to that question is up to her to say." The head looking at Zayne continued to await her response, keeping it's sole focus on her.

Zayne smiled when the vision of Ryan became clearer and she could clearly see his smiling face. 'Ryan... How long was I out..?' she asked softly, blinking a bit. 'I... I'm okay.... just glad to be back...' she said.
She looked at X and blinked a bit. 'Hi doc..., feeling okay.. just a bit of a headache...' she said. She smiled at Ryan again, weakly moving her hand onto his and holding it gently. 'Like I said.., just glad to be back..'

It was so dark.
Darkness and warmth were smothering me, pressing against me until I couldn't breathe. Even with my eyes open there was nothing, absolutely nothing. Not even the faintest shimmer of light pierced this darkness.
It was suffocating and uncomfortable for a while, but soon after my body adjusted. Over time it changed, from a suffocating cell to a safe and comfortable womb for me to linger in.
Still, even in this safe darkness of my mind it felt like something was missing. Somebody was waiting for me, I couldn't keep them waiting, could I?
Oh, but this place was so calm and peaceful, I could stay here forev- No!
I had to get out, had to see that person waiting for me. For some reason it felt like it was the most important thing in the world, like nothing else mattered.
I fought my dark prison, that sweet warm room that tried to seduce me in staying longer, but this time I had a resolve to follow. Slowly, but surely, light started to pierce through the darkness, more and more untill it engulfed me and I was able to see clearly again...

Zayne's eyes opened slowly, the room spinning around her. She was disoriented and felt weak, her body didn't do what she said and she could hardly move. One thing, one spot in the room was clear though, the spot Ryan was sitting on. 'R..R-Ryan..' it was difficult to speak, as if her tongue was stuck to her teeth, but she could say his name.
