Generally you have to just deal with it as GM. Of course if they get out of hand you can tell them to leave or tone it down, but I don't know if this person goes that far or not. If they don't stop or they keep posting even with them warned and/or dropped from the RP, then the mods are there to do something. The only way is not to accept them or if they argue anyway is to go to the mods. Remember you are the boss, the master and its your story, not theirs.
Well that is just me, maybe someone else will have something better to say. I am sure the mods will.

Nightscream: "Any of them found Big Bang?"
Swan-Song: “I believe they haven’t but if we can summarise when they fell we could project where they would of fallen. I am sure the big lug is somewhere in the ocean. Maybe we should head out and get him before the Autobots get to him. We can cover land quicker by air. Shockwave’s plan can wait. Hmmmmmmm I wonder if the big lugs com still works.”
She paused before trying to contact him.
Swan-Song: “Big Bang can you hear me, over? Big Bang answer me you big idiot.”
She could only wait for the big lug to reply.
They needed the big guy as the Autobots most likely had a big guy as well. If they could find the area he was most likely in then they could get him quickly, the energon would not get itself. Predator soon made it back, it had mapped out enough to get them started but would increase the range later on, its mapping was better than Carcasses. Swan-Song soon pointed to the ship, perhaps the on board camera would give them a clue of it was still working.
Swan-song: “Is the security cameras still working enough for us to get some play back Nightscream? My pets did not go out to far.”

Autobots
General: “I know you are in there Autobots, show yourself or WE WILL BE FORCED TO DESTROY YOU.”
The humans were impatient; they wanted these alien assholes of their planet now. The Autobots were picked on first due to the way Optimus Prime ran things. The man stood awaiting the Autobots, the Decepticons would fall after this test was completed, they were not sure how powerful or strong they were on live targets. The soldiers had their strange weapons ready, ones that would anger both sides of the transformers.
The general himself had no gun in view but a man in his position would have one hidden somewhere for protection. His weapon was made from parts of Optimus Prime’s arm. Not much of it as it was basically a pistol. Some had elements of Megatron’s, Bumble Bee’s, Starscream’s arm or leg. Of course some had been spared from having anything taken but how long would that last?

Not really but I am sure I can make stuff up as I go, Charmed does have some fairly random parts. Also no more characters can be made now. Even if we are reduced to only four players we will be stuck at four players.
